British R&B singer Jay Sean is preparing to release his fourth studio album. The Cash Money Records star recently revealed to Rap-Up that the title of the album is Neon.
Jay's previous album All or Nothing was released in 2009. In addition to fighting a lawsuit, Jay said it took him a minute to find a style that would separate him from other male R&B singers like Usher, Chris Brown and Ne-Yo.
The first single is titled "Where You Are." It will be released within the next month.
