The internet had a field day on Sunday, January 10, when they thought Leonardo DiCaprio snubbed Lady Gaga at the 73rd Golden Globe Awards.
Gaga was on her way to the podium to accept the award for Best performance by an actress in a leading role in a series, limited series or motion picture made for television, when she brushed up against DiCaprio.
He laughed and gave her a sideways glance. The moment started trending on Twitter.
DiCaprio later gave an explanation to Entertainment Tonight of what actually happened.
"Oh Lord - that's trending huh?" he said. "I just didn't know what was passing me, that's all."
Twitter still showed no chill and had some fun at Gaga's expense.
