Jay-Z will take over HBO on August 2. The Roc Nation CEO will first make an appearance on Real Time with Bill Maher. He will then premiere his official music video for "Picasso Baby" at 11 p.m. EST.

Lady Gaga is baring it all once again. She recently posed nude for V Magazine. The pop star is obviously feeling very comfortable with her body because in a new promo pic for her upcoming album ARTPOP, Gaga poses wearing only black ankle boots and some eccentric glasses.
The singer posted the photo on her Twitter account along with the announcement that the first single from her forthcoming album will be released on August 19th.
ARTPOP will arrive on November 11th.

Video vixens Elizabeth Velasquez and Azia Davies are seeking $10 million each in a lawsuit they filed against Tyga.
As we previously reported, Davies, Velasquez and Alissa Rae Ross sued the Young Money rapper back in December. They all agreed to go topless in the Alex Nazari-directed clip for "Make It Nasty," but claim they were promised their nipples would be "covered up" or "edited out."
When the explicit version of the video aired last July, the women's breasts were fully exposed.
The women sued for breach of contract, invasion of privacy, as well as fraud. In new legal documents filed this month, Davies and Velasquez asked for $10 million each, according to TMZ. It's unclear if Rae Ross will also be seeking a huge cash payout.

DMX's trouble with the law continues. TMZ reports that the rapper was popped for driving under the influence this morning in South Carolina.
Dark Man X was pulled over at 3 AM this morning. He was arrested and taken to the Greenville County Detention Center. X was charged with DUI and for not having a driver's license.
It's the second time the troubled rapper has been arrested for driving without a license in South Carolina. He was busted in February for the same offence.
After being booked this morning, X bailed out around 4 AM.
**UPDATE** July 28
TMZ has obtained police dash cam footage of DMX's arrest. After cops pull him over he tells them he's only had one drink. He was given a field sobriety test, which he fails.
The rapper was placed in a patrol car, but couldn't keep his eyes open, passing out several times. Peep the footage below.
