Teefy Bey, a Meek affiliate, can be clearly be seen walking away from the incident in the clip.
If the name sounds familiar it's because Ar-Ab claimed the Do4Self Records CEO was extorting Meek in the diss song "Back to Back."
"I know that you gotta pay Teefy / I heard that you gotta pay weekly," Ab raps.
Teefy Bey (center) says Beanie Sigel broke street code by talking to The Game about Dreamchasers business.
In a new interview with HipHopSince1987, Teefy, speaks on why he felt like Beanie needed to be dealt with harshly.
"He backdoored niggas with Game and them. Telling niggas information that only the camp know," Teefy explains. "And not the information that you (ghostwrote on Meek's OOOUUU diss), 'cause you didn't. The information was worse than that y'all. You ain't gonna try to play me or play my family out. Play my niggas out for a nut ass nigga named Game. You broke the code of ethics of the streets."
Teefy added that he is not extorting Meek and has never received a dime from him.

Lil Wayne has scored a major victory in his legal battle with Birdman and Cash Money Records.
The New Orleans rapper and his lawyers have been attempting to get an accounting of where $70 million of a $100 million advance from Universal Music Group, that was supposed to be split between Cash Money and Young Money Records went.
Birdman claims the funds were used to pay royalties, recording costs and for marketing.
Wayne's legal team isn't convinced that's true.
According to TMZ, the 20,000 pages of legal documents Birdman previously handed over to Weezy's lawyers have been deemed useless. They want a more accurate accounting and a judge agrees, ordering the Cash Money Records co-owner to open his company's books.
The accountants at Cash Money haven't done a good job keeping track of where funds have been allocated, but the judge in the case isn't accepting that as an excuse and has given Birdman 30 days to comply with the ruling.
Wayne is currently suing Cash Money for $51 million.

The Game's manager Wack 100 has no problem scrapping if the situation calls for it. If you don't believe me, ask Stitches.
He's issued a challenge to Meek Mill and two members of the Dreamchasers, Takbar and Omelly, to put down the weapons and shoot a fair one with him, Game and BWS Byrd.
"Ok here's what we can do since niggas wanna keep woofing . From the gate #Game wanted a head up with #Meek but niggas had a problem with that. Now I see #Tak orchestrating #Beans getting rushed. So to kill it we can all line it up @tak215 me and you can get down @omelly can line it up with my comrade @bwsbyrd and @meekmill can take that fade with @losangelesconfidential," Wack captioned a photo of two fists. "No guns No bullshit just a good old squab and it's done . That way all that's involved can release there angers. We know Meek can't rap and fears the booths battle but we also know that scary nigga hiding behind everybody. Meek has previously said he doesn't fight, but this would be a much better way to squash the beef between the two camps without anyone getting seriously hurt.

Last week The Game appeared on The Breakfast Club.
During the interview he addressed Beanie Sigel hopping on Meek Mill's "OOOUUU" song dissing him. Hurricane explained that he talked to Beans afterwards and got an apology from the veteran Philadelphia rapper.
Game added that Beanie told him that he was only there while the song was being recorded to help Omelly with his lyrics.
During a recent interview with Baltimore radio station 92Q Jams, Beans confirmed Game's story, although he didn't want to say who he had ghostwritten for.
"I just happened to come in the studio, so I just was helping him out with some lyrics, and the situation kind of played out like it did," Beanie said. It's really no beef. Especially between me and Game. Me and Game got a good relationship. Had one for years. So, it's not me and Game beef. This is Game and Meek Mill beef."
He was later asked who needed help with their pen game, specifically.
"I don't want to put that out there like that and, you know, discredit nobody for their skills or nothing," he explained.

