HipHopWired Reports “You ever heard of the song “Pimp Slap” where I went after Suge Knight? If I got issues, I go after a n*gga's mother**kin head.” Perception is everything and is the sole factor as to how people are viewed in life. Whether in the work place or just out and about, the way a person chooses to carry his/herself is looked on as a spectator's sport from those around that create their own deductions from what they believe they see. As Snoop Dogg continues to promote his upcoming release Malice N Wonderland, there has been misrepresented perception as it pertains to a song titled “Protocol” where he raps such lyrics as: “Gangstas don't kiss, we get old and get rich.” And “We hit licks and gang bang/ You on some T-Pain shit.” Of course initial perception is to draw a negative connotation from such words and so was the case as many were under the belief that such lyrics were going at Lil Wayne's head. Speaking on Shade 45's Lip Service, Snoop addressed the false claims and added that he's not one to throw subliminal shots. “I'm not fin to shoot at your shoes or shoot at your spot where your baby momma at, I'm fin to take your mother**kin neck off. I don't have no problems with rappers, that was me speaking in general. If a n**ga feel offended or feel froggish, leap mother**cka.” Looked at as being Uncle Snoop, he added that time has progressed and he's not at the same place to want to go at someone's neck. “I don't ever make diss songs, I make hit songs.” Snoop also offered a simple problem solver if such confusion ever arises again. “When those feel that I'm directing the finger at them, come get at me. I ain't hard to get at, I'm everywhere.” The Doggfather did state that there is only one thing that could possibly make him step back into the ring once again and battle in the ring. “I'm so far in the game where if I was to get into a battle with a n*gga, he couldn't f*ck with me just because of the longevity that I've been in the game. It would only be exciting if it was a bad ass fresh new n*gga or he was an old ass n*gga like me that's still fresh. Other than that, it wouldn't make no sense.” People are always looking for a reason to cause some type of hostility or tension. It's almost as though it has become a primal instinct. Perception has been used for negativity as some choose to search for the bad before they can mentally conceive anything positive about another. Next time there's a question, make sure to raise a hand for the answer and not fabricate what you believe should be the truth.

Detroit News Reports The IRS and state of Georgia claim Grammy Award-winning producer Jermaine Dupri, the beat master who has worked with artists Mariah Carey, Usher, Jay-Z and a stable of other stars, owes more than $3.2 million in delinquent taxes, records show. But his lawyer insists the debt has been paid. The 37-year-old Georgia native, whose full name is Jermaine Dupri Mauldin, has been in an off-again on-again relationship with Janet Jackson. What's owed: The state of Georgia filed a $135,749 lien against him Nov. 17, 2008, in Fulton County Superior Court. The IRS filed a $3,095,004 lien against him Sept. 4, 2008, in the Westchester County (N.Y.) Clerk's office. The liens amount to a little more than the $3.16 million Dupri paid for this Atlanta pad in 2005. His side: Dupri lawyer James Kane did not explain what led to the tax liens being filed but insisted the debt has been paid. "I can assist you in telling you that all of the taxes have been paid and my law firm has been, and is, in the process of getting the liens removed in normal course," Kane wrote in an e-mail. "As to any other information, you can certainly understand under the attorney-client privilege that I am not able make any further comment."

Toronto Star Reports Assault charges were withdrawn Wednesday morning against the manager for the Black Eyed Peas after he apologized for punching celebrity blogger Perez Hilton in Toronto last June. Liborio Molina was charged after a June 22 incident at the Cobra nightclub on King St. W.

Assault charges have been dropped against Black Eyed Peas manager Liborio (Polo) Molina, after celebrity blogger Perez Hilton was struck following the Much Music Video Awards earlier this year The Crown withdrew the charge this morning after Molina signed a peace bond agreeing to have no contact or communication with Hilton, stay at least 100 metres away from the Cobra club and to not carry weapons. Molina paid a $500 deposit to guarantee the bond and donated another $500 to Toronto's Red Door shelter for women.

