Talib Kweli and Mos Def Yasiin Bey, together known as Black Star invaded the television airwaves yesterday as the musical guest on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
The duo teamed with The Roots to perform "You Already Knew" from their upcoming Aretha Franklin inspired mixtape, Black Star Aretha, as well as the J Dilla produced track "Little Brother."

Tyga recently stopped by Shade 45's Sway in the Morning show to perform "Rack City" and "Still Got It" for Sway's concert series.
The Young Money rapper also spoke on a tweet he sent out while at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards regarding Jay-Z and Birdman.
"I think what I said was 'Birdman's sitting next to me and Jay-Z's right here.' I said 'Birdman talkin' 'bout baby money' and I thought it was funny," Tyga said. "I remember when I left nobody said anything to anybody. But Kanye said what up to me, Big Sean said what up and Kid Cudi, but nobody else said anything. It was just funny to me."
Sway then asked Tyga what he would do if Young Money went to lyrical war.
"I'm right there," Tyga replied.

50 Cent definitely made his presence felt on the season finale of X-Factor Thursday (December 22). Fif took the stage with some beauties dancing in the background and performed "Wait Until Tonight," backed by Governor. The track is featured on 50's new street album The Big 10.
Tony Yayo and The Astronomical Kid then joined 50 onstage as he rapped his monster hit "In Da Club."

French Montana and the Coke Boys did their thing at XXL‘s CMJ showcase Friday (October 21).
New Coke Boy and former Riot Squad member, Chinx Drugz, took the stage first and acknowledged fallen rapper Stack Bundles on what would have been his 29th birthday.
"R.I.P. to my n*gga Stack Bundles, today my homie birthday," he told the crowd.
French then hit the stage, spitting a verse to "Hard in the Paint" before performing "Break a B*tch Down."

The Toronto MC performed two songs off his upcoming sophomore album, Take Care. After performing "Headlines" Drizzy brought out Nicki Minaj for "Make Me Proud."
Drake also participated in a couple of sketches. In one he sits down for a very strange interview with comedian Andy Samberg. In the other Drake plays a rapping wolf on the Weekend Update.

The company's founder Aaron LaCrate, sat down with Prodigy and Havoc recently to chop it up about their new album, the origin of the dunn language, working with Q-Tip in the beginning of their career and more.
The infamous duo also recorded a new Lacrate produced track "Illson 2012" which represents Milkcrate's first dunn language inspired t-shirt.
Up next for Mobb Deep is their new project, The Black Cocaine EP. Longtime collaborator The Alchemist revealed the title yesterday via twitter.
The group had already announced previously that the EP would drop on Black Friday (November 25).
