It's rare to see a good one on one scrap. Usually we get mob fight footage these days, but a couple of weeks ago a security guard and suspect got into a fair one and it was caught on tape.
Morgan Andrew said the off duty guard accused him of harassing a woman, then challenged him to a fight.
The two go toe to toe for about 30 seconds. It was clear Andrew got mopped up, but he thought he won.
"Dude ran up on me... dude said let's fight. I said ' I aint have nothing to do with it' and I whooped his monkey ass," said Andrew while being handcuffed.
After talking with Andrew, police eventually let him go.
Guess it's kind of hard to charge someone with getting their asses beat.

The construction work being done on his NYC 40/40 club has turned into a huge headache for Jay-Z.
The New York City District Council of Carpenters accuse the hip hop star of using a company, Conelle Construction, that has substandard wage and health care benefits for workers.
Several giant, inflatable Union rats have been set up outside the club by the DCOC in protest.
A spokesperson for the DCOC explained to Curbed what the disagreement is about in a statement.
A rat is a contractor that does not pay all of its employees the Area Standard Wages, including either providing or making payments for family health care and pension benefits. Shame on the 40/40 CLUB & Shawn Carter aka Jay Z for contributing to the erosion of area standards for New York City Carpenters. The New York City District Council of Carpenters has a labor dispute with A&V Drywall which is performing work at 6 West 25th Street in NYC. 40/40 CLUB & Shawn Carter aka Jay Z is responsible for hiring CONELLE CONSTRUCTION CORP. Conelle Construction does not meet area labor standards, including providing or fully paying for family healthcare and pension for all of its carpenter craft employees.
No word from Jay's camp on the situation yet.

A mystery buyer has contacted Vivid Entertainment, the company that released Kim Kardashian's sex tape, looking to have it completely removed from the market.
"The party we represent does not intend to distribute or broadcast the 'tape,' but hopes to completely remove it from the market," the mystery buyer's lawyer told TMZ.
Numbers tossed around have reached as high as $30 million.
Ray J, the tape's co-star is fine with it being sold, as long as he's well compensated.
The singer's lawyer sent Vivid a letter that TMZ obtained stating "any attempts to transfer the copyright outside of these parameters will result in filing a motion with the courts to seek an injunction of any sale until Ray J's rights are protected."
Ray J's lawyer says his client's career has been tainted by the sex tape.
"My client rarely has a conversation with industry professionals where the Tape has not been mentioned or questioned ... no amount of money can relieve him from this nightmare."
Translation; pay me a lot of money and I'll be cool.

Katt Williams appeared on CNN today to try to clarify what some are calling an anti-mexican rant he went on during a stand-up show in Phoenix, Arizona last month.
Williams got heated at a hispanic audience member who was heckling him about Arizona still being a part of Mexico.
"This used to be Mexico, but now it's Phoenix motherf*cker," Katt said at the time before chanting USA! "I bet you don't leave here to go to Mexico motherf*cker. [They] think they can live in this country and pledge allegiance to another country. If you love a country more than America? Then get to steppin' then! Do you remember when white people used to say ‘Go back to Africa,’ and we'd have to tell them we don't want to? So if you love Mexico, bitch, get the f*ck over there. We were slaves, bitch. You just work like that as landscapers.”
A few days ago an apology from Williams' camp was issued.
"My remarks were not meant to be offensive." the statement read. "I want to apologize if my comedy act was taken out of context. I sincerely appreciate my fans within the Mexican community and would never intentionally go out of my way to offend them."
Today the comedian backtracked on the apology a bit, saying it's his job to give comedy to his audience uncensored.
"If a person starts their heckling with f*ck America, then that gives me the right to defend my country," the comedian said. "I couldn't be anti-mexican -- my mexican fan base is largely responsible for me even existing. Between that and the black community it's really all I have. But I don't think I need to apologize for being pro-American. I only sell them uncensored thoughts, so I'm not allowed to come back the next day and apologize, that's for the Tracy Morgans of the world."

