Chris Brown has been through a lot since being discovered at 13-years old. The singer has released five albums and achieved worldwide fame. Along the way there have been more than a few bumps in the road. He's still on probation for assaulting ex-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009, had brawls with Drake and Frank Ocean, but through it all Breezy's popularity has continued to grow.

He recently sat down for an in depth interview with The Guardian. In it he addresses those situations and more. Check out an excerpt below.

On losing his virginity at 8-years old to a 15-year old girl:

"It's different in the country. By that point, we were already kind of like hot to trot, you know what I'm saying? Like, girls, we weren't afraid to talk to them; I wasn't afraid. So, at eight, being able to do it, it kind of preps you for the long run, so you can be a beast at it. You can be the best at it. But you know how Prince had a lot of girls back in the day? Prince was, like, the guy. I'm just that, today. But most women won't have any complaints if they've been with me. They can't really complain. It's all good."

On his musical influences growing up:

"I drew a lot of inspiration from the Ginuwines, the Ushers, the Michael Jacksons, the James Browns, Sam Cooke. I was never afraid to take those steps or cross those boundaries of trying to be equal to those guys. I never doubted myself, and I thought if I'm going to do it, I've just got to work hard."

chris-brown-2013-650-430-b.jpg

On whether he regrets becoming famous at an early age:

"Honestly, where I'm from, probably not. I think me being able to travel from the small town I was from, me already having a good IQ, and you know being intelligent, and regular stuff, I just had to learn more and more of the street life, you know, how to maneuver around a room full of wolves. You know, whether it be naysayers, people that won't say, 'Hey, I like that.' But as far as me being young, like, I don't regret it, I love it, being able to accomplish my dreams at an early age. That's just showing the kids that's coming up in sixth or seventh grade, I can do this. If I really stick to it, I can do it. 'Chris was my age when he did it.'"

12350371295?profile=original

On assaulting Rihanna and the aftermath:

"Probably the biggest wake-up call for me. I had to stop acting like a little teenager, a crazy, wild young guy. Because you can talk with all my girls that I did mess with before, and it's never been a violent history. But at the same time, I learned from it, and it was almost like… I wouldn't say it happened for a reason, but it was something to trigger my mind to be more of a mature adult. To handle myself in situations, don't throw tantrums, don't be a baby about it.

Community service, that sh*t is a b*tch. I'll be honest – and you can quote me on that – that is a motherf*cker there. For me, I think it's more of a power trip for the DA. I can speak freely now, because I don't really care what they say about it, but as far as, like, the 1,000 extra hours they gave me, that's totally fricking bananas. They want me to be the example. Young black kids don't have the fairer chances. You can see Lindsay Lohan in and out of court every day, you see Charlie Sheen, whoever else, do what they want to do. There hasn't been any incident that I started since I got on probation, even with the Frank Ocean fight, the Drake situation, all those were defence modes. People think I just walk around as the aggressor, this mad black guy, this angry, young, troubled kid, but I'm not. I'm more and more laid-back. It's just that people know if they push a button, it'll make more news than their music. Attaching themselves to me, good or bad, will benefit them."

By now everyone know that URL's Summer Madness 3 event ended on a sour note after Math Hoffa punched Serius Jones during their battle.

Math is ready to close the book on that unfortunate chapter. He acknowledges what he did was wrong and not a good look for the culture. He explained that a lot of events that took place before the battle played a hand in him losing his cool.

As a father he said he wants his kids to know that's not the way to handle a conflict.

12350322281?profile=original

During his latest sit down with Vlad TV, Math talked about how he was winning the battle with Jones, the Daylyt vs. Swave Sevah battle that didn't go down because of the altercation, expanding into mainstream hip hop, his t-shirt line and forthcoming Pac Juice mixtape.

While we patiently wait on JoJo's third studio album the singer continues to stay in touch with her fans by touring.

During a recent show at Tru Hollywood in Los Angeles the singer covered "Rock the Boat" by the late, great Aaliyah.

Papoose listened to the 15-second clip from Kendrick Lamar's 2013 BET Hip Hop Awards cypher verse and came away unimpressed.

Some believe K. Dot was taking shots at Drake, but Pap thinks the Top Dawg Entertainment emcee was actually firing at him instead.

Pap talked to XXL about the verse and if he plans to respond.

12350378861?profile=original

So you saw the Kendrick clip that came out from the BET Cypher?
Yeah, yeah, I was hearing about it a lot, and then when I actually clicked on that, I couldn’t believe that that was what everybody was making a big deal out of.

What was your reaction?
Oh, it was comical, man. I laughed.

A lot of people said he was going at you.
I agree with the people, I looked at the majority and they were saying he was going at me. So I agree with the listeners, I agree with the fans. They say majority rules, so I agree with the majority.

You’ve gone back at Kendrick in the past with a verse. Are you planning on that this time?
Yeah yeah, he can’t f*ck with me. He’ll never be able to shine my shoes, lyrically. So I’m just gonna be able to continue to prove that, to show and prove, like I did on “Control.” This is hip-hop, I love hip-hop, but I just want to continue to show and prove that he can’t fuck with me lyrically. You can look forward to that in my next release, straight up. I live in the studio, that’s my second home. So yeah, I’m definitely going to respond.

Who do you think will ultimately win this battle?

