Video After The Jump

A video circulating around the internet shows singer Bobby Valentino fleeing a hotel room after allegedly not paying for a sexual encounter with a transgenger prostitute.

Following a couple of days of silence, Bobby has responded to the accusations.

TMZ reports that Bobby claims the video showed an extortion attempt by the escort after she realized who he was.

"Misrepresentation and deception were maliciously used to target Valentino; during the encounter, Valentino was victimized and threatened by acts of extortion which continued after his departure was captured on video," the singer's rep said of the encounter.

According to Bobby, he had no idea the transgender person was born a man or a prostitute.

A lawsuit filed filed in the U.S. District Court accusing three Cheatham County, Tennessee Sheriff's deputies of deprivation of civil rights has resulted in them being placed on administrative leave.

Lawyers for Jordan Norris, who was at 18 years old at the time, allege the force was “sadistic, malicious and unreasonable," according to WKRN.

Norris is seen on surveillance video being tasered repeatedly while he's in a restraining chair. One of the deputies tells him; "I'll keep on going until I run out of batteries."

The Tennessean reports that Norris' lawsuit cites "the use of excessive force and failure to protect after he was repeatedly stunned with Tasers in the jail in November 2016. He suffered more than 40 pairs of Taser burns, many of which are unaccounted for by authorities."

The teen was originally arrested and charged with felony drug and weapons charges.

Cheatham County Sheriff Mike Breedlove has requested an independent investigation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

"As Sheriff, I want our citizens to know that any inappropriate behavior that may have violated an individual's rights will not be tolerated. I have placed the employees involved on administrative leave while the investigation is conducted," he said in the statement. "We will work closely and cooperatively with the TBI and District Attorney's Office to ensure all facts are provided and all angles of this incident are thoroughly investigated."

Video After The Jump

UFC commentator Joe Rogan usually does not interview fighters in the ring immediately after they have been knocked out, because they are usually concussed and are not able to intelligently form an opinion on what just happened to them.

On Saturday, July 29, Rogan broke his own policy by interviewing a visibly shaken up Daniel Cormier, following his brutal knockout loss at the hands of Jon Jones at UFC 214.

After taking a night to reflect, Rogan issued an apology via his Twitter account.

"My apologies to and to all of you upset by my interviewing him after the fight. In all honestly I was kind of in shock," Rogan wrote. "I don't think I realized what I was doing until I actually had a mic in front of him. I've said I don't want to interview KO'ed fighters. And then I wound up doing it to someone I care a great deal about. D.C. Is a great man and the whole thing was surreal. I was beating myself up about it all last night. It'll never happen again. My apologies to D.C. And to all of you. Again, no one asked me to do it. It was 100% my fuck up. Like I said, I was kind of in shock."

So, there you have it.