There's been a rumor floating around that Beanie Sigel got jumped by a member or members of Meek Mill's Dreamchasers crew, while at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia during The Bad Boy Family Reunion Tour Friday, September 23.
The 42-year old rapper was brought onstage by Diddy during the show and proclaimed, "The real king of Philly is back! We will be represented right!"
Some time after that the State Property boss, who is missing part of a lung as the result of a 2014 shooting, was allegedly knocked out.
The Game addressed the situation via an Instagram video on Saturday.
"So, the young bull knocked out the old head 'cause he was drawlin at the jaw," the Compton rapper says in the short clip. "Niggas is crazy, man. Niggas went and got Beans on a song to diss me. That ain't do what niggas thought it was gon' do. So, y'all went back and beat the legend up, man?"
Meek responded on IG with a photo caption that read: "Stop wit the rumors! Gossip queens lol."
We live in a social media age where if something goes down and isn't caught on video or in photos, most people tend to believe it didn't happen.
However, if Beanie was knocked out by the Chasers it could be the result of him apologizing to The Game for jumping on Meek's "OOOUUU" diss song.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — Charlotte police released dramatic video Saturday that shows officers with guns drawn surrounding a black man with his hands at his side before shots are fired and he buckles and falls. It's unclear if there was anything in the man's hands in the footage, which has done little to assuage his relatives.
The footage of the fatal police shooting of Keith Lamont Scott was released amid days of protests, including an outpouring by hundreds earlier Saturday, which coalesced around demands for the public to see the video. Police said Scott had a gun, though residents have said he was unarmed.
In the dashboard camera video released Saturday night, Scott could be seen slowly backing away from his SUV with his hands down, and it's not apparent if he's holding anything. Four shots are heard, and he falls to the ground.
Police also released photos of a handgun from the scene, saying it was loaded and contained Scott's DNA and fingerprints. They also said Scott had marijuana.

The dashboard camera footage starts with a police car pulling up as two officers point their guns at Scott, who is inside the SUV with the doors closed and windows rolled up. Scott gets out and starts walking backward before shots are fired.
From a different angle, newly released police body camera footage shows an officer approach with his gun drawn and another officer already pointing his gun at Scott. When Scott comes into view, his hands are at his side and he's standing beside his SUV. The body camera footage doesn't show the moment shots are fired, and Scott is next seen on the ground.

An attorney for Scott's family, Justin Bamberg, said the footage leaves questions unanswered more than it provides clarity.
"One of the biggest questions," Bamberg said, "is do those actions, do those precious seconds, justify this shooting?"
Ray Dotch, Scott's brother-in-law, objected to reporters' questions about Scott's background, saying he shouldn't have to "humanize him in order for him to be treated fairly."
"What we know and what you should know about him is that he was an American citizen who deserved better," he added.
Before releasing the footage, Chief Kerr Putney said at a news conference that he received assurances from the State Bureau of Investigation that making it public wouldn't impact the state's independent probe of the shooting.
Asked whether he expected the footage to calm protesters, Putney responded: "The footage itself will not create in anyone's mind absolute certainty as to what this case represents and what the outcome should be. The footage only supports all of the other information" such as physical evidence and statements from witnesses and officers.
Putney said that his officers didn't break the law but noted the state investigation continues.
"Officers are absolutely not being charged by me at this point, but again, there's another investigation ongoing," he said.

Putney said that Scott was "absolutely in possession of a handgun."
A police narrative released along with the video gives the most complete account yet of what brought Scott to police attention.
Two plainclothes officers in an unmarked vehicle were preparing to serve a warrant on someone else when Scott pulled up and parked next to them, according to the document.
The officers saw Scott rolling a marijuana cigar, or blunt, though they didn't consider it a priority at first, it said. But then one of the officers saw him hold up a gun, the document states.
"Due to the combination of illegal drugs and the gun Mr. Scott had in his possession, officers decided to take enforcement action for public safety concerns," the document said.
The narrative says Scott didn't respond to repeated commands to drop his weapon.
Those commands aren't heard in the body camera video, which doesn't have audible sound until after the shooting.
Amid anxiety and unease over the shooting of Scott, demonstrations in Charlotte have gone from violent to peaceful, although demands to see the police video remained a chief concern of protesters.
Before the release of the video, hundreds massed outside at the Charlotte police department building on Saturday afternoon chanting the name "Keith Scott." They also chanted, "No tapes, no peace" and raised signs including one reading "Stop Killing The Black People."
The city has been on edge ever since Scott's shooting death. The demonstrations reached a violent crescendo on Wednesday before the National Guard was called in a day later to maintain order. Forty-four people were arrested after Wednesday's protests, and one protester who was shot died at a hospital Thursday. City officials said police did not shoot 26-year-old Justin Carr, and a suspect was arrested.
The next two nights of protests were free of property damage and violence, with organizers stressing a message of peace at the end of the week.
Charlotte is the latest U.S. city to be shaken by protests and recriminations over the death of a black man at the hands of police, a list that includes Baltimore, Milwaukee, Chicago, New York and Ferguson, Missouri.

