After his recent stint in jail, Judge Joe Brown likened jail to a "slave warehouse," which he explained during his VladTV interview. The famed television judge told us "it's a function of the system to get rid of surplus labor. Labor is a commodity like wheat, corn, cotton, etc., and when you get a glut the prices drop." He then added there's nothing put in place to assist the vicious cycle that is stopping inmates from going back to jail.
During the conversation Judge Brown also shared his thoughts on how he believes there is a lack of masculinity in today's society, including in rap music. After pointing out his belief in gay rights, Judge Brown told us that there should be more masculine images in hip-hop and the media, especially if they're Black. He added, "that's what the youth look to to guide themselves."
Speaking more about masculinity in hip-hop, Judge Brown reacted to Young Thug wearing nail polish and dresses. When told about the situation the famed judge reacted by saying, "Why doesn't he just come on out of the closet? It's the twenty first century, they ain't going to hurt him. Be honest."
Check out more of what Judge Joe Brown had to say on the decline in masculinity and more in the clip below.

Rick Ross dropped a song titled "Color Money" recently taking shots at a familiar MMG foe and his boss.
"My lil homie made a million on his girl tour/We back to back and down to whack a nigga unborn/Miami niggas got them changing all the gun laws/So run Forrest got some shooters and they dying too/I got more money than that pussy that you’re signed to," he raps.
Most hip hop heads knew he was dissing Drake and assumed the second person was Lil Wayne. But during an interview with The Breakfast Club today, the Miami rapper made things clear.
"I just released Color Money and that record is what it is," Ross said. "It's a lot of different people that's gonna interpret it a lot of different ways and it is what it is. Everybody who know Rozay know how I get down and when I come I come. Let's see how it unfolds. We most definitely know how I come and what I do."
Charlamagne Tha God said he thought the lyrics could be about Wayne, Birdman or J. Prince in his opinion.
"Weezy my homie. I was just with Weezy the other night in the club. J. Prince, that's my big homie," Ross continued. "Anything else, take it how you want it. I don't have [a relationship] with Birdman. Me just seeing what Wayne going through as a artist. Him being a boss. Me idolizing Birdman at a time. Me looking up to Lil Wayne. Wayne being the first artist to make so many feats. Not just as a artist, but a artist coming from the South. That's something that I took personal. So, for me to see the way things are transpiring I can't respect that and I don't respect that. I was as Club Liv, and me and Mack Maine was huddled up speaking. [I told him] you gon' hear some things, and I've said some things and I'ma stand on that. And I mean that. You gon' see that and let's make it clear."
Charlamagne asked the rapper if Birdman was an inspiration of his at one point.
"Of course he was, that's why it hurt just to see what transpired," Rick said. "Whatever the difference is. You don't have to come up with a solution to the number or the figure. But as far as the communication. That's what I wanted to build my team after. The way they kids was molding together. So, for me to see this, that's a no go. I ain't with that."
When asked if he and Birdman could sit down and talk about this, Ross said he was in Wayne's corner.
"I don't know," he answered. "I respect Lil Wayne's struggle. I'm supporting Lil Wayne right now. Not about the black and white, what's on the contracts. But just on the way things transpiring. I don't respect that. And it's whatever it is. You from the South...you gotta set better examples of how we do business even if you have a issue with a artist. The man name, Tha Carter album and all that. You gotta respect that. That's that man's last name. I just don't respect it."

Bobby Shmurda is close to being released from jail where he has been held since December 17, 2014. The rapper, real name Ackquille Jean Pollard, was taken into custody at that time along with 12 other members of his GS9 crew.
He was charged with conspiracy, reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon and criminally using drug paraphernalia.
The rest of his Brooklyn, New York crew were hit with some of the same charges, plus attempted assault, assault, attempted murder, murder and criminal use of a firearm.
During Bobby's incarceration many wondered why his label, Epic Records, never posted his bail.
The"Hot Nigga"hit maker doesn't have to worry about that anymore because his aunt has stepped up in a big way by putting several properties up for collateral, according toTMZ. Other family members have also helped. They are working closely with bondsman Ira Judelson.
The judge in Bobby's case is said to be going over every detail in the bond package to make sure everything is legit, but his family has reportedly put a 200-page "bulletproof" document together that accounts for every dime.
If things go according to plan, Bobby could be free by Thursday, December 3rd.
**UPDATE** December 3
Unfortunately, Bobby's lawyers were shut down by a judge in a New York City court room today when they tried to bail the rapper out.
TMZ reports that Bobby's bail arrangement was changed and the $2 million bond package was rejected.

