TMZ caught up with former Death Row Records CEO Suge Knight on Halloween to see what he's been up to and what his plans were for the night.
Suge had some interesting things to say.about Diddy, Interscope Geffen A&M chairman Jimmy Iovine and Tupac Shakur.
Jimmy Iovine
On what his costume would be for Halloween:
I'mma be Jimmy Iovine. You don't know who Jimmy Iovine is? Interscope, American Idol. They're not gonna actually see my face. I'm gonna have a white sheet on my head with the eyes cut out like the Klan. People will probably know I'm him without seeing my face. I'm just a little bit bigger.
On 2Pac getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame
I think 2Pac should have a star on there. I mean sh*t, Puffy got a star on there. Only thing he did was dance. So I think 2Pac should definitely have one on there being from the West Coast. They better do it one way or the other. I figure if they don't hurry up and put 2Pac on the Walk of Fame, all the 2Pac fans and all the homies gonna star going down there scratching all the other names off. They might even remove Elvis and put 2Pac there.
Suge's shot at Diddy is not surprising. The two have not seen eye to eye ever since the 2Pac and Biggie Smalls beef.
Jimmy Iovine was running Interscope Records when they stopped distributing Death Row Records in 1998. That was the beginning of the end for Suge's label, which had trouble finding another major distributor because of all the drama surrounding the label. Suge has never forgiven Jimmy for severing ties with him.
