Baltimore rapper Al Great appears poised for big things. He just dropped his new video for "Summer Nights" featuring Daysia Star off of his mixtape of the same name.

Krayzie Bone has been arrested for drunk driving according to TMZ. The 39-year old former Bone Thugs-n-Harmony rapper was pulled over by Los Angeles police this morning at around 12:30 AM on a routine traffic stop.
Cops noticed Krayzie acting buzzed and gave him a field sobriety test which he failed. He blew over .10 on the breathalyzer. Well above the legal limit in California, .08.
He was arrested on suspicion of DUI and he was booked at a nearby jail.
Krayzie was a founding member of Bone-Thugs-n-Harmony. He left the group in 2011 to pursue a solo career.
"Due to uncontrollable circumstances, it's basically time for me to move on and start embarking on different endeavors that I've already had planned in my life," Krayzie Bone said at the time of his departure. "[I'm trying] to go another level in this music game, and just trying to grow and become greater an what I do, and concentrate on the new generation of artists that I have and puttin' back into the up and coming artists, the new fresh talent that's coming about."

Jessica talked about her tough fight scenes with Kate Beckinsale and how fun it was to make the movie.
At one point during the interview Jimmy embarrassed Jessica by pulling out a hilarious clip of her doing the "hottie body" exercise from her last visit to the show.
The movie, which also stars Colin Farrell and Bokeem Woodbine opens Friday, August 3rd.

Gladys Knight was a guest on the CBS show The Talk earlier this week. The legendary singer was asked to weigh in on the current Michael Jackson family turmoil and the confrontation that took place between Janet and Paris.
Gladys explained that she was raised in the south, and a child wouldn't be allowed to disrespect an adult where she's from.
"It’s drama, that’s what it is. If you lived up under the microscope as this family does, everybody has dysfunctionality in their families, either one way or the other. See, I’m from the south and [we] was raised in that southern way," Knight said. "You have to understand that Paris is what, 14?. How old is Janet? Who's the one to try to direct the other one here? And I would think it's a good thing she lets Paris know who she is. "[Paris] shouldn't be put in the business. Because people read into that whatever they wanna read into that. That's how they get the drama. She's just trying to protect her in a way. But if she called me that she wouldn't have no teeth. That's the way we were brought up. I mean, you respect your elders."

The news of 50 Cent becoming a boxing promoter is just a few days old, but it has already caught the attention of the people over at ESPN. The G-Unit boss has acquired his promoter's license in New York and is working to obtain one in Las Vegas.
This could be leading up to one huge goal. That is getting Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao in the ring for the fight of the century. Up until now nobody has been able to even come close to making this mega fight become a reality. ESPN's Stephen A. Smith believes the one person that can do it is 50 Cent.
Today on ESPN's First Take, Stephen A. and Skip Bayless talked about the possibility.
"I've interviewed 50 Cent for BET years ago. I sat down and talked with this guy for about 2 hours. The dude is brilliant, that's number one. Number two, but most importantly he is incredibly tight with Floyd Mayweather Jr.," Stephen A. said. "And he thinks differently. He's the kind of guy that will say 'don't sit there and argue over a 50/50 split. Why get 60 or 70% of an $80 million purse when you split 50% of a $200 million purse?'"
Stephen A. goes on to say that 50 won't let emotions factor into getting the fight negotiated.
"What I'm saying to you is 50 is logical like that," he continued. "I'm not saying that's his position because I haven't spoken to him and I don't know. But I'm telling you he's all business. From the standpoint he doesn't play games. He's not about that. He's highly intelligent and he's very logical and he doesn't get caught up in the emotion the way that Floyd does. But more importantly unlike anybody else. Because Floyd pretty much runs things, or doesn't trust other people. He doesn't run 50, plus he trusts 50."

Elton John is expressing his admiration for Jay-Z after the rapper came out recently in favor of same-sex marriages. In an interview with MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell, John, who is openly gay talked about being "incredibly moved" by Hova's statements.
"Jay-Z, who is probably the most respected African American artist came out and said 'not only is it wrong to not have gay marriage, but any discrimination in life is wrong.' And it was an incredibly moving statement," John told Mitchell. "I phoned him and said 'you have no idea what you've just said, how powerful this is.' The dominoes fell. And I take my hat off to him. And I respect him so much for doing that. And when I next see him I'm going to give him the biggest hug."
John was responding to comments Jay-Z made to CNN back in May when he compared discrimination against gays to that of Blacks.
“I mean, I always thought of it as something that’s still holding the country back,” Jay-Z said at the time. “What people do in their own homes is their business. You choose to love whoever you love. That’s their business. It’s no different than discriminating against Blacks. It’s discrimination plain and simple.”

Scarface and Beanie Sigel made many hip hop fans very happy when they announced earlier this year that they were working on a collaborative album titled Mac and Brad. The Houston legend and Philadelphia spitter have worked together several times in the past, but this will be their first full album.
VibeTV caught up with Scarface and got a sneak preview of a song as well as an idea of how the album will be put together.
Scarface explained that he and Beans are starting six songs each each with a verse and a half. They will send the verses to each other, then meet up and finish the project.

Busta Rhymes was a guest on 106 & Park Wednesday. The animated rapper brought his Conglomerate family of J-Doe and Reek Da Villian with him. He talked about the artists that currently inspire him like Meek Mill, Kendrick Lamar and 2 Chainz and explained why. He also revealed that his new album Year of the Dragon will not be his Cash Money debut. Instead it will be given away for free as part of his Google Play deal.
Features on the album include Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Trey Songz, Robin Thicke, Maino, Anthony Hamilton, Gucci Mane, Reek Da Villian and J-Doe.
The album should drop sometimes in August followed by his YMCMB disc in November.

After being silent throughout the entire ordeal involving his grandmother's disappearance, Michael Jackson's oldest son, Prince Michael, has decided to speak out.
He posted a text on Twitter that he sent to Janet, Rebbie and Austin Jackson on Monday, July 23rd. In the text he demands to speak with his grandmother Katherine, who was being kept away from the kids while in Arizona.
"This is enough so I am texting you for the simple fact that WE DEMAND TO SPEAK TO MY GRANDMA NOW!" Prince Michael wrote.
Janet responded by texting back. "Don't let them pls."
Earlier in the week Randy Jackson had told the media that the children could speak to their grandmother anytime they wanted to. This text contradicts his statements.
Prince Michael had a lot more to say on Twitter.
"I would first like to start off this tweet by thanking the fans that have always stood by me and my family, my dad really appreciated your support and I still treasure it to this day," he wrote. "As I am sure everyone is well aware of the events that have been going on. I have been holding off on backing up my sister and her tweets avidly because I was waiting for the time to reveal my side. As long as I can remember my dad had repeatedly warned me of certain people and their ways," Prince Michael continued. "Although I am happy my grandma was returned, after speaking with her I realized how misguided and how badly she was lied to. I'm really angry and hurt. The following image is of a group chat I had started to several family members. This group text message I had started was replied to but they didn't know that I could see the responses. For this whole time, they denied us contact to our grandmother. If you continue with your lies I will continue with the truth."
Katherine Jackson is now back in California, but has temporarily lost guardianship of the kids to Tito Jackson's son, Trent.
