Obie Trice's mom passed away Tuesday (July 12) from breast cancer.

The former Shady Records artist spoke to AllHipHop about the tragic loss, and how he is more determined than ever to make his mother proud.

"My mom was always in my corner and her presence will be missed tremendously," he said. “I'm more determined than ever to ensure I not only impact the music industry but also my community, just as she expected."

We wish Obie and his family the best during this difficult time.

His third studio album 'Bottoms Up' is due out later this year.

Foxy Brown escaped prosecution for allegedly dropping her panties and mooning a neighbor when a judge dismissed the charges on Tuesday [July 12]. Today Foxy's lawyer says the rapper plans to sue to the city for $100 million.

Salvatore Strazzullo told the New York Post that his client is suing the Assistant District Attorney's office for what he calls "malicious" treatment of his client.

"With school budgets cut, they had the audacity [to file charges]." Strazzullo said. "Do we want our tax dollars going for this?"

A rep for the city said ADA's have "absolute immunity" from being personally prosecuted and would seek an immediate dismissal of the lawsuit.

Olga Zajac kept would-be robber as sex slave

A thief in Meshchovsk, Russia met his match and then some, when the salon owner he tried to rob beat his ass then kept him as a sex slave.

Police say Viktor Jasinski. 32, was beaten up by Olga Zajac, who is a black belt in karate.

After knocking Jasinski unconscious with a kick, Zajac then dragged him to the back of her shop for what the DailyMail describes as some 'Pulp Fiction' type of revenge. But unlike Ving Rhames character in that Quentin Tarantino directed flick, Zajac didn't need to call in a team of "hard pipe hitting n*ggas" to exact her revenge.

The 28-year old salon owner tied Jasinski up, and for three days used him as a sex slave to "teach him a lesson." Force feeding him viagra to ensure he kept up his performance.

After several days Jasinski was released, but instead of going home happy to be alive, he ran right to the police station to tell them what happened.

Now they have both been arrested.

When police questioned Zajac she reportedly said: "What a bastard. Yes, we had sex a couple of times. But I bought him new jeans, gave him food and even gave him 1,000 roubles when he left."

R. Kelly is on the verge of losing one of his cribs according to Crain's.

The singer's mansion in Olympia Fields, Illinois is facing a $2.9 million forclosure. Kels hasn't made a payment on the home since June 2010, according to a J. P. Morgan Chase Bank N.A., who filed the motion last month in Cook County Circuit Court.

According to the report Kelly was trying to get the loan modified because the home's value has plummeted due to a steep decline in residential property values.

The 11,140-square-foot property was appraised for $5.2 million in 2009, but is now worth less than the debt.

The beef between singers Lloyd and Miguel over their similar hair styles spilled over into a heated exchange between the two this past weekend at Z107.9′s Summer Jam in Cleveland.

This situation initially started last week when after seeing Lloyd's new haircut Miguel tweeted, “Imitation is the Highest form of Flattery. Shout to LLoyd.”

Lloyd wasn't happy about being called a copycat. When the two saw each other at Summer Jam Miguel ended up apologizing after Lloyd told him he felt disrespected.

Miguel burst into the dressing room singing “The Wayans Bros.” theme song “We’re brothers, we’re happy and we’re singing and we’re colored”. Lloyd wasn’t in a joking mood and asks why Miguel sent the tweet.

Lloyd: Why would you even say that though?

Miguel: Yo, it shouldn’t have been said, as honest as I may have been. If it was like me and you having a conversation and I said it to you, it would have been different. The fact that I said it on Twitter was f*cked up and I apologize for that.

Lloyd: But the fact is that I was not trying to imitate you,” he continued. “I just felt like it was disrespectful. On some real shit, it was cheap and I felt like it was distasteful. The idea behind it wasn’t to mock you or imitate you, it was just to shave my [hair] so I could get a tattoo. For you to say that and bring all that kind of energy to me… It’s album release week so why am I answering questions about Miguel when I should be talking about my album that I worked two years for.

So now that they have settled their hair differences, is the beef over?

A Southern California woman got revenge on her husband who was divorcing her by cutting off his penis and putting it a garbage disposal.

48-year old Catherine Kieu Becker was arrested Monday night at the Garden Grove home she was sharing with the victim until their divorce is finalized.

Police say Becker drugged her husband's dinner to make him sleepy. When he went to lie down, she tied him to the bed and cut off his penis. Then put in a garbage disposal and ground it up.