He also wrote an apology to Hilton, in which he acknowledged that "physical violence is not the way to deal with" disputes. The Crown told the court that Hilton was not happy because the letter of apology was not good enough remedy, but the judge accepted it. Molina declined further comment after the quick court appearance — his first in this case — at Old City Hall. Looking content, he said only that "everything has been said." Hilton has also filed a $25,000 civil suit against Molina, which alleges the manager was upset with his critical comments about the Peas' new album The E.N.D. The incident occurred after Hilton and Black Eyed Peas front man will.i.am argued at a post-awards party. Will.I.Am Explains His Side Of The Story Perez Hilton Explaining His Side Of The Story

AllHipHop Reports Former Outlawz member Mutah “Napoleon” Beale will launch a new TV show in Britain to introduce people to Islam. Napoleon TV will launch December 1 on Sky’s Up & Coming channel and will air across Europe and North Africa. Beale will present a number of different celebrities being introduced to the Quran, segments on Fatwa’s and advice from accredited scholars, which will help Western Muslims in need of guidance. "It seems like here in America the media is attacking Islam in every way possible, so I decided to use the media to give people an understanding about the true religion of Islam, which is whole and peaceful" Beale told Al Arabiya. The name of the show, Napoleon TV is a nod to his former rap alias as a member of Tupac Shakur’s group The Outlawz. Napoleon TV will also feature exclusive footage of Beale opening an orphanage in Gambia in partnership with UK charity, Muslim Global Relief. The charity is personal for Beale, who was left an orphan after his parents were murdered in front of him during a botched robbery attempt. His older brother Seike Beale committed suicide after the ordeal. “I was an orphan and this is something I want to do because it is close to my heart,” Beale said. “I will not be making a single penny out of this all money raised will go towards helping orphaned children.” As a member of The Outlawz, Napoleon was featured on a number of hit albums with Tupac Shakur, including Me Against the World, All Eyez On Me as well as Pac’s infamous diss track “Hit ‘Em Up.” "People will get to see me going about my business while always striving to get closer to Allah," Napoleon said.

Video After The Jump Beyonce pulled off one of the most surprising and coolest things I've ever seen a performer of her stature do. Sasha Fierce leapt into what had to be a shocked audience at London's O2 Arena and crowd surfed like a pro. I've seen a lot of male performers do this and also one female (Courtney Love of Hole) but never a superstar like Beyonce. This didn't looked like it was rehearsed. I'm sure her management team almost had a heart attack seeing this happen, lol.

50 Cent drops dimes on dudes! We don’t mean that the homie Curtis is snitching, of course, just that when he makes a music video, you know he’s gonna have one or more of the hottest chicks who go to work in lingerie in that b-i. Occasionally they even have talent beyond their twos! In his video for “Baby By Me,” the first single off his new album Before I Self-Destruct (which is in stores now), R&B diva Kelly Rowland makes it hot. Joe Budden’s ex Tahiry Jose and 50’s onetime cougar piece Vivica A. Fox have also recently put a little body into his videos. If by “aggressive content,” 50 means “content that makes you wanna smash a chick aggressively,” it qualifies. Check out our list of 50’s other video girls whose content we’d love to explore.

KELLY ROWLAND AS SEEN IN: Baby By Me The former Destiny’s Child member not only has a great singing voice, she’s also wifey material, according to 50. Word to Beyoncé, it’s not a ring we wanna put on it.

ANGEL LOLA-LUV MELAKU AS SEEN IN: I Get Money This Ethiopian hottie (with more ass than a little bit) has made appearances in quite a few music videos. Still trying to figure out if it’s fake? Check her out on the green screen. And if you’d really have a problem if it were fake, go bang your head on a wall for us.
- -

MEGAN GOOD AS SEEN IN: 21 Questions She’s more than just a video girl. She’s an actress, too, playing incarcerated 50’s boo here. She’s also a skilled contortionist. At least in our dreams.

THE GIRLS OF “AYO! TECHNOLOGY” AS SEEN IN: Ayo Technology We simply liked all the girls in this video, especially the one feeling herself in the car. The interior turns us on too, ma!

SASHA SHELTON AS SEEN IN: I Like the Way She Do It (G-Unit) No really, we like the way she does it. Everything she does in this video, including how she rocks that Yankee fitted

EBONI JACKSON AS SEEN IN: Wanksta Eboni is the true ride-or-die chick sitting next to 50 in the Hummer. We can’t lie—we’ve wanked to her.

