Diddy's no longer associated with Revolt TV in any form or fashion -- the company he started in 2013 -- because it's now completely under new ownership ... TMZ has learned.
Sources familiar with the deal tell us Diddy recently sold off all of his shares to an interested buyer for an undisclosed sum -- but we're told the company remains Black-owned ... upholding its original connection and dedication to furthering the culture.
Like we said, it's unclear what exactly Revolt went for when it was all said and done -- but we're told the new boss wishes to remain anonymous for the time being. With that said, our sources say they share a deep passion for Black culture ... and they plan on publicly making a formal introduction in the coming weeks.
As you know, Diddy has been inactive with the network since stepping down as Chairman last November ... and his last order of business was being notified of the sale, which we're told just went through this week. We're told it was an amicable deal, and everyone's happy.
Per our sources, Revolt's CEO Detavio Samuels and Chief Brand Officer Deon Graham will remain in their current positions and assist the owner while the ink dries on the contract. Another thing ... we're told there'll be no major changes to staffing or production for Revolt TV employees.
Our sources say that, over time, the new owner will implement their vision ... but that for the time being, things will mostly remain the same as the transition occurs.
The one thing everyone's wondering ... is this news in any way connected to what's been going on with Diddy personally? On its face, the two things appear to be unrelated ... as we're told this had been getting hammered out well before Diddy's properties were raided Monday.

Boosie expressed his belief that his comments truly affected Kodak, indicating that he may have gotten under the rapper's skin. Recalling his own youth, Boosie also suggested that Kodak should take responsibility for his missteps rather than blaming others. Referring to a tweet in which Boosie responded to Kodak's jabs, Vlad recalled Boosie's advice to Kodak to focus on his family and personal growth rather than stirring up social media drama. The conversation took a somber turn as Vlad brought up Kodak's recent arrest and unruly behavior toward the press, indicating potential self-destructive tendencies. Vlad and Boosie conveyed their hope that the young rapper will eventually figure things out, emphasizing the importance of staying away from drugs to maintain a successful career.

Diddy's homes were raided in the U.S. to kick off the week -- but the guy's own private jet is miles away in a completely different nation ... although it's unclear if he's aboard himself.
TMZ has tracked Diddy's personal LoveAir LLC jet -- the well-known black Gulfstream 5 that Diddy has flaunted & flown for years now -- and it looks like the aircraft is currently on the ground in Antigua ... which is down in the Caribbean.
Based on the flight activity, viewed by TMZ, Diddy's jet has been up & down California between Sunday and Monday -- taking off from Sacramento Executive Airport Sunday evening around 5:30 PM PT & landing at Palm Springs Int'l Airport about an hour later.
An hour after that, around 7:30 PM PT, Diddy's jet took off from Palm Springs yet again and landed at Van Nuys Airport, which is in the L.A. area, about 30 minutes later around 8:00 PM PT. Around 9 AM PT Monday, the jet took off from Van Nuys airport and landed at some point in Antigua.
The plane is currently grounded there, although the flight data has yet to update and register him as having officially landed. In any case, it's definitely Diddy's jet ... no question.
2 of Diddy's homes, in L.A. and MIami, were swarmed by federal law enforcement agencies Monday -- and armed officials stormed the properties, taking some people into custody ... including his sons Justin and King. Unclear if any arrests took place.
The raids are believed to have stemmed from accusations hurled at Diddy in multiple lawsuits -- which have touched on alleged human & sex trafficking, among other claims ... all of which he's vehemently denied.

Vice President Kamala Harris was captured on camera clapping to a Puerto Rican protest song during her visit to San Juan on Friday, stopping short once an aide translated what singers added to the lyrics.
After making remarks in Puerto Rico's capital, Harris visited the Goyoco community center in the Santurce neighborhood of San Juan where she took a tour and heard from center staff and community leaders.
The motorcade was greeted by a mix of several dozen, loud demonstrators and onlookers on the sidewalk. One held a sign that said "Kamala Harris war criminal," another called the USA and Israel "genocidal."
The vice president stopped in a courtyard within the community center where a six-person group of musicians played. Pool cameras captured Harris clapping her hands and nodding along as she watched and listened. A singer then performed accompanied by a piano. According to RNC Research, Harris was clapping until an aide next to her translated what the band was saying.
The woman standing next to Harris is Mariana Reyes, executive director at La Goyco, while the man is Frankie Miranda, Hispanic Federation president, according to The Associated Press.
"We want to know, Kamala, what did you come here for?... Long live Free Palestine and Haiti too!" the band said, according to the account managed by the Republican National Committee.
Harris then stopped clapping and instead folded her hands and slightly nodded as the song continued.

ISIS has claimed responsibility for an attack at a popular concert venue complex near Moscow Friday that left at least 40 dead & more than 100 wounded after assailants stormed the venue with guns & incendiary devices.
Video footage from the site of the attack, the Crocus City Hall concert venue, shows the vast complex, which is home to both the music hall & a shopping center, on fire with smoke billowing into the air. State-run RIA Novosti reported the armed individuals “opened fire with automatic weapons” and “threw a grenade or an incendiary bomb, which started a fire.” They then “allegedly fled in a white Renault car,” the news agency said.
The attack unfolded before the music group Picnic was set to perform. The band’s manager told state media that the performers were unharmed.
Video footage showed panic as the attack unfolded, with crowds of people huddling together, screaming & ducking behind cushioned seats as gunshots started echoing in the vast hall.
Footage geolocated by CNN shows an armed individual starting at least one fire inside the venue. The individual is seen carrying something in their hand and, as they walk off-screen, a bright flash of light from a large flame is seen in the video.