Marc Lamont Hill sat down with DJ Vlad to discuss his choice on voting for a third party over the two leading candidates, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. The VH1 Live host cleared up reports that he would vote for Trump telling DJ Vlad that "I'm not afraid of a Trump presidency, I would prefer Jill Stein for president because that's who I'm voting for. My preference isn't for Donald. I hope Donald Trump isn't president."
While a registered Democratic voter in Pennsylvania, the Nobody author explained why he decided to overlook the Clinton campaign and decided to vote for an Independent candidate, despite her slim chance to win. "I cannot morally reconcile voting for Hillary Clinton," he said while reiterating to viewers to vote with their conscience. "Killing innocent people abroad through predator drones is a moral non-starter. For me, vicious occupation of Palestine by the state of Israel is a non-starter. For me, supporting the death penalty in any circumstances in this country—given our histrory—is a moral non-starter, and quite frankly, [Hillary's] advocacy for policies from the '90s are moral non-starters."

BURLINGTON, Wash. (AP) — Police searched Saturday for a gunman who authorities said fatally shot five people in a mall north of Seattle before fleeing toward an interstate highway on foot.
People fled, customers hid in dressing rooms and employees locked the doors of nearby stores after gunshots rang out just after 7 p.m. Friday at the Cascade Mall. A helicopter, search teams and K-9 units scoured the area for a rifle-carrying man.
"We are still actively looking for the shooter," Washington State Patrol spokesman Sgt. Mark Francis said at a Friday night news conference. "Stay indoors, stay secure."
Authorities said four females, whose ages were not given, died after the gunman opened fire in the makeup department of a Macy's store. An adult male who was wounded in the shooting died early Saturday, officials said. His location in the mall was unclear.

Police said they were looking for a man wearing black and armed with a "hunting-type" rifle and last seen walking toward Interstate 5. The description, including that he appeared to be Hispanic, was based on statements from witnesses, said Given Kutz, a spokesman for the Skagit County Emergency Operations Center.
The unidentified gunman can be seen on surveillance footage armed with what appears to be a rifle in the Cascade Mall in Burlington, Wash., late Friday.
Authorities said the motive was unknown for the shooting about 60 miles (97 kilometers) north of Seattle.
The FBI was assisting local authorities as dozens of police officers searched for the suspect. The FBI's Seattle office said on Twitter that it "has no information to suggest additional attacks planned" in Washington state but did not elaborate.
Though the four female victims were in the makeup area, it is unclear where the male victim was when he was shot.
Tari Caswell told the Skagit Valley Herald that she was in the Macy's women's dressing room when she heard "what sounded like four balloons popping."
"Then I heard seven or eight more, and I just stayed quiet in the dressing room because it just didn't feel right. And it got very quiet. And then I heard a lady yelling for help, and a man came and got me and another lady, and we ran out of the store," Caswell told the newspaper.
Stephanie Bose, an assistant general manager at Johnny Carino's Italian restaurant near the Macy's store at the mall, said she immediately locked the doors to the restaurant after hearing about the shooting from an employee's boyfriend.
"He was trying to go to the mall and people were screaming," she told The Associated Press. "It was frantic."
She said he could see police at the doors with assault rifles and said they were no longer guarding the doors as of 9:30 p.m.
Francis said at about 8:30 p.m. that the mall had been evacuated and emergency medical personnel were cleared to enter. Francis said authorities were still doing a "final clear" of the 434,000-square-foot (40,000-square-meter) mall late Friday night. He said 11 search teams and two K9 units were involved.
The parking lot was closed and emergency management officials told people they would be able to retrieve vehicles Saturday, though the mall said it would be closed for the day.
Gov. Jay Inslee said tragedy had struck the state.
"We urge residents to heed all safety and detour warnings. Stay close to your friends and loved ones as we await more information and, hopefully, news of the suspect's capture," Inslee said in a statement.
The Cascade Mall is an enclosed shopping mall that opened in 1990, according to the mall's website. It features J.C. Penney, TJ Maxx, and Macy's stores, among other stores, restaurants and a movie theater.
On Sept. 17 a man stabbed 10 people at a Minnesota mall before being shot and killed by an off-duty police officer. Authorities say Dahir Ahmed Adan, 20, stabbed the people at the Crossroads Center in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
