Hot 97's DJ Mister Cee has been fighting a battle within himself ever since information emerged about him soliciting sex from transvestites several times over the last two years.

After 20 years on The Box, Cee resigned his position with the station on Wednesday, September 11th. Today he sat down with Ebro and had a conversation that was emotional and had to be difficult.

mister-cee-featured.jpg

After initially denying that he had prior sexual contact with men, Cee admitted that wasn't true.

"The crazy thing is I don't look at what i do as a problem. I look at it as a problem that affects the people" Cee said.

Ebro explained to him that nobody at the station cares about what he does in his private life. Their concern is his solicitation of prostitutes, which is illegal.

"I was already in motion of repairing that. To move better as far as what I did in my private life," Cee continued. "The situation that happened in May with the undercover male officer. Everything I told you back then was the God's honest truth. I went to court Monday and the charges was dropped. I have not been involved in any kind of activity since probably the beginning of the year. I know that I love women. Any women that have been with me know that I love women. But occasionally I get the urge to have fellatio with a transsexual. A man that looks like a woman. But them I'm sitting here saying I'm not gay because I haven't penetrated [a man]."

Eventually Cee decided to go back to work for Hot 97. We wish him the best as he continues to deal with these issues.

After having some time to reflect, DJ Mister Cee has decided to return to the Hot 97 airwaves following a brief resignation on Wednesday. We would like to welcome him back and hope he's behind the turntables at The Box for many more years to come.

To celebrate his return, Mister Cee has put together a special "Back on the Box" mix. Listen to it up top.

It wouldn't have surprised anyone if Power 105.1 radio personality Charlamagne Tha God had awarded DJ Mister Cee with the Donkey of the Day. Instead Charlamagne awarded it to homophobia in Hip Hop.

As we previously reported, Mister Cee resigned from Hot 97 yesterday after a video from cross dresser Bimbo Winehouse emerged. During the clip the two can be heard discussing prices for sex.

It wasn't the first time Mister Cee had been caught trying to solicit sex from another male. Charlamagne said he hopes the popular DJ admits to being homosexual and can live a happy life.

Drake is going to have to put his lawyers to work to fight off a lawsuit filed against him by a jeweler who claims the rapper made knockoffs of an owl pendant that was designed specifically for him.

Michael Raphael of Baden Baden Inc. jewelry company was commissioned by Drizzy to make the pendant in January for $49,204, according to TMZ.

BBI claims in the lawsuit that the YMCMB rapper took his original design and had copies of the jewelry made for his crew.

Drake, real name Aubrey Graham, has been using an owl logo for years for his October's Very Own brand. It can be found on various OVO merchandise including t-shirts, jackets, hats and hoodies.

BBI is suing for copyright infringement. They want knockoffs of the owl pendant handed over and are seeking unspecified damages.

This is the second lawsuit filed by Raphael against Drake within the last month. He sued the rapper in August for unpaid stylist fees and additional purchases made on his behalf, totaling $76,490.

TMZ caught up with K. Dot recently and he offered some advice to everyone coming at him.

"They gotta try harder," he said.

Prominent New York City radio personality DJ Mister Cee has resigned from his job at Hot 97. The resignation comes on the heels of allegations that Cee solicited sex from cross dresser/internet personality Bimbo Winehouse.

A video was released today by Winehouse. It includes audio of him discussing prices for sex with someone believed to be Mister Cee.

Bimbo Winehouse

Cee signed off today after 20 years with Hot 97. Read what he had to say below.

It is not a mystery that the past two years I've been through a lot," he said on the air Wednesday when announcing his resignation. When you dealing with corporate America, and you dealing with a station you love as much as I love this station, you don't want to put them through this … I've been thinking about this day for a long time. I never want to be in a situation where I'm pushed out. I've been at this station for 20 years, since 1993. If I want to go out, allow me to say I'm going out. And the station is allowing me to have that, and I appreciate that. Ain't nobody perfect man. And I'm far from perfect. I've made my mistakes, but when it affects the people that you love, the people that you come up with … I'm just gonna move on.

This is the fourth time in the last two years that Cee has run into problems stemming from soliciting sex on the streets of New York.

In May of this year he was arrested for trying to pay an undercover male cop for sex. In March 2011, he was caught by police receiving oral sex a cross-dressing prostitute in a car. He also pleaded guilty six months earlier to the same offence.

