Video After The Jump

A second man has come forward accusing Kevin Clash of having sex with him when he was underage. Amid the allegations Clash has resigned from Sesame Street, where he was employed as the voice of the popular children's puppet character Elmo.

The Sesame Workshop released a statement to Fox News regarding Clash's resignation.

"Sesame Workshop's mission is to harness the educational power of media to help all children the world over reach their highest potential. Kevin Clash has helped us achieve that mission for 28 years, and none of us, especially Kevin, want anything to divert our attention from our focus on serving as a leading educational organization. Unfortunately, the controversy surrounding Kevin's personal life has become a distraction that none of us wants, and he has concluded that he can no longer be effective in his job and has resigned from Sesame Street. This is a sad day for Sesame Street."

Cecil Singleton filed a lawsuit against Clash claiming the two had a sexual relationship when he was 15-years old and Clash was 32 according to TMZ.

12349671861?profile=original

"[Clash] trolled gay telephone chat line rooms to meet and have sex with underage boys," Singleton claims in the lawsuit. "[Clash] groomed [the accuser] to gain his trust by, among other things, taking him to nice dinners and giving him money."

The alleged incident happened in 1993. Singleton says he didn't file a lawsuit until now because he "did not become aware that he had suffered adverse psychological and emotional effects from Kevin Clash's sexual acts and conduct until 2012."

Singleton alleges Clash "preyed on teenage boys to satisfy his depraved sexual interests."

He is seeking $5 million from Clash.

Singleton, who is now in his 30's is the second man to accuse Clash of an inappropriate sexual relationship this month.

Sheldon Stephens

23-year old Sheldon Stephens accused Clash of having sex with him when he was 16-years old and Clash was 45. Stephens later recanted his claim after being paid $125,000 by Clash according to TMZ.

"Stephens agrees that immediately upon execution of this Agreement, his counsel, Andreozzi & Associates, P.C., shall release the [following] statement ... 'He [Stephens] wants it to be known that his sexual relationship with Mr. Clash was an adult consensual relationship.'"

Stephens later changed his story again by saying he was pressured into the agreement. He now says "he was literally crying during the final negotiations and repeatedly said he didn't want to sign." Stephens wants to return the $125,000 to restore his name.

Clash admitted to having sex with Stephens, but insisted it was after he was above the age of consent.

The IRS plans to collect their money from Nas one way or another. Back in March it was reported that the Internal Revenue Service would be garnishing Nas’ earnings from music publishers BMI and ASCAP until his $6 million tax debt was paid off. Now the government is going after his tour money.

TMZ is reporting that the Georgia Department of Revenue filed new legal documents and obtained an order commanding Live Nation, the promotional company behind Nas' current tour with Lauryn Hill, to garnish $1,083,435 from the rapper's earnings for taxes he owes for the years 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010.

It's the latest financial setback for Nas who lost his Georgia home to foreclosure in October.

Despite being acquitted in 1995, O.J. Simpson is widely believed to have murdered his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman on June 12, 1994. As Simpson sits in Nevada's Lovelock Correctional Center for an unrelated crime there is new evidence coming to light that he might not have been the killer after all.

12349697678?profile=original

O.J. and Nicole Brown Simpson

A new documentary set to air this week on Investigation Discovery points the finger at serial killer Glen Rogers as the person who actually committed the crimes. In the documentary titled "My Brother The Serial Killer," Clay Rogers says his brother admitted to killing Simpson and Goldman, but he didn't believe him at the time. Glen later spoke to a criminal investigator and went through step-by-step details of how the murder took place. He reportedly knew details only the killer would know according to KTVK.

12349698661?profile=original

The New York Post reports that Rogers provided proof to back up his story, including receipts that show he had been working construction in the area at that exact same time of the murders. Rogers had bragged about partying with Simpson. He told his family that she was rich and he was "going to take her down" according to the Daily Mail.

Rogers, who has been dubbed "The Casanova Killer" because he reportedly used his good looks to lure his victims to their deaths has confessed to killing between 70-80 people across the country. He is on Florida's death row for the 1995 murders of Tina Marie Cribbs in Tampa and Sandra Gallagher in Los Angeles.

He is also suspected of killing dozens more women in California, Louisiana and Mississippi.

Glen's brother Clay turned him in when he discovered a rotting corpse in the family’s cabin in the woods in Hamilton, Minn. Glen had previously bragged to Clay that he had killed at least 50 people, but Clay didn't believe him until he found the dead body.

According to Glen's confession, O.J. Simpson hired him to break into Nicole's home and steal a pair on $20,000 earrings. He also gave him permission to "kill the b*tch if necessary."

12349698281?profile=original

Ron Goldman

Ron Goldman's dad Fred Goldman is not buying Glen's supposed confession. He told TMZ that Investigation Discovery is just using that as a way to market the documentary.

12349698890?profile=original

"OJ Simpson murdered Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman. The criminal trial showed overwhelming and monumental evidence that OJ Simpson was the killer. There was no contrary evidence other than guess, innuendo, and rumor," Goldman told TMZ. "The fact of the acquittal at the hands of the jury will never wash away this murder from the hands of OJ Simpson, no matter how many Glen Rogers pop up on the media radar screen."

"My Brother the Serial Killer" will air Wednesday November 21 at 9PM Eastern on Investigation Discovery.

Last night's American Music Awards were pretty typical except for Jenny McCarthy seemingly losing control at the site of Justin Bieber.

The 40-year old former Playboy model was presenting Bieber with his second award of the night when she grabbed the 19-year old by the throat and kissed him on the cheek while grabbing his rear end.

"Wow. I feel violated right now," Bieber told the crowd while laughing.

12349656676?profile=original

McCarthy defended herself backstage after the show by saying she just couldn't resist.

"I did grab his butt," McCarthy said. "I couldn't help it. He was just so delicious. So little. I wanted to tear his head off and eat it."

McCarthy also Tweeted about the incident by posting a picture of the kiss and writing: "Cougar rape? #poorjustin."

12349657085?profile=original

We're pretty sure Justin didn't mind. Jenny is definitely Milf status.

Video After The Jump

Katt Williams got into a little bit of trouble in Oakland a few days ago. He was arrested last Wednesday for allegedly hitting a man over the head with a bottle. He followed that up with a bizarre performance at Oakland's Oracle Arena on Friday where he cursed out audience members, challenged one to a fight and had to dragged from the stage.

The comedian (as portrayed by Jay Pharoah) made an appearance on Saturday Night Live's Weekend Update to explain his erratic behavior as of late.

50 Cent had the honor of presenting the award for Favorite Rap/Hip-Hop Artist at the AMA's last night. Tyga, Drake and Nicki Minaj were the nominees in the category.

Tristan Wilds and Shay Carl caught up with the G-Unit boss on the Coca-Cola red carpet to get his opinion on who he thought should win the award,

"If we're looking at new efforts then we will have to go towards Tyga, he's the newest one. It would mean the most to him if he won. But Drake... it's pretty tough. It's cool, they've been working," 50 said.

(Nicki Minaj won)

12349678454?profile=original

50 also talked about his impression of paparazzi and if he ever gets tired of them.
