Singer/Producer The-Dream has big aspirations, not only in music, but also in business.

The R&B star revealed in an interview on 106 & Park that wants to one day own the Atlanta Hawks basketball team and own a hotel that he would name "The Black Hotel".

His new album "Love King" is out now. Dream talks about how he's evolved from his first album to this one.

"To become a complete artist you really have to have a connection with your fans and your fans only. Sometimes you get in trouble trying to change certain things," Dream explained. "The great thing about staying closer to who you are helps those people from [previous albums] Love Hate and Love vs Money stay attached."

Lloyd Banks aka The PLK is putting the finishing touched on his third album, 'HFM2'. With G-Unit's track record you can understand why Banks has been selective with the features.

Blue Hefner recruited Dipset's Juelz Santana for the album's first smash single "Beamer, Benz or Bentley".

On the second single Banks knew he needed to add the right touch to the club banger "Any Girl", so he brought in R&B crooner Lloyd.

When Banks spoke to Rap-Up.com he explained why he felt Lloyd made the perfect choice for the record.

I was always a fan and I felt like he made good music,” Banks said. “But just under the circumstances, [a collaboration] couldn’t happen at the time because he was with the other guys—Murder Inc.” Since Lloyd broke free from his old team, the collaboration just made sense “I knew he was going to hop to it,” Banks states. “He’s a hustler ’cause he’s been independent, so he knows what the grind is and he doesn’t have too many barriers to go over in terms of getting clearance.

Once the two hit the studio together, they knocked the joint out in no time.

In the session, it probably took about maybe an hour tops,” Banks reveals. “Lloyd’s easy to work with. He has ideas and he’s not afraid to experiment. He came in and nailed [what I wanted]. I’ve had records that are written and people may feel a little funny about re-vocalling it because it’s written by a rapper opposed to another singer. People don’t really know that I wrote all the R&B choruses on my albums.”

Make sure you download "Beamer,Benz or Bentley" original version on iTunes HERE and the remix which features The-Dream, Jadakiss, Ludacris and Yo Gotti HERE.

Kelly Rowland may be enjoying her independence as a solo artist, but there was a time when the R&B star had to lean on her fellow Destiny’s Child groupmate.

Despite constant rumors pitting them against one another, the “Grown Woman” says she and Beyoncé have remained friends. “We were always civilized,” she tells Entertainment Weekly. “That’s what I’m most proud of. From the rumors to the lawsuits to false accusations, it was really tough.”

Even when legal issues arose with former members LeToya and LaTavia, the two stayed close. “We were strong because we had each other,” she tells the magazine. “There were times when I couldn’t even be strong enough, so I had B. She was the only thing I knew. She was my only friend.

As for the Destiny’s Child reunion that her former manager Mathew Knowles shut down, Kelly says she would be open to it “if the fans wanted it to happen.”

Rowland also admits in the article that her former label Columbia Records dropped her and it was not a mutual split as the press release stated. “In all honesty, they let me go. The records that I put out probably didn’t perform as well as maybe they wanted them to,” she reveals. “We live in an industry where you’ve got to bring in money. You can’t be pushing out so much money and not bring anything back. I get it.”

Kelly Rowland’s self-titled third solo album is due September 21 on Universal Motown, featuring the singles “Commander,” “Grown Woman,” and “Rose Colored Glasses.”

(CNN) -- Police in Portland, Oregon, say they have reopened their investigation into a massage therapist's allegation that former Vice President Al Gore had "unwanted sexual contact" with her in 2006, a police spokeswoman said Wednesday.

"The Portland Police Bureau has made the decision to re-open the case regarding the allegations brought forward against Mr. Al Gore," Detective Mary Wheat said in a statement issued Wednesday afternoon. "Consistent with our policy regarding open investigations, the Police Bureau will not be commenting on any additional specifics regarding this case at this time."

A renewed investigation "will only benefit Mr. Gore," said Kalee Kreider, a spokeswoman for the former vice president.

