Lud Foe is in trouble with the law following his arrest on Thursday, November 30.
The Herald News reports that police responded to a home in Plainfield, Illinois after the mother of Foe's pregnant girlfriend hit a panic alarm. She and her daughter were allegedly being attacked at the time by the 21-year old Chicago rapper, born Willie J. Akins Jr.
The girlfriend told police she and Foe got into an argument that turned violent. She says he hit her in the face, slapped her and pushed her off their bed.
When her mother tried to intervene she was also slapped and pushed.
Foe reportedly pulled the phone chord out of the wall when his girlfriend tried to call the police. At that point her mother hit the panic alarm.
Police took Foe into custody. He's been charged with aggravated domestic battery, interfering with the report of domestic violence and domestic battery.