Bizarre, Kuniva, and Swifty McVay spoke exclusively to VladTV about the formation of D12, as they told us that it was late Detroit rapper Proof who came up with the idea for the group.
When speaking about how they all met, Kuniva revealed that there was a clothing store—The Hip Hop Shop—that hosted open mic cyphers for rappers that they all attended. Swifty added that the store was where they met Eminem, who blew them away with his skills, and he later ended up joining D12.
Speaking more about Eminem, Kuniva said that a lot of people mistook the "Lose Yourself" lyricist for Black when he first released The Slim Shady LP, and he added, "it was extra crazy" when they found out he was a White rapper.
The couple who killed 14 people during an office holiday party dropped their 6-month-old daughter off with her grandma before the carnage.
Video After The Jump
(Reuters) On Wednesday morning, Syed Rizwan Farook, 28, and Tashfeen Malik, 27, dropped off their six-month-old baby with Farook's mother, saying they were going to a doctor's appointment.
By noon, according to police, the couple had donned assault clothing, armed themselves with rifles and stormed a holiday party attended by San Bernardino County employees, killing 14 people and wounding 17 others.
Before sunset, after a shootout with police, they were both dead, leaving a grieving community with few clues to puzzle out the motive for the carnage.
Syed Farook, born in the United States, worked as an environmental health specialist for San Bernardino County, inspecting restaurants for health violations, according to authorities and a website that tracks public employees. As part of his job, he also inspected public pools at locations including apartment and senior housing complexes and country clubs. Records show him performing these duties as recently as July.
On Wednesday, he attended the annual holiday gathering for employees of his department, but then left, returning later with weaponry and Malik.
San Bernardino Police Chief Jarrod Burguan said that the shooting spree had clearly been planned in advance and that the suspects left several explosive devices, which appeared to be pipe bombs, at the scene of the massacre.
Rest assured we are doing everything we can to make sure the public is safe. Fed., state, county and local agencies are all working together
SueAnn Chapman, a cashier and waitress at China Doll Fast Food, a restaurant that Syed Farook inspected earlier this year for his job with the county, said he didn't seem unusual when he turned up.
"He was real quiet," Chapman said. "He checked the food and said he was here because somebody complained. ... He looked completely normal."
Burguan said he did not know whether Farook and Malik were wed, but officials with the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) who had been in touch with the family said they were husband and wife.
The couple were married for two years and have a six-month-old baby girl, Hussam Ayloush, executive director of the Los Angeles chapter of CAIR, told Reuters.
The couple left the baby with Farook's mother in the nearby city of Redlands early on Wednesday morning, Ayloush said, relaying information he got from the brother-in-law of Farook. They told her they were going to attend a doctor's appointment for the wife.
Burguan said that police investigating the shooting went to a house in Redlands on Wednesday afternoon, and saw the couple take off in a black SUV. Police pursued the car to San Bernardino, where the gun battle ensued that left Farook and Malik dead.
Farook's family was originally from South Asia, while Malik was believed to be from Pakistan and had lived in Saudi Arabia before coming to the United States, Ayloush said. Farook had an older brother, he added, who had served in the U.S. military.
Public records suggest possible turbulence in Farook's younger life.
In 2006, Rafia Farook, who records indicate is Farook's mother, filed in a Riverside court for divorce from her husband, also named Syed Farook.
She enumerated multiple instances of domestic abuse in the legal filing, and said her husband "threatens to kill himself on a daily basis." During one incident, she said in a court filing, her son came between them "to save me."

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (AP) — As many as three gunmen believed to be wearing military-style gear opened fire Wednesday at a Southern California social services center, killing at least 14 people and wounding more than a dozen others, authorities said.
FBI agents and other law enforcement authorities converged on the center and searched room to room for the attacker or attackers, San Bernardino Police Chief Jarrod Burguan said. But he said they may have escaped in a dark SUV, he said.
"They came prepared to do what they did, as if they were on a mission," Burguan said, noting the attackers carried long guns — which can mean rifles or shotguns.
Police shed no light on a motive.
Witnesses said several people locked themselves in their offices, desperately waiting to be rescued by police, after gunfire erupted at the Inland Regional Center, which serves people with developmental disabilities.
The attack took place in a rented-out conference area where the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health was holding a banquet, said Maybeth Feild, president and CEO of the center. She said the building houses at least 25 employees as well as a library and conference center.
No weapons were recovered at the center, though authorities were investigating unidentified items in the building and have brought in bomb squads, Burguan said.
Ten of the wounded were hospitalized in critical condition, and three were in serious conditioni, San Bernardino Fire Chief Tom Hannemann said. Police cautioned that the number of people killed and wounded were preliminary estimates that could change.
San Bernardino police spokesman Sgt. Vicki Cervantes told The Associated Press there were reports from witnesses of one to three gunmen.
As the manhunt went on, stores, office buildings and at least one school were locked down in the city of 214,000 people about 60 miles east of Los Angeles, and roads were blocked off.
Triage units were set up outside the center, and people were seen being wheeled away on stretchers. Others walked quickly from a building with their hands up. They were searched by police before being reunited with loved ones.
President Barack Obama was briefed on the attack by his homeland security adviser.
He said it was too early to know the shooters' motives, but urged the country to take steps to reduce the frequency of mass shootings. He told CBS that stricter gun laws, including stronger background checks, would make the country safer.
"The one thing we do know is that we have a pattern now of mass shootings in this country that has no parallel anywhere else in the world, and there's some steps we could take, not to eliminate every one of these mass shootings, but to improve the odds that they don't happen as frequently," Obama said.
Terry Petit said his daughter works at the center, and he got a text from her saying she was hiding in the building after hearing gunshots. Petit choked back tears as he read the texts for reporters outside the center. He said she wrote: "People shot. In the office waiting for cops. Pray for us. I am locked in an office."
Marcos Aguilera's wife was in the building when the gunfire erupted. He said a shooter entered the building next to his wife's office and opened fire.
"They locked themselves in her office. They seen bodies on the floor," Aguilera told KABC-TV, adding that his wife was able to get out of the building unharmed.
The social services center has two large buildings that require a badge to get in, said Sheela Stark, an Inland Regional Center board member. However, the conference room where many public events take place — including the banquet on Wednesday — is usually left open when visitors are expected.
