Check out the video premiere for "Fighter Jet" by N.A.R.S. artist Caligula featuring Wiz Khalifa. The music video was directed by Brazil and features pro skaters from the Blader Gang in Los Angeles. The single is available now on iTunes.

Chris Brown has official been charged criminal hit-and-run in connection with a minor car accident in May.

The singer was driving with Karrueche Tran last month when he rear ended a Mercedes. Pictures of the accident show both Brown and Tran outside of their vehicle talking to the driver of the other car, who later claimed Breezy gave her false insurance information and refused to give out his driver license number before leaving the scene.

According to TMZ, L.A.'s City Attorney has now filed charges against Brown for driving without a valid license and hit and run. If convicted the singer could face 6 months in jail for each charge.

What makes matters worse is Brown is already on probation for his 2009 assault of Rihanna. The City Attorney is turning the case over to the District Attorney, who could determine that the singer has violated his probation.

If that happens he could soon be in front of a judge facing the possibility of four years in jail.

Brown took to Twitter to deny the allegation that he didn't give the other driver the proper information.

Police are looking for a man who broke into the home of a Milburn, New Jersey woman and brutally beat her while her 3-year old daughter watched.

The woman was watching cartoons with her daughter on June 21 when the man kicked through a dead bolted door and attacked her. A nanny cam captured what happened next as the thug punched, kicked and then threw the woman down a flight of stairs while her daughter sat frozen on the couch.

"I knew that if I started screaming, my daughter would, too, and I was afraid she would get hurt," the  mother told News 12. "I took it. I didn't cry the entire time. They need to help us get him off the street. He's not just a burglar, he's violent."

The unidentified woman suffered a concussion, as well as leg and face injuries. Her 3-year old daughter and 1-year old son, who was asleep upstairs were not harmed. The burglar escaped with some jewelry.

The woman and her husband asked that the video be released to the public.

“They wanted to show how violent this person is because they want him caught as much as we do,” Capt. Michael Palardy told the Daily News. “And we’re not going to sleep until this guy is caught.”

Police have tracked down and captured the suspect in the beating of a New Jersey housewife.

42-year old Shawn Custis was taken into custody Friday in upper Manhattan by New York and New Jersey FBI agents, according to NBC New York.

Shawn Custis being taken into Essex County courthouse in Newark, New Jersey.

Custis, who has a long criminal history for burglaries, said nothing to reporters as he was led into Essex County courthouse.

Prosecutors have charged him with attempted murder, robbery, burglary and child endangerment in connection with the home invasion.

County chief of detectives Anthony Ambrose said Custis was being transported to an undisclosed location in New Jersey.

Kanye West is catching flack from a Christian rock band over his song "I Am a God" off of his new album, Yeezus.

P.O.D band member Sonny Sandoval slams the rapper in a new article that appears on TMZ.

"Kanye West deceives many and will lead many people astray," Sonny says. He further illustrates his point by quoting a Bible verse from Matthew 7:15-23: "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves."

West has yet to respond to Sonny. It's highly doubtful that he will. Despite the controversy Yeezus is expected to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. It's also on top of the charts in the U.K. and Australia.

Spike is also known for possibly being the biggest New York Knicks super fan ever. So is it OK to trade in your allegiance to the Knicks to party with their Eastern Conference rival? Hot 97's Peter Rosenberg doesn't think so. He says Spike is a traitor

Fat Joe has just been sentenced to four months in prison on tax evasion charges according to Latino Fox News.

The rapper, whose real name is Joseph Cartagena, received the sentence Monday in New Jersey federal court. Under a plea deal reached in 2012, Joe admitted to not filing federal income taxes on more than $1 million of income earned in 2007 and in 2008

The Terror Squad leader was also sentenced to one year of supervised release and was fined $15,000. He initially pleaded guilty to the charges in December 2012.

During a May 2013 interview with MTV's RapFix Live, the rapper laid a lot of the blame on bad accountants.

You gotta understand, we hire guys who are supposed have Harvard degrees to take care of us. The one thing I can say is, all the time you see artists, the first thing they did to you when you caught money was introduce you to a bunch of fancy guys with bow ties who are gonna take care of your money and all that and then you always see an artist or a celebrity or somebody like that going down for it and these guys never go down for it. But we didn’t go to Harvard for that.