Pics After The Jump

Miley Cyrus is completely uninhibited when it comes to showing off her body. The twerking queen has had several racy photo shoots in the past several months.

Even her music videos for "Wrecking Ball," "23" and "We Can't Stop" probably can't watched if your boss is looking over your shoulder.

Her most recent photo shoot is for famed photographer Terry Richardson. If you're not familiar with Terry's work I suggest you check out his "Cake" video for Lady Gaga and Kate Upton's "Cat Daddy" dance clip, which has racked up over 18 million views.

His new Miley photo spread might be her most daring to date.

Peep a few of the pics below and let us know what you think it the comment section.

Radio legend Troi Torain (STAR) always delivers hard-hitting objective truth. As a culture critic he is vicious, as a businessman he is relentless, as a luminary he is un-matched.

Considered radio pioneers by many, the Star & Buc Wild show has set precedents on the urban landscape and was recently inducted into News One's "Top 20 Black Radio Jockeys Of All Time."

Star & Buc Wild made the national stage on MTV (1999) but it was their radio show on New York's Hot 97 (2000 - 2003) that secured their place in Hip-Hop history.

Video After The Jump

Where would the world be without social media outlets like Facebook and Twitter? There would without a doubt be less e-thugs and arguments.

The latest spat to pop off is between Miley Cyrus and Irish singer Sinead O'Connor, who found fame in 1990 after releasing a cover of Prince's song "Nothing Compares 2 U."

The beef started Thursday (October 3) when Sinead posted an open letter on Facebook to Miley warning her about being "pimped" by the industry

The music business doesn’t give a sh*t about you, or any of us. They will prostitute you for all you are worth, and cleverly make you think its what YOU wanted.. and when you end up in rehab as a result of being prostituted, ‘they’ will be sunning themselves on their yachts in Antigua, which they bought by selling your body and you will find yourself very alone.

Miley responded via Twitter by comparing Sinead to actress Amanda Bynes, who is currently in a mental institution suffering from schizophrenia.

10090052196_68d51b31d0_b.jpg

Cyrus also posted tweets from Sinead's 2012 Twitter meltdown when she hinted at suicide, along with a photo of the singer tearing up a picture of Pope John Paul II during a Saturday Night Live performance in 1992.

10090103743_c40a05f364_b.jpg

10090124416_53b20d6217_b.jpg

O'Conner responded by writing another open letter on Facebook threatening to sue Cyrus if she didn't remove the posts from her Twitter account.

Miley… Really? Who the f*ck is advising you? Because taking me on is even more f*ckin’ stupid than behaving like a prostitute and calling it feminism. You have posted today tweets of mine which are two years old, which were posted by me when I was unwell and seeking help so as to make them look like they are recent. In doing so you mock myself and Amanda Bynes for having suffered with mental health issues and for having sought help.

I mean really really… who advises you? have you any idea how stupid and dangerous it is to mock people for suffering illness? You will yourself one day suffer such illness, that is without doubt. The course you have set yourself upon can only end in that, trust me.

I am staggered that any 20 yr old woman of the 21st century could behave in such a dangerous and irresponsible manner as to not only send the signal to young women that its ok to act like prostitutes but also to the signal that those who have suffered or do suffer mental health problems are to be mocked and have their opinions invalidated. Have you no sense of danger at all? or responsibility? Remove your tweets immediately or you will hear from my lawyers. I am certain you will be hearing from all manner of mental health advocacy groups also. It is not acceptable to mock any person for having suffered.

It is most unbecoming of you to respond in such a fashion to someone who expressed care for you. And worse that you are such an anti-female tool of the anti-female music industry. I hope that you will apologise to Amanda Bynes and to any person who has been wounded by your mockery of those who have suffered. And I hope that you will wake up and understand that you in fact are a danger to women.

Furthermore you posted a photo of me tearing the pope’s photo .. as if to imply insanity.. by doing so all you have achieved is to expose your staggering ignorance. I suggest you read The Philadelphia Report, The Boston Report, all the reports which will illuminate for you why that action of mine remains sane and valid. By mocking it you mock every child who suffered sexual abuse at the hands of priests and had it covered by the Vatican. You could really do with educating yourself, that is if you’re not too busy getting your tits out to read.

O'Connor continued the conversation in another Facebook post, mentioning legal action again.

Ms Cyrus has today posted tweets of mine which are two years old and which were sent when I was ill and seeking medical help. She has done this in an attempt to deliberately cause me harm and hurt. I wish to confirm that I am quite well and kindly request people cease e mailing me in the mistaken belief these are recent tweets. Ms Cyrus' lawyers will be contacted by mine regarding this matter. I confirm also that I do not at all support or condone the abuse or mockery of those who have been brave enough to openly discuss mental health issues. Mockery causes deaths. Period. It is an unacceptable form of bullying, no matter who it is doing the bullying.

Miley-Cyrus-Interview-V-Magazine-June-2013-Photos.jpg

The war of words ended (at least temporarily) when Miley tweeted that she didn't have anymore time to talk about the issue because she was preparing to host Saturday Night Live this weekend. She invited the Irish to meet her and talk it out in person.

10090286796_2068d8c798_b.jpg

10090260805_07423941cc_b.jpg

The tweets mocking Sinead are still currently Miley's Twitter page.