"The Gores cannot comment on every defamatory, misleading, and inaccurate story generated by tabloids," Kreider said. "Mr. Gore unequivocally and emphatically denied this accusation when he first learned of its existence three years ago. He stands by that denial."

The therapist told police in a prepared statement in January 2009 that she was "repeatedly subjected to unwanted sexual touching" by Gore during an October 2006 massage she performed on the former vice president at his hotel room, Portland police disclosed last week.

The department concluded there was not enough evidence to bring charges against the former vice president. Police said her attorney had approached police in 2006, but she did not speak with detectives at that time.
The attorney told investigators in January 2007 that the accuser would pursue a civil case and "declined the assistance" of detectives. The Police Bureau said last week it disclosed the matter after a story on the complaint appeared in the tabloid National Enquirer.

Portland police did not explain why the case was being reopened nor did they release the woman's name.

But the National Enquirer identified her on its website as 54-year-old Molly Hagerty. The website includes a photo of a woman it identified as Hagerty and quotes from what the Enquirer said was an exclusive interview with her.

CNN policy is not to name the alleged victim in a sexual abuse case, unless the person comes forward publicly.

Massimo Magrini, a well known artist of Bad Sector music project offers his faithful listeners dark ambient high quality music.

bs.jpg

In his album “Vacuum Pulse” Massimo keeps on surprising his listeners with the wonders of sound derivation.Bad+Sector+wroclaw.jpgIn fact, he is engaged in studying the problems of analogue electronics and digital signals processing.A friend of mine even wished to write a research paper about unusual music instruments inspired by Massimo Magrini and his unusual manner of electronic playing. Vacuum Pulse is the album which makes listeners feel the atmosphere of space, and imagine space travels. It was released in 1996, and caused real furor, as the end of the Cold War ended the epoch of extensive space researches. His album was the reminder of forgotten distances and travels, reminder of human dream to conquer the Galaxy and find contacts with other civilizations. The space themes of the album deserves particular attention, and may become subjects of an academic writing which will explain the origins of space sounds, and the power of human dream associated with space travels. The album released in the previous century sounds futuristically even for nowadays, however, few remember Massimo Magrini – a talented musician with technical education. Hence, his music taste, the thirst for inventions, as well as technical mind allowed him to create a masterpiece which has been admired for more than 10 years. Few contemporary musicians would boast such popularity.

#18. Lady Gaga

#17. Kristin Cavallari.

#16. Scarlett Johansson

#15. Sandra Bullock

Why we've loved her in 2010: A millisecond after Sandra reached the highest point of her career with a 2010 Oscar win, her cheating husband turned her life into one long-running Jerry Springer episode, complete with tatted porn star mistresses and alleged white supremacist fuckery. But instead of her throwin' chairs and takin' names, she waited for the shitshow to blow over and resurfaced at the MTV Movie Awards where she let her lips on ScarJo do all the talking. Redemption at its finest.

#14. M.I.A.

Why we've loved her in 2010: After she popped one out of the oven, M.I.A. went on hiatus from the music industry for a while. But with a new album slated to release next week, her Complex issue on stands now, and her headlining spot on this summer's HARD tour, it goes without saying that she's re-immersed herself in the biz. Then again, it's possible that her uninhibited digs at Lady Gaga might've had something to do with her publicity. We love a girl who fires shots for the fuck of it.

#13. Michelle Trachtenberg

Why we've loved her in 2010: Boo hoo, so her medical dramedy Mercy was cancelled. But given her sexy capability of spittin' rhymes (proven by her Nicki Minaj cover video), Tracz a.ka. T-Berg a.k.a. M.T. Lyte may have a future in the rap game if Gossip Girl dips and next year's Young Americans bombs. Hey, don't get any ideas about our Feb/Mar cover girl! We saw her first.

#12. Jessica Biel

Why we've loved her in 2010: You know how we know you saw Valentine's Day? Because otherwise no one would have gone to see The A-Team. C'mon, how else would you have realized how hot she's gotten? Oh, and she's got another rom-com, Nailed, coming out this year, which may suck but will regardless be yet another flick to add to this list of her sexiest roles.