Hot 97 bid the DJ farewell in a statement:

"Due to some personal circumstances that have become public, after 20 years of service, Mr Cee has chosen to resign," Hot 97 general manager Alexandra Cameron said.

It's a day Americans will never forget. Hundreds of people from across the country gathered near the World Trade Center to commemorate the thousands of lives lost on 9/11. A memorial ceremony marking the 12th anniversary of the attacks started with a chorus singing the "Star-Spangled Banner," followed by a moment of silence at 8:46 a.m., the time the first hijacked plane struck the North Tower. Here, Mija Quigley of Princeton Junction, N.J., embraces the name of her son Patrick Quigley, who was one of the nearly 3,000 who perished in the 2001 attacks.

A day after he made the case for why the United States must sometimes still go to war, President Obama paid tribute on Wednesday to those who lost their lives 12 years ago in the attacks of Sept. 11, 2011, as well as the service members and civilians who died in the violent conflicts that followed.

”Today we remember not only those who died that September day. We pay solemn tribute to more than 6,700 patriots who have given their full measure since — military and civilians,” Obama said in a memorial service at the Pentagon. “We see their legacy in the friendships they forged, the attacks they prevented, the innocent lives they saved and in their comrades in Afghanistan who are completing the mission and who by the end of next year will have helped to end this war. “

The memorial marked the first anniversary of an attack on the U.S. diplomatic facility in Benghazi, Libya, in which U.S. ambassador to Libya and three other embassy employees were killed. The attack led to strong and often partisan debate about the Obama administration’s foreign policy.

In his remarks, Obama also honored those who died in the Benghazi attack.

“We pray for all those who have stepped forward in those years of war: diplomats who serve in dangerous posts, as we saw this day last year in Benghazi; intelligence professionals, often unseen and unheralded who protect us in every way; our men and women in uniform who defend this country that we love,” he said.

On Tuesday night, Obama argued that the nation must be prepared to strike Syria for its alleged used of chemical weapons against civilians last month, even though the president said he would first give a diplomatic solution a chance to work. Obama has said he was elected in part to end the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

On Wednesday morning, he began the memorial with a moment of silence outside the White House, and then took part in a wreath-laying and memorial event at the Pentagon, which was hit by one of the planes during the terrorist attacks.

“We pray for the memory of all those taken from us, nearly 3,000 innocent souls,” Obama said. “Our hearts still ache for the futures snatched away, the lives that might have
been.”

Screengrabs from Police video of DUI arrest of Christina West, 44. The city of Tallahassee could be facing a lawsuit involving West who was subjected to use of force by police officers during a DUI-related arrest.

Video After The Jump

Tallahassee police have launched an investigation following a DUI arrest that left a 44-year old woman with a broken orbital bone, scrapes and bruises.

Christina West was apparently drunk when she crashed her vehicle into a home on August 10th. Luckily, there were no injuries.

Six officers responded to the scene. Two gave West a field sobriety test, which she failed. West was placed into the back of a patrol car. She agreed to take a breathalyzer test, but when she was asked to get out of the car, West repeatedly tried to explain that she had kids and her husband needed the car seat out of her vehicle.

The dash cam video shows cops slam Christina West, 44, face first onto the trunk of the squad car.

After several commands police took West out of her car and attempted to handcuff her. Dash cam footage shows the two officers slamming her face fist into the concrete.

The 5'6, 120 pound woman screams in pain as Officer Christopher Ormerod kneeled on her buttocks while Matthew Smidt leaned on the back of her head.

The two officers then yanked West to the pavement as she screamed.

West tells them that she thinks they broke her cheek.

"That hurt so bad, I'm gonna sue your a$$," she tells the cops. "I'm pooping my pants because you hurt me so bad. My face is swollen. I think you broke my right cheek."

"You're fine," one of the officers tells her.

Officer Matthew Shmidt, right, mashed West’s face into the pavement as Officer Christopher Ormerod kneeled on her buttocks.

Police Chief Dennis Jones issued a statement regarding the arrest.

We understand that the video is disturbing to watch and it is for us too. We use cameras to help capture events such as this and are making the entire video available as we continue our internal investigation. Our job is to serve and protect, and that includes victims and suspects. We regret that Ms. West was injured.

West's attorney, Fred Conrad, promised to pursue legal action against the police.

“I can say I intend to pursue just compensation for Ms. West,” Conrad told The Tallahassee Democrat. “And I can say I intend to do it relentlessly. I intend to make the Police Department pay for this. This is wrong. And they need to pay for it.”

Watch video of the arrest below.
