Good Kid, M.A.A.D City made Kendrick Lamar a global superstar. For proof, look no further than the early success of his new album, To Pimp a Butterfly.

According to Billboard, the disc sits atop the charts in both Australia and the United Kingdom.

To Pimp a Butterfly narrowly beat out Sam Smith's In the Lonely Hour by 572 copies to grab his first No. one album in the UK.

On Australia's Aria Albums Chart Butterfly finished ahead of Lee Kernaghan's Spirit of the Anzacs to win out this week.

In U.S. news, Kendrick is also expected to land atop the Billboard 200 with 325,000 copies sold. Final numbers will be revealed on Wednesday, March 25.

It will be be Kendrick's first chart topper in the U.S. His previous project, Good Kid, M.A.A.D City, peaked at No. 2 with first week sales of 241,000 in it's first week.

The Los Angeles Police Department has issued a warrant for Lil Twist's arrest after he was hit with 6 felony charges stemming from an attack on former Zoey 101 actor Chris Massey.

According to TMZ, Twist, real name Christopher Lynn Moore, was charged by the L.A. County District Attorney with making criminal threats, burglary, grand theft, battery and 2 counts of assault with a deadly weapon.

As we previously reported, the 22-year old Young Money recording artist got into a dispute with Chris on November 7, 2014, while at Chris' brother Kyle Massey's L.A. apartment. Twist was asked to leave, but later returned with several members of his crew.

They allegedly broke into the apartment, physically assaulted Chris, then pulled off his pants.

Twist faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted of all charges.

Taylor Swift is on a mission to prevent internet trolls and smut peddlers from using her name to sell XXX material online.

CNN reports that the singer has just bought the domain names Taylorswift.porn and TaylorSwift.adult. This comes after a 2011 decision by Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers to expand top-level domains, or gTLDs, such as .com and .net.

The number of gTLDs have increased from 22 to to over 547. Companies and anyone else who don't want their brand associated with .porn, .adult or .suck have a small window that lasts until June 1st to grab the domains before they hit the open market.

"It's first to the buzzer [then]," said Stuart Lawley, CEO of ICM Registry, which operates the .porn and .adult top-level domains. 

Microsoft has moved quickly and snapped up Office.porn and Office.adult.

One month ago Swift also purchased ITaughtTaylorSwiftHowToGiveHead.com.

Either Young Thug is a marketing genius or just doesn't give damn. Either way he will get a lot of attention when he releases "Tha Carter 6."

The Rich Gang rapper has been promoting the project via his Twitter page. On Saturday, March 21, Thugger released an Instagram video reiterating that the project is on the way.

Of course this is bound to ruffle the feathers of Lil Wayne, who created "Tha Carter" album series. His plans to release "Tha Carter 5" have been put on hold because of a dispute with Birdman and Cash Money Records.

After being awarded a $7.4 million judgement against Pharrell Williams and Robin Thicke for allegedly copying Marvin Gaye's "Got To Give It Up" to create the hit record "Blurred Lines," the Gaye estate is now targeting T.I. with a similar lawsuit.

TMZ recently caught up with Tip at the Los Angeles International Airport and asked him about the suit. He explained why he doesn't feel he has anything to worry about.

"Whatever happens the universe will deal with it," T.I. told TMZ. "I know that I'm a writer, I'm a creator. I don't steal from anybody creatively when I make my music. I know that and I think that anybody with common sense gon' be able to see it when they listen to it."

For the last several years Hustle Simmons has promoted an event called Hustlepalooza at the SXSW Festival in Austin. Things went left at this year's show on Friday, March 20, resulting in a brawl between Simmons and Black Mafia Family member Bleu Davinci's crew.

The misunderstanding started near the end of Davinci's set when he tried to bring MMG's Tracy T onstage as his set time was running out. Simmons wouldn't allow it resulting in a brawl.

Simmons addressed the crowd after the fight.

"I put this shit on for y'all. $100,000 over the last six years," Simmons told the fans in attendance. "I don't give a fuck about a BMF, none of that motherfucking shit! I'm a grown ass fucking man. I don't disrespect them, you don't disrespect me. I'll fight every nigga on this motherfucker. I ain't never no bitch! When you come to shit like this respect this fucking stage. Anywhere you go act like a fucking king or queen...this gangster shit is dead! I had to fight [Blue's] whole fucking squad. I'm a grown ass man. Any of you niggas out there think I can't throw these motherfucking hands. Watch that fucking video on Worldstar tomorrow!"

Tragedy struck the wrestling world when Pedro Aguayo Ramírez a.k.a. Perro Aguayo Jr. died from injuries sustained in a match on Friday, March 20, in Tijuana, Mexico.

In a bout that featured former WWE star Rey Mysterio, Ramirez was dropkicked to set up Mysterio's signature "619" move. Ramirez hit the ropes at an awkward angle and suffered cervical spine trauma, according to IGN. While he lay unconscious along the ropes two of the other three wrestlers checked on him briefly, but continued the match.

Ramirez was rushed to the hospital following the match. He never regained consciousness and died Saturday morning, March 21.

Ramirez was 35-years old.

The producer explained that he wants to make a classic film about the legendary rapper's life, and LT added that he will take as much time as needed to get the film where it needs to be. Speaking about the seriousness of the film, Hutton shares that he looks at the biopic as a passion project that he wants fans to cherish.

On August 25, 2009 Chris Brown was sentenced to five years probation and community service stemming from his assault of Rihanna in February of the same year.

Today the 25-year old singer officially had his probation ended by a judge in a Los Angeles courtroom.

"IM OFF PROBATION!!!!!!!! Thank the Lord!!!!!!" Brown wrote on Twitter.

Hopefully, Chris' legal troubles are over.
