Lauryn Hill has been released from prison after serving three months for tax evasion. The singer left the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut on Friday morning (October 4), according to the Bureau of Prisons.
Hill will confined to her home for the next three months as part of her sentence.
In 2012, Hill pleaded guilty after failing to pay taxes on $1.8 million in income between 2005 and 2007.