It's hard to understand what some parents are thinking at times.
A video that appears to show a 4-year old driving a car while her dad instructs her from the backseat is circulating around the net.
Orange.uk reports that the parents are from China's Jinan, Shandong Province.
In the video being shot by her mother, who is in the passenger seat, the child can be seen driving normally in traffic. At one point she stops behind a car, then switches lanes.
"Jia Zheng, stop the car. Let Daddy drive," the father says near the end of the video. The young driver calmly pulls over, then hops into her mom's lap and starts sucking on a pacifier.
The father then removes brake and accelerator pedals he had placed on the car to allow his daughter to drive, before he takes the wheel.
Local police say there is nothing they can do if they found the parents.
"Kids absolutely are not allowed to drive," Li Xiaobin said. "However, as for drivers under 14 years old, we can't give them tickets. If we caught them, we could only educate the parents. In the worse scenario, if an accident happened, we could only ask the parents as guardians to compensate the other parties."

A trailer for a new video game has hit the net and it's likely to cause plenty of controversy.
'Slavery The Game' gives players the opportunity to "buy slaves, discipline them, exploit them, make a tremendous fortune, and become the most powerful slave trader" according to the trailer.
The game has a website, and is reportedly hitting the market in Spring 2012.
However, there is the possibility that this is an elaborate hoax. EscapistMagazine did some digging and couldn't find any information about the title's creator, Javelin Reds Gaming.
Whether or not it actually exists, somebody went out of their way to make people think it does.

Early projections from Billboard had the album pushing close to 850,000 units it's first week out. Now HitsDailyDouble is estimating the final total could be closer to 975,000.
When MTV caught up to Weezy after his VMA performance Sunday, he said he never stressed it when the record leaked several days prior to it's August 29 release date.
“We did real good this time, real good," Wayne said. "It just means people want to hear it. I mean, ’cause there are people’s albums that come out that can be leaked and don’t leak, so I’m glad mines leaked.”

New Mobb Deep music will be on the way soon now that the group has secured a new label situation.
Prodigy and Havoc will be recording for Red Distribution, and independent arm of Sony, via a deal with their own Infamous Records.
"After almost 20 years in this industry, it was inevitable for us to take matters into our own hands. We feel that RED is the perfect home for our brand," Prodigy said in a press release issued to MTV News. "We know who our fans are and what they want from Mobb Deep. We're excited to take a new step in our career," Havoc added.
The deal will allow Hav and P the opportunity to introduce their own artists to the world via Infamous/RED/Sony.
"Mobb Deep is an iconic act, having been on the cutting edge of music and social commentary for years. We are happy and excited to distribute the next chapter in their musical career." said Bob Morelli, President of RED Distribution.
Expect a new album from the duo sometime later this year.

As many of you may know by now T.I. has been placed back in federal custody one day after being released.
T.I. took a luxury bus ride from Arkansas to a Georgia halfway house. Prisoners from low or medium security prison can use a private, unescorted mode of transportation to travel from the prison facility to the halfway house, as long as prison officials know exactly the type of vehicle he/she is riding in.
Prison officials are claiming T.I. misled them. Saying he would be riding in a regular bus, not a tricked out tour bus.
Tip's wife, Tiny, is speaking out saying that just isn't the case. She insists that prison officials not only knew Tip would be riding in a tour bus, but took pictures with him.
"This is a bunch of bullsh*t," Tiny Told TMZ. "They should have said something before he got on the bus. T.I. would have politely gotten into a van. T.I. is one of the strongest individuals I know ... and they just trying to break him in more ways than one and it's not gonna work! 'Cause what God got for him, can't no man take that away ... period!"

For the last year or so things have been a whirlwind for Royce Da 5'9. With a new solo album in stores, an EP with Eminem in the bag, and an upcoming disc with Slaughterhouse in the works, things are going well for Nickel Nine.
Yesterday the Detroit rapper was rewarded for some of his hard work when he received a gold plaque for the EP "Hell: The Sequel."
Two of Royce's Slaughterhouse counterparts Joe Budden and Crooked I, were in attendance at the Majestic Theater in Detroit, as well as Bun B when Royce happily accepted the plaque from Eminem's manager Paul Rosenberg according to MLive.com.
It's the first certification from the Recording Industry Association of America for Royce.