FRANCINE DEE AS SEEN IN: P.I.M.P. She’s a nude model of the Asian Persuasion. Not that it would take much to persuade us to do things for those, er, her. Francine is one of the girls working for pimp 50, and we’d love to stand in on her next performance evaluation.

ERICA MENA AS SEEN IN: Candy Shop One of the girls in the bed, Erica looks ready for chocolate sauce, cherry liqueur, or whatever else you might feel like drizzling on that sweet ass.

DAISY MARIE AS SEEN IN: Disco Inferno Betcha didn’t know she was a porn star, too! (OK, you probably did.) She can be seen towards the end getting topless with some other chicks. With all those twos, you gotta double-take!

THE GLENN TWINS AS SEEN IN: Wanna Get to Know You (G-Unit) It’s double the pleasure, double the fun, with one of the twins playing the object of 50’s affection. The Doublemint twins have absolutely nothing on them. Except maybe some bubble gum. And as the saying goes, all we have for these chicks is... Complex Magazine

Video After The Jump Miami rapper Pitbull sat down with BBC Radio1's Tim Westwood and weighed in on the 50 Cent vs Officer Rick Ross beef. Tim seemed to be trying to goad him into saying something controversial about 50. Pit held his ground though and maintained that although rap seems to be more WWF these days, he has a lot of respect for 50 and what he's accomplished. He just doesn't respect Officer Ross's baby's mother, Tia Kemp nor does he think she's respecting herself.

Video After The Jump MSNBC Reports SAVANNAH, Ga. - An Army cook and single mom may face criminal charges after she skipped her deployment flight to Afghanistan because, she said, no one was available to care for her infant son while she was overseas. Spc. Alexis Hutchinson, 21, claims she had no choice but to refuse deployment orders because the only family she had to care for her 10-month-old son — her mother — was overwhelmed by the task, already caring for three other relatives with health problems. Her civilian attorney, Rai Sue Sussman, said Monday that one of Hutchinson's superiors told her she would have to deploy anyway and place the child in foster care. "For her it was like, 'I couldn't abandon my child,'" Sussman said. "She was really afraid of what would happen, that if she showed up they would send her to Afghanistan anyway and put her son with child protective services." Hutchinson, who is from Oakland, Calif., remained confined Monday to the boundaries of Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah, 10 days after military police arrested her for skipping her unit's flight. No charges have been filed, but a spokesman for the Army post said commanders were investigating.

Army doesn't deploy single parents Kevin Larson, a spokesman for Hunter Army Airfield, said he didn't know what Hutchinson was told by her commanders, but he said the Army would not deploy a single parent who had nobody to care for his or her child. "I don't know what transpired and the investigation will get to the bottom of it," Larson said. "If she would have come to the deployment terminal with her child, there's no question she would not have been deployed." Hutchinson's son, Kamani, was placed into custody of local child welfare officials for "less than two days" when she was arrested and jailed briefly, Larson said. Hutchinson's mother picked up the child a week ago and took him back to her home in California. Hutchinson, who's assigned to the 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade of the Army's 3rd Infantry Division, joined the Army in 2007 and had no previous deployments, Sussman said. She said Hutchinson is no longer in a relationship with the father. The Army requires all single-parent soldiers to submit a care plan for dependent children before they can deploy to a combat zone. Hutchinson had such a plan — her mother, Angelique Hughes, had agreed to care for the boy. Hughes said Monday she kept the boy for about two weeks in October before deciding she couldn't keep him for a full year. ‘They require 24-hour care’ Hughes said she's already having to care for her ailing mother and sister, as well as a daughter with special needs. She also runs a daycare center at her home, keeping about 14 children during the day. "This is an infant, and they require 24-hour care," Hughes said. "It was very, very stressful, just too much for me to deal with." Hughes said she returned Kamani to his mother in Georgia a few days before her scheduled deployment Nov. 5.

