12348779881?profile=originalFormer G-Unit turncoat The Game is taking L's like this season's Cleveland Cavaliers team.

His 'Red' album has been pushed back farther than Dr Phil's hairline, he got taken for $75,000 by valet drivers last Christmas. Now comes word the Compton rapper will have to un-ass nearly $100,000 for jewelry he ordered, took ownership of, but never fully paid for.

According to a TMZ report an L.A. judge ordered Jayceon to pay Lemmerman's Inc $90,999 for the jewelry ordered between 2007-2008.

The jeweler says Jayceon made a big payment initially, but then stopped paying. Now he must pay the amount owed, plus interest bringing the total to $99,000.

Here's a list of what was ordered:

- a 14K white gold 36" chain with white stones for $15,000
- a 14K yellow gold 36" chain with yellow stones for $15,000
- a diamond stud for $4,000
- a 14K white gold 5-row bracelet for $17,500
- a 14K yellow gold 5-row bracelet for $17,500
- two other gold "pieces" for $30,000

Coach Tom Walter and Kevin Jordan

Video After The Jump

Not many people would volunteer to donate a kidney, especially to someone they barely know, but that is exactly what Wake Forest baseball coach Tom Walter did.

Freshman outfielder Kevin Jordan suffered from ANCA vasculitis, a condition in which abnormal antibodies were causing his white blood cells to attack healthy tissue in his body. He needed a kidney and none of his family members were a match.

Walter decided to have himself tested and he was a match. After thinking it over and talking with his family Walter made the decision donate a kidney to Kevin.

12348780495?profile=original
"When we recruit our guys, we talk about family and making sacrifices for one another. It is something we take very seriously. I had the support of my family, Wake Forest and my team. To me it was a no-brainer," Walter said before the operation.

The operation took place Monday (February 7) at Emory Hospital in Atlanta and both men are expected to make a full recovery.

While doctors aren't sure if Kevin will play baseball again, he has his health thanks to his coach.

"If [Jordan] makes it back to the playing field, that would be a great story. But I just want him to have a normal life and have the chance to be a normal college student," Walter said.

Kevin's father Keith, feels like a higher power led his son to Wake Forest and Walter.

"It's like divine intervention when you look at everything that happened and how we even got to Wake Forest," Jordan said. "And then to meet a coach like Coach Walter and look at some of the things he had been through and done, and then to now do this, you just can't express it in words."

Poll After The Jump

Locked in an ugly war of words with Gabriel Aubry, the father of her 2-year old daughter Nahla, Halle Berry is making it known that her daughter is black despite what anyone else may think.

Amid reports by TMZ that Gabriel, who is French Canadian, "goes nuts" anytime it's said his daughter is anything other than white, Berry gave Ebony Magazine an interview clarifying her beliefs.

"I feel like she's black, I'm black and I'm her mother, and I believe in the one-drop theory," Berry said,

The one-drop theory is a belief by some that anyone with African ancestry is black.

According to Pew Research, 1 out of 7 marriages in 2010 was either interracial or interethnic, citing these statistics:

*A record 14.6% of all new marriages in the United States in 2008 were between spouses of a different race or ethnicity from one another. This includes marriages between a Hispanic and non-Hispanic (Hispanics are an ethnic group, not a race) as well as marriages between spouses of different races -- be they white, black, Asian, American Indian or those who identify as being of multiple races or "some other" race

*Among all newlyweds in 2008, 9% of whites, 16% of blacks, 26% of Hispanics and 31% ofAsians married someone whose race or ethnicity was different from their own

Despite statistics like these which indicate there will be a large wave of mixed race children over the next century, people are still categorized as one specific race.

Berry, whose mother is white says when her daughter is old enough she will have to make that decision for herself

"If you're of multiple races, you have a different challenge, a unique challenge of embracing all of who you are but still finding a way to identify yourself, and I think that's often hard for us to do," she said.

Is the one-drop theory an outdated way to classify a race of people?

I wonder if she has a tramp stamp on here back.

32-year old Ohio gym teacher Stacy Schuler has been indicted on 16 felony counts of sexual battery involving male students, mostly involving Mason High School football players.

An anonymous tip got an investigation started that revealed Schuler had sex off campus with 5 male students on at least 5 occasions in 2010.

Schuler turned herself in last week, but is now free awaiting trial after posting bail. She must wear an electronic monitoring device, must stay away from those 18 and under, have no contact with alleged victims and can't consume drugs and alcohol.

