19-year old Breana Rachelle Harmon has been indicted by a Grand Jury in Denison, Texas on four charges, including three felonies, related to false reports of kidnapping and sexual assault she made earlier this year.
In March Harmon, who is white, ran half-naked and bloodied into a church, claiming 2 masked black men had raped her, while a 3rd held her down.
A police investigation revealed that the entire story was fabricated.
“Ms. Harmon was originally arrested for the misdemeanor offense of false report to a peace officer,” Grayson County District Attorney Joe Brown said in a press release Wednesday. “However, the more we have looked at what happened in this case, and considered the harm it caused, and certainly could have caused, we believe what she did fits these higher charges. What she did was very serious, and we believe it was felony conduct.”
Three of the charges are third degree felonies. Harmon could face up to 2-10 years in prison along with a $10,000 fine.
The fourth charge is a state jail felony, punishable by up to 2 years in state jail and a $10,000 fine.
She faces up to 32 years in prison if convicted on all counts.

Tyler, the Creator is wondering if there's some funny business going on over at TIDAL. The Odd Future rapper's newly released solo album titled "Flower Boy" is competing with Meek Mill's "Wins and Losses" and Lana Del Rey's "Lust for Life" for No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.
But based on tweet's from Tyler Wednesday, July 26, it seems as though he feels like TIDAL is giving Meek an unfair advantage.
"IM PETTY I WANT THAT TOP SPOT HAHAHA I WANT IT SO BAD MAN," he wrote. "DAMN TIDAL GOT ALBUMS PLAYING BEFORE A PAYWALL WHICH MAKES ME THINK NIGGAS CAN HAVE BOTS SPIKING UP PLAYS FOR BILLBOARD ON FRIDAY HMM. FUCK THAT I NEED THAT TOP SPOT."
On Thursday, due to many requests, Billboard explained how they count free streams.
"Free streams -- with 'free' defined as streams a listener has accessed without having a paid subscription or as part of a trial period subscription -- have counted towards the Billboard 200 since it changed to a consumption model in 2014 where the ranking is determined by blending album sales, track equivalent album units and streaming equivalent album units."
HitsDailyDouble reports that two other recent TIDAL releases have come under scrutiny.
"In the first week of wide release for Jay-Z’s 4:44, total reported streams to SoundScan were 122m, which was 68m more than the same streaming services reported to BuzzAngle. Similarly, two weeks prior, DJ Khaled won a race with Imagine Dragons for #1 when SoundScan logged 17m more streams than BuzzAngle. Industry insiders have confirmed that both Apple Music and Spotify, the leading steaming services with over 90% combined share, reported the same numbers to both chart services."
There are rumblings that Nielsen may change the way streams are counted in the future. In the meantime, artists will just have to deal with the status quo.

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Fargo police are investigating after a Minnesota woman is shown in a video threatening Muslim women in a Walmart parking lot.
Amber Hensley of Mapleton says she was upset that the car the women were in was parked too close to her car.
In the video, Hensley shouts at the women “We’re going to kill all of you.”
Hensley told KVRR-TV in a Facebook message she lost her cool and wishes she could take her comments back.
A partner at Horab & Wentz, the Fargo accounting firm where Hensley worked as a part-time secretary, confirms that she has since been fired.
The three women in the car are originally from Somalia. The Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations has invited Hensley to meet with the Fargo Muslim community.