Video After The Jump HipHopWired Reports “Back in the day, it was live ass XXX Treach and Tupac forreal.” So maybe it wasn't enough to continue to keep the legacy of rapper Tupac Amaru Shakur alive with post-death albums. Now there are rumors circulating that the late rapper has a sex tape floating around the Internet. During his growing success as a rapper, Shakur was quite the ladies man and even professed his overbearing love for the opposite sex. Although his sexual endeavors may not have been chronicled extensively by the mainstream, a song by the name of “I Get Around” was an indicator that Shakur enjoyed what happened whether the lights were on or off. Naughty By Nature's own Treach was able to give an account of a particular example of the good old days with him and Tupac. “I remember this one time we was in a hotel right, we was staying in the same room. He had this little honey in the room and I had the camcorder and I went up to the room. I was taping him tearing her ass up. Then the door creaked and the n*gga got up like, ‘N**ga, what the f*ck you doing, you got it? Treach you got it on tape? Don't you ever be doing no sh*t like that'. We watched the tape the next day.” Two questions come up directly. Why is a man videotaping his homeboy getting it in and why are they watching it together the next day? No homo may not have existed back then, but there's definitely a flag on the play for that one. Although no album happens to be on the way like tomorrow, Shakurspeare is the upcoming release slated for June 16, which happens to be his 39th birthday. The project will contain some of his first songs that were recorded back in the late 80's. There is also still word on another documentary in the works. Titled Tupac Assassination II: Reckoning, the original took a deep glimpse into the unsolved murder of the rapper, is rumored to drop in 2009 while the film Live 2 Tell, which he was written by Pac back in 1995, is still under debate with no news of a release date.

LOS ANGELES — The "Twilight" franchise is not just for middle-school girls who need their parents to drive them to the movie theater, and you better not suggest such a thing to 50 Cent. "Well, what exactly is the target demographic?" 50 wondered when asked what exactly he was doing at the "New Moon" red-carpet premiere in Los Angeles on Monday night. "Little teenage girls?" MTV News' Larry Carroll suggested. "So, you're calling me a little teenage girl?" the hip-hop star laughed before pretending to plunk Larry on the head with an MTV mic. "I came out to enjoy the festivities," 50 explained. "You see the energy, all the kids out. They been out here for a few days waiting to see this. Me too, I want to check it out. I'm going to try to enjoy it." The rapper — who just happens to have released his new album, Before I Self Destruct on Monday — has seen more than his fair share of raucous live crowds, and he declared that the throngs assembled outside were the real deal. "It feels like rock-star energy to me," he said. "If anybody else is denying that, they probably got a little bit of jealousy going on or something. The energy is real." He also praised the ability of Summit Entertainment, the studio behind the "Twilight" series, for successfully launching and promoting the film franchise. "I just want to enjoy the project and the whole concept and the idea of an independent production company and studio putting it together and having this much success," he said. "So [I'm] more a fan of the business." Fif even hinted that he'd be open to contributing a track to the "Eclipse" soundtrack after seeing the success of the discs for "Twilight" and "New Moon." "Well, they missed me on those two," he said. "Maybe in the future we'll come up with something." MTV

