She braced for consequences, and she got them. Lindsay Lohan is headed back to jail a third time – and this may be the longest stay – after failing a mandatory drug test. In a hearing Friday, the judge in her DUI case denied bail for the actress and ordered her held in custody until an Oct. 22 hearing. Lohan, 24, made no comment and looked stunned as she stood up, was handcuffed and led away by sheriff's deputies out a side door. Lohan tested dirty about three weeks after being released early from inpatient rehab at UCLA Medical Center on Aug. 24. "This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I'm prepared to face the consequences," she Tweeted last week.