"Overall, I think this is an embarrassment. Not only to Mason public education, but to the teaching profession in general." Dr. Kevin Bright, Superintendent of Mason City Schools told Fox19.

Parents are angry that the teacher was placed on paid administrative leave until she resigned on Tuesday. Some even called for the school Superintendent to be fired.

"Why was Schuler put on paid administrative leave?" said John Meyer. "Send a clear-cut message that you are fired. And Mr. Kevin Bright, you're ten times more dangerous than a molester. Because it's your policies that got us where we are, and it's your policies that cost our kids their innocence. You ought to get out of Mason!"

12348778680?profile=originalFans can expect the best Drake has to offer on his next solo album because his attention won't be divided between different projects.

Back in October Drizzy released "I Get Lonely Too", which was supposed to be a prelude to an all R&B free mixtape titled 'It's Never Enough.'

The Toronto entertainer revealed on his blog that he's scrapping the mixtape to give %100 effort to his sophomore cd 'Take Care.'

I am truly enjoying my life right now. Its been so long since I have wrote anything on here because I feel like for a while I was trying to digest it all and save it for the music. But its finally set in that I am living my dreams and doing with all my closest friends from Toronto. I wake up and never know what to expect from any given day but good or bad I always learn something from it. I have decided that I am going to push "It's Never Enough" and focus completely on delivering Take Care to you all. I feel like my mind is truly ready to make this next album NOW and I don't want that feeling to escape me. My mother is doing well for all who have been asking. She went to her first swimming class the other day and won gold...not really but you know what I mean. OVO gang is all smiles and 40 is making some of the best music I have heard in my entire career. I am in the airport right now headed to LA to meet up with Boi 1da tonight. Its all feeling right. Its truly been a pleasure to speak again. Thank you for all your energy. Soon. Guidance.

Of cource the cynic in me makes me wonder if Universal had anything to do with Drake's change of heart.  Record labels aren't too keen on artists giving away free music these days.

So we can also put the rumors of a reggae album to be as well, at least for now.

After being in the rap game nearly 20 years, Snoop Dogg has just about seen and done it all. From working with producers like Dr Dre, to helping beat makers like Scoop DeVille and Soopafly make a name for themselves.

In this interview with Taj Mahal, Snoop breaks down the proper etiquette when dealing with a star like himself if you're a new producer.

"I always give n*ggas a chance ... n*ggas that aint got no name. I love giving them a chance by rapping on they beats," Snoop said. "I'm just saying when I do that, don't rob me, rob the next n*gga. Cuz I'm the nigga you tell people, "yeah Snoop gave me $20,000 for the beat.' Nah I aint gave you shit, but you tell a n*gga I gave you $20,000, that's how you leverage the game."

Snoop also recalled how he brought Soopafly into the game with a song that was featured on the 'Murder Was The Case' soundtrack. It was at a time when Death Row Records was at it's peak and Suge Knight was maybe the most feared man in the music industry.

"This n*gga Slip Capone and CPO, Soopafly did a beat for them and they didn't like the beat - ended up being the song on the Murder Was The Case soundtrack, '9 in the morning feds at my door', Who Got Some Gangsta Sh*t," Snoop explained. "I took the beat, gave him 5G's, he had never made a beat for nobody, and I gave him his publishing. And I gave him his credit, I could have said produced by Snoop Dogg. I was on Death Row back then, that's what Suge Knight told me to tell him. He said, "Tell that n*gga you produced the beat, give him $500 and tell him to kick rocks. I said, 'nah I like the lil n*gga I think he might be good with our crew and look where he at."

There's a lot more to the interview so peep it below and please leave your thoughts and comments.

When Prince picks you out of the crowd to come on stage and dance with him ladies it's probably best to just go with the flow, as one of the Kardashian sisters found out last night (February 7).

During a crowd participation segment at his Madison Square Garden show, Prince plucked Kim Kardashian out of the crowd to show off her dance moves, but she was as stiff as an iceberg.

The Purple One had enough after a few seconds and sent her back to her seat. "Get off the stage!" he told her as he gave her a playful shove.

Kim tweeted that she simply froze up in the presence of R&B royalty.

"OMG Prince just pulled me up on stage!!! I'm shaking!!!! I was so nervous I froze when Prince touched me!!!!"

She says she redeemed herself later in the show when Prince gave her a second chance.

12348782654?profile=originalWell double damn! Hackers have singer T-Pain in a vendetta kind of mood, but is he self destructing instead?

