Future is really going through it right now. The rapper is battling baby mama #1 (Jessica Smith) regarding child support payments. Smith wants more money for their 10-year old kid, Future is putting his foot down and saying no way.

A paternity test in January proved the child was his. A financial agreement was reached for $1,662 a month, but Smith came back later demanding more cash, claiming Future lied about his income

While trying to settle one problem, another one has popped up.

Baby mama #2 Brittni Mealy claims Future, real name Nayvadius Cash, has left their child without support for months. She says the rapper owes her for the months of June and July, in addition to more payments moving forward, according to TMZ.

Future has asked the courts to legally recognize him as the father. He also wants joint custody and for the court to determine how much child support he should pay.

Mealy doesn't think the amount the court determines will be enough and is already angling for more cash.

Christian was born and raised in New Kensington, an outskirt of Pittsburgh. She found her passion for music while singing in church and continued singing after that. Her and a friend formed a group named Harmony that broke up in late 2009. After her break for the group she met FlyGuy through a mutual friend and after recognizing her talents asked her to be part of Fam 4 Life.

She accepted and aquired the name Pretty Krissy and made P.K. her rap altar ego after finding out she could rap. Now P.K. is one of the most dynamic and versitile female artist doing it. Her main influences are Lauren Hill, Mariah Carey, SWV, and Beyonce. Dru Hill was one of her favorite male groups.

Video After The Jump

It's been said that divorce can be as painful as a death in the family. When there are kids involved and their parents can't reach an amicable agreement when it comes to visitation it's even worse.

The courts generally set rules for visitation, alimony, child support payments and the distribution of marital assets, but even then problems can still arise.

Case in point; the Dwayne Wade/Siohvaughn Funches-Wade divorce. In 2011, Wade was awarded custody of their two children, Zaire and Zion, with Funches receiving visitation every other weekend and on certain holidays.

12350263484?profile=original

As part of the divorce agreement, Funches-Wade was supposed to be paid a $1 million dollar settlement, plus $25,000 a month and an additional $10,000 a month in living and travel expenses as a part of their 2008 agreement.

Pretty nice settlement on paper right? Well, according to Funches-Wade she is not seeing very much of that money.

12350263698?profile=original

Wade and Funches during happier times

She has filed a new lawsuit claiming that funds from Wade’s endorsement deals with T-Mobile, Staples, Gatorade and Li Ning are not being deposited in joint account controlled by both of them, according to the Chicago Sun Times.

In the lawsuit Funches-Wades' attorney, William P. Suriano, claims his client has been unable to pay her mortgage or home or auto insurance. They are seeking $2 million in damages from Wade, his attorney, a financial adviser and the four companies involved in the endorsement deals.

In 2009, Funches-Wade sued Dwayne for allegedly giving her a sexually transmitted disease (STD) contracted through an through an extramarital affair. Wade sued his his ex-wife and two of her lawyers for defamation. Funches-Wade later dropped her lawsuit.

12350264299?profile=original

On Friday (July 19), Funches held a press conference/demonstration on the streets of Chicago to detail issues regarding the way Wade has been treating her.

She says the NBA star has scheduled a basketball camp for Zaire during her visitation time. She also claims that the parenting coordinator, Howard Rosenberg, told her if she doesn't allow her son to participate in the basketball tournament he would ask the judge to not allow her to see her kids again. Funches-Wade says she has email proof.

12350264492?profile=original

Funches-Wade also alleges that her own lawyer has cut deals for financial settlements with Wade without her permission.

This situation just seems to be getting worse by the day. The only hope is that the parents can set aside their differences and put the children first.

**UPDATE** July 22

After a bitter money  dispute and issues regarding custody of their children, Dwayne Wade has reached a settlement with his ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches.

Wade's attorney, Jim Pritikin, released a statement on Monday July 22.

The statement reads:

"Dwyane Wade and his ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches have reached a financial settlement. The agreement was submitted in court last Tuesday, July 16 prior to Ms. Funches' recent unfounded and erratic public display outside the courthouse this past Friday. Dwyane Wade has made several requests over the years to settle this matter, despite Ms. Funches having 16 different attorneys and 2 arrests throughout this process.  Mr. Wade has provided a very generous settlement to Ms. Funches to continue to live a wonderful lifestyle for the rest of her life.