"The victim went to lie down and he woke up tied to the bed with his wife tugging his clothes off," police said. "The suspect grabbed the victim's penis and cut it off."

After injuring her husband, Becker called 911. When police arrived she told them "he deserved it." Her husband was found still tied to the bed and bleeding from the groin area.

The 51-year old man was taken to UC Irvine Medical Center in Orange. Pieces of the penis were brought to the hospital, but it remained unclear whether surgeons were able to reattach it according to MSNBC.

The couple have been married less than two years.

Becker was booked for aggravated mayhem, false imprisonment, assault with a deadly weapon, administering a drug with intent to commit a felony, poisoning, and spousal abuse. She is being held at the Orange County Jail on $1 million bail. If convicted of all charges she could face life in prison.

The husband is listed in good condition by the hospital.

The controversy surrounding Kreayshawn and the White Girl Mob using the word "n*gger" in their rhymes is not dying down. Despite Mistah Fab recently co-signing the trio and their use of the word, it's not something most black people are going to condone.

Singer Lloyd recently talked to VladTV about the subject and said he thinks the young Oakland rapper and her crew should should really think about what they are saying..

The seemingly never ending saga of DMX and drugs continues.

After serving seven months for a previous probation violation for failing several drug tests, the rapper was supposed to be released from jail tomorrow. But because he's broken seven prison rules since January, including possessing drugs, his stay has been extended.

Dark Man has talked in recent weeks about his plans for a reality show and new album when he's released. Those plans will be on hold for at least a week or much longer according to TMZ.

Two backup dancers for Lil Wayne were arrested for assault in Hartford, Connecticut after allegedly attacking a waitress over a misunderstanding regarding their bill.

Jennifer Slaughter, 24, Della Hamby, 26 and a third woman argued with a waitress at P.F. Chang's in Westfarms Mall Sunday (June 10) over splitting their check three ways according to MSNBC.

After initially being told they should have made the request before ordering, the waitress agreed to split the check three ways as asked.

The three women left, but returned to pick up a cell phone of of them had forgotten. That's when police say Hamby and Slaughter attacked the waitress.

Both women were charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Wayne is scheduled to kick off the second half of the North American leg of the I Am Music 2 tour on Wednesday in Hartford.

The waitress is is said to be doing fine.

Mathew Knowles is vehemently denying accusations that he stole money from his daughter Beyonce while acting as her manager. He has filed legal papers trying to clear his name.

Beyonce fired her dad back in March, but said at the time it was mutual and amicable.

“I’ve only parted ways with my father on a business level,” Beyonce said in a statement at the time. “He is my father for life and I love my dad dearly. I am grateful for everything he has taught me.”

However, TMZ is reporting there is much more to the story.

Mathew blames Live Nation Entertainment for sabotaging his business relationship with his daughter. He claims that they told Beyonce he was stealing from her because they wanted desperately to "sink their fangs" into Beyonce's 2011 world tour according to documents obtained by TMZ.

Beyonce eventually had her law firm conduct an audit and discovered her father had stolen from her. He was then fired.

Mathew maintains his innocence and wants the judge to give him the right to take depositions of various people at Live Nation, to determine just how they concluded he was a thief.

In early June New Orleans rapper Kidd Kidd was shot six times in an apparent robbery attempt. Luckily he survived and is well on his way to recovery.

"wuzzam man thank yall for keepin me in yall prayers n*gga hit me six times but dey aint stoppin nutin b*tch ass n*gga get ur refund I aint dead," Kidd Kidd tweeted a couple of days later.

The situation is eerily similar to 50 Cent's life story. The G-Unit boss talked to MTV about that while in Atlanta on the set of Tony Yayo's "Haters" video. He said that instead of moving away from Kidd Kidd, the situation made him identify with what he was going through even more. He also revealed that the rapper is on the title track of his new album.

"He's actually on my album, the title track," 50 told MTV. "He got shot after we recorded that first song. Them boys down in New Orleans, they're active. It's a lot goin' on down there, and because I experienced it, I didn't move away from it. I actually ID'd with the situation a little more. He got hit six times, he got a bag on now," 50 said as Kidd Kidd lifted his shirt to reveal a colostomy bag. "Columbia, when that situation took place with me, they walked away from me just because they're not familiar with the actual environment and what happens at different points. It don't make me no difference: I understand it."

Kidd Kidd said he is happy to be down with somebody like 50.

"It's a blessing getting down with Fif. It's real, it's all love," he said. "There ain't too many real people in the industry, period. I've been around a lot, and right now it's time. I never felt like this before."