Videos After The Jump MTV UK Reports Rihanna was in London last night to kick off the promotion for her eagerly awaited new album Rated R. Thanks to Nokia, the gig was broadcast online to a global audience and marked the first time Ri had performed tracks from her brand new album in front of a live audience. It was quite a star-studded affair with celebs including Tinchy Stryder, Chipmunk, Daisy Lowe and X Factor’s Jamie Archer all in the crowd to see the lady herself. MTV News were lucky enough to attend the special one-off gig at the Brixton Academy which saw Rihanna strutting her stuff on the stage, sporting fishnet tights, lace blind-fold and a tight little black number. The set was impressive in itself, decorated with smashed up TV’s and the odd mannequin as Rihanna opened her set with a haunting pre-recorded message stating: “Ladies and gentlemen, for those of you who are easily frightened, we suggest you turn around right now.” She added: “For those of you who can take it, we say: Welcome to the mad house.” As the dark message echoed around the venue, Miss. Fenty started her set with the explosive new tune Mad House as Rihanna invited the screaming crowd to ‘Come on in’. Rihanna then belted out new single, Wait Your Turn as the audience joined in chanting the line ‘the wait is over’ before the daunting sound of Russian Roulette filled Brixton Academy. The Barbadian beauty then sat seductively on stage in a throne that even the Beckhams would be proud of to belt out the ballad. Rihanna delivered the eerie chorus, much to the appreciation of her audience and mimed pulling a gun trigger before the venue fell into darkness. The R n B star then launched into some of her well-known hits including Please Don’t Stop The Music, Take A Bow and Disturbia before US rapper Young Jeezy joined her on stage to perform a new track from Rated R called Hard. This was then followed by a subtle medley of hit singles SOS and Unfaithful courtesy of her band, before Rihanna emerged dress in a black leotard after a quick costume change. The familiar beats of the T.I.hit, Live Your Life filled the arena before Rihanna began singing the massive Jay-Z and Kanye West collaboration, Run This Town. After much speculation to whether the man himself would join Ri, the highlight of the night was when Jigga appeared on stage with his protégé to perform his verses of Run This Town which of course, led nicely into Rihanna’s biggest hit to date – Umbrella. As Jay made his brief appearance, glitter fell from the ceiling as Rihanna belted out the well-known chorus, echoed by the audience’s cries of ‘Umbrella-ella-ella-a’ as Fenty waved to her adoring fans before confidently striding off stage. It seems the wait is finally over for all Rihanna fans out there after an impressive show, giving us a 40 minute insight to what we can expect for Rated R and we can’t wait! TimesLive Reports Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather would begin negotiations on a mega blockbuster fight within the next 24 hours, USA Today newspaper reported on Monday. Mayweather told the paper that he wants to fight Pacquiao and it disturbs him that the Filipino won't admit he wants the fight as well. "Manny Pacquiao is the fighter and every time someone asks him if he wants to fight me, he says it is up to his promoter, he's going to take a vacation, whatever the answer is," USA Today quoted Mayweather saying on Monday. "I have yet to hear him actually say, 'yes I want to fight Mayweather.' We are the fighters and if one fighter is talking about fighting another fighter, then they should just come out and say it. "Manny Pacquiao doesn't say anything directly about fighting me because he might just know it's not a fight he can win." Mayweather's challenge comes just days after Pacquiao's stunning systematic demolition of Puerto Rican champ Miguel Cotto in Las Vegas. After a close first couple of rounds Pacquiao (50-3-2, 38 KOs) switched to his up tempo style and pummeled Cotto for several rounds before the referee stepped in and stopped the one-sided slaughter. The victory validated newly-crowned World Boxing Organization welterweight champ Pacquiao as the greatest Asian fighter in history. It also helped raise his status, along with Mayweather, as two of the best current pound-for-pound fighters in boxing. It was also the seventh world title in as many weight classes for Pacquiao, something even the American Mayweather cannot claim. "Tell Manny Pacquiao to be his own man and stop letting everyone, including his loudmouth trainer (Freddie Roach), talk for him," said Mayweather. "I am my own boss, speak for myself and tell it like it is. If Manny Pacquiao wants to fight me, all he has to do is step up to the plate and say it himself." Pacquiao's promoter Bob Arum said he wants to make a deal but hopes egos don't get in the way. "All you have to know is that my fighter and his trainer Freddie Roach have gone on record saying they're happy to fight Mayweather," said Arum who used to promote Mayweather. "Hopefully we'll be able to put this together. From our side, we're willing." In his last fight Mayweather decisioned Juan Manuel Marquez in September. Before that, he took a two-year hiatus from boxing. He has a reputation of being someone that is difficult to deal with. "Maybe I prefer not to deal with him. But if your fighter wants a fight, you deal. Mayweather is not one of my favourite people and I'm sure I'm not one of his. What difference does that make?" Arum said. Pacquiao said he is comfortable fighting at the welterweight (147 pound) division and would like to fight there again.

SixShot.com Reports 50 Cent's film resume continues to expand as the rapper will be starring in an upcoming film titled The Gun which he wrote. According to Variety, the film focuses on two friends (played by 50 and Val Kilmer) whose loyalties are tested when they become involved in illegal gun dealing. 50 revealed that he came up with the script while thinking about how guns land in the hands of wrong people. "It's a socially conscious theme that people aren't paying attention to," explained 50. The Gun will begin filming next month. Jesse Terro will be serving as director. The Gun is one of three films that 50 Cent has written and he plans to bring them to the big screen via his Cheetah Vision imprint. "When you write a song, you need to say it in three minutes or it is overkill, but I like creating stories and going in depth with characters," he said. 50's Cheetah Vision will also be producing a remake of Jekyll and Hyde which will star the G-Unit rapper and Forest Whitaker.