Despite false allegations by Ms. Funches claiming to be “homeless” and “destitute,” Dwyane Wade has maintained over the years financial support to his ex-wife by providing her with income over $25,000 on a monthly basis, timely paid for her home mortgage, maintenance and security at the house, 4 cars, insurance, taxes and all of her attorney fees throughout this process. Ms. Funches has made a mockery of homelessness which is a serious and personal issue for Mr. Wade as his mother was homeless for a period of time when he was a child.

Dwyane Wade was awarded sole custody of their sons by the court in 2011. The safety and wellbeing of his children are his main priority. Due to Ms. Funches' current unstable mental state, her visitation will be determined by the court. Mr. Wade continues to hope that one day he will have a civil relationship with his ex-wife for the sake of their sons."

Video After The Jump

This may be a first for a rap album. 2 Chainz will be releasing his new album B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time on September 10, 2013.

The project is a follow up to his highly successful debut album, Based on a T.R.U. Story. Tity Boi sat down with Power 105.1's DJ Self recently and revealed the album will come with a cookbook.

When I see my Instagram people say 'you eat like a white person'. People don't know that I have huge stomach issues. I have ulcers, I have acid reflux, so, certain supplements or certain prescriptions that I take is not something that people may think I'm abusing. I really have prescriptions for certain things… so of course I've got a chef, and I have to eat a certain way. By me eating a certain way, it has changed my life. I've got a glow, it's about what I'm putting inside my body.

I'm cool enough to be comfortable in my own skin and try to educate people, so with this cookbook I'm gonna have probably about 14 to 15 meals, how ever many songs it is, that's gonna tell you what was used to make these as far as ingredients, and cooking time and all of that stuff, and probably the pros and the cons of eating it... I'm a seafood lover, I don't eat beef or pork, period… so turkey, chicken, that's a lot of the recipes I use and eat every day, you know? I eat multiple meals a day... I treat this rap like a sport, that's my angle... very few athletes eat fried food all day long, or all month long… it clogs up arteries, cholesterol, and things of that nature. Black people, the leading cause of death is high blood pressure. All that kind of comes from what you eat, so yeah, I eat salads and stuff like that.

Video After The Jump

At a recent Beyonce concert a male fan comes unglued when the singer touches his hand. The fan convulses and jumps up and down like he's in a trance initially. After Mrs Carter kneeled down to hug him, it became too much for him to take. Within seconds he had passed out.

That's the first time I've seen someone catch "The Holy Ghost" outside of a church.

Platinum-selling power couple Jay-Z and Beyonce appeared Saturday at a “Justice for Trayvon Martin” vigil after the slain teen’s mother proclaimed her son’s innocence.

“Trayvon was no burglar,” a stoic Sybrina Fulton told a Harlem rally with the Rev. Al Sharpton. “He had a drink and some candy. He had every right to be in that area.”

Former N.Y. Gov. Eliot Spitzer also attended the demonstration.

Sharpton and Fulton went from the Harlem gathering to a lower Manhattan protest — one of scores scheduled nationwide one week after George Zimmerman’s acquittal in the shooting of Martin.

Rapper Jay-Z and his wife turned out for the Manhattan demonstration. Other events were set for Los Angeles, Miami and Atlanta.

Fulton defended her son and placed the blame for his death directly on the Florida man cleared of any guilty in the fatal incident.

“George Zimmerman started the fight and George Zimmerman ended the fight,” Fulton said. “My son died without even knowing who his killer was ... Today it was my son. Tomorrow it might be yours.”

Sharpton, speaking at the Harlem rally, called for a fight against “Stand Your Ground” laws in Florida and elsewhere. He also called for federal charges against Zimmerman in the case.

“We’re going to make sure there is an aggressive civil rights investigation,” Sharpton promised. “We are trying to get justice, not get something off our chests.”

Fulton echoed Sharpton’s call for another prosecution of Zimmerman, 29.

“We have moved on from the verdict,” she said. “Of course, we’re hurting. Of course we’re shocked and disappointed. But that just means we have to roll up our sleeves and fight.”

Neighborhood watch volunteer Zimmerman insisted that he shot the 17-year-old Martin in self-defense. The teen was unarmed when fatally shot inside a gated community on Feb. 26, 2012.