Last June the singer said he wouldn't be releasing his new album 'RevolveR' until album sales picked up.

"I got the mastered version of my album in my car right now. But I'm not bringing my album out until these artists start selling records again, 'cause ain't nobody selling records unless you Susan Boyle," he told  MTV News.

Those comments caused a bit of a backlash amongst some of his fans and others, so T-Pain took to his Twitter to vent his frustration and start leaking his own album.

Since nobody wants to respect this form of art that you all say we "love" so much, I'm just gonna go ahead and start leakin the album myself tonight. well maybe I shouldn't rant but everybody was lookin at me strange when I said I didn't wanna drop my album, it's not that album sales weren't doin good for hip hop and rnb, it just felt like no one respected "music" anymore. You know what, you guys enjoy the post game and I'll find my own ways to take care of my family. Oh and bty the "I Am T-Pain" Toy Microphone is comin in June (google that). To all the hackers and leakers thanks for showin interest in my music but I feel like I've been taken advantage of when I'm just tryin to let ppl know what's goin on with my music and then you audio highjack it for your own amusement I would have been happier if you would have just waited to get a better quality version of the song but it's cool its pretty much my fault anyways, so for the most part y'all can suck a fart out of a homeless mans ass. And to the fans, I know I talk a lot of shit but I'm a cool dude and I wanna say that without y'all and Tallahassee and Akon and Bu and the nappy headz and the team that I have now, I wouldn't be half the guy I am today so thank you as well. Here we go again YASIMELIKE

He then leaked 2 songs, "Seperated" and "Bes Luv Song" featuring Chris Brown.

It's a normal human tendency to try and remember the best things about a person after they pass away. That's why when truly great artists like Jimi Hendrix, 2Pac or Aaliyah pass away we place them on a pedestal.

James Dewitt Yancey aka Jay Dee or J. Dilla belongs in that category. Today would have marked his 37th birthday, he passed away age age 32 from thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura, a rare blood disease.

He left behind a great body of work from music produced for Erykah Badu, Common, Busta Rhymes, A Tribe Called Quest, De La Soul, Raekwon and many more.

To his own solo work on "Love Japan", "The Shining", "Welcome To Detroit." And group efforts with Slum Village/J-88 and JayLib, a collaborative effort with Madlib.

Below is a documentary that was put together around the time Dilla died. Also peep some of my favorite songs produced by him.

What were some of yours and where do you rank Dilla amongst all producers dead or alive?

Passengers on a recent flight into L.A.X. got a special treat when B.o.B. gave an impromptu performance of his hit song "Airplanes."

The Atlanta rapper is a six time nominee at the upcoming Grammys on February 13.

And no B.o.B. was copying Kanye West, who similarly rapped during a flight last year. He just happened to be flying Delta, the official airline for the 2011 Grammys, hence the promo.

Ellen Degeneres opened up a whole new world for Jennifer Aniston on her show last week when she introduced her to vibrating nipple pads.

Ellen had seen an ad for the vibrating bra inserts on a foreign infomercial and couldn't resist trying it out herself.

At one point Aniston asked, "am I being milked?"

Degeneres seemed a lot more comfortable wearing the device than did Aniston. Something tells me Ellen uses these at home, lol.

She's not the 1st, won't be the last and certainly wasn't the worst, but you can add Christina Aguilera to the National Anthem "wall of shame" for getting the words all mixed up.

She sang ‘‘What so proudly we watched at the twilight’s last gleaming’’, which is the same line from earlier in the song but with the word ’watched’ instead of the word ’hailed’

She should have sang, ‘‘O’er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming."

She joins Carl Lewis, Roseanne Barr, Keri Hilson and others as entertainers that have butchered the National Anthem.

Congrats X-Tina!

12348786869?profile=originalARLINGTON, Texas — Quarterback Aaron Rodgers has turned the Green Bay Packers into Super Bowl champions once again.

Rodgers threw three touchdown passes and Nick Collins returned an interception for another score, leading the Packers to a 31-25 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.

This was Green Bay's fourth Super Bowl title. The Packers won the first two Super Bowls with Vince Lombardi coaching Bart Starr, and captured another with Brett Favre in January 1997.

The Steelers trailed 21-3 before halftime. Ben Roethlisberger got them within 28-25 midway through the fourth quarter with a touchdown pass and a nifty 2-point conversion. The Packers answered with a field goal, giving Roethlisberger one last chance.

Needing to go 87 yards in 1:59 with one timeout left, Roethlisberger couldn't make it across midfield.
