Authorities in Phuket, Thailand didn't have to search very hard to capture several criminals. All they had to do was check Rihanna's Twitter timeline.
Riri visited the island on a break from her Diamonds World Tour last month. On September 20th she tweeted a photo posing with a slow loris.
The loris is an endangered species. It's against the law to charge tourists to take photos with them.
The photo Riri posted led to the arrest of a 16-year old boy and 20-year old man. Two lorises were confiscated from the pair. They could be facing four years in prison and a fine of 40,000 baht ($1,278) for possession of protected animals.
Several days later Rihanna tweeted about a wild sex show she saw while in Phuket.
That tweet led to another arrest.
"Authorities found out about this bar the morning after Rihanna tweeted about it, but we were not able to catch them violating the law until Saturday night," local district chief Weera Kerdsirimongkon said, according to the Associated Press. "We had been waiting for them and finally caught them red-handed."
The bar owner was taken into custody Saturday (October 12). He's charged with obscenity and operating an entertainment venue without a permit. He faces up to one month's imprisonment and a fine of up to 60,000 baht ($1,918).

The more things change...
Hollywood producer John Palermo is on the hot seat today after an offensive Facebook rant. Palermo is best known for producing the movies X-Men Origins: Wolverine and Drive. He's also worked as actor Hugh Jackman's producing partner.
The insults started flying in September.
Referencing Kanye West and Kim Kardashian moving into a Bel Air mansion.
"There goes the neighborhood!!! It looks like a Poor Persian Palace, where's Kris Jenner when you need her?! #MoneyCantBuyADumbN*ggerClass."
Regarding CBS television host Julie Chen's admission that she had plastic surgery to widen her eyes in an effort to further her career.
"I'm crazy about Julie Chen!!! Now that her eyes are finally open, she should leave Monster Moonves."
In response to hearing that Anderson Cooper attended the opening of his boyfriend's gay bar.
"#SmellsLikeLubeAndHIV."
Palermo has since taken down his Facebook page, but he doesn't seem very apologetic.
"I stopped caring about what Hollywood thinks of me years ago. I've got nothing to lose, nothing to gain. I'm a bored dude, unemployed, sitting at home in the Valley. For me, some of the best ways to overcome serious issues is to laugh about them. Because then you truly understand where that ignorance is coming from," he told The Hollywood Reporter. "Maybe people [who take offense] will look in the mirror and say, ‘When was the last time I called Les Moonves and asked for an African-American to play opposite me?' "

Jay Z's UK leg of his Magna Carta world tour has had a few minor bumps. The rapper forgot the lyrics to "No Church In the Wild" during his show in Manchester.
The same thing happened during his stop in Birmingham recent stop in Birmingham. This time Hov ran into problems while performing "Pound Cake."
A fan at the show sent HHNM an account of what they witnessed.
I was at the Jay-Z concert on Tuesday in Birmingham. He messed up again, I didn’t record it but I found a video on youtube of him missing his que for pound cake, its awkward for a few secs, then he improvises by spitting the dead press verse again, even though he had done the song 2 secs before. Concert also seemed pretty unrehearsed with his main keyboard player / the one who queues the music messing up a lot.
Artists forgetting lyrics to songs is nothing new. When you think about the number of hits Jay Z has it's not surprising a verse or two might slip by him.
It just stands out more because Jay Z doesn't use a hype man.
Fans did get a special treat when Timbaland premiered a new song by Drake and Jay.

Loaded Lux addressed his many musical projects that he is partaking in outside of Battle Rap in this clip from his interview with VladTV Battle Rap journalist Michael Hughes. Lux spoke on his "Bout My Money" video off of his "You Gon' Get This Work" mixtape, and how he worked with Shaq who played a major role in the mixtape's creation. Lux also spoke on future projects he has in the works and he's certainly got some new fire in the works.
Given how often she pops up in the media these days, Hughes just couldn't resist asking Lux about his thoughts on Miley Cyrus. Lux stated that he has been impressed with her past twerking moves and that she is just having fun at the moment and he hopes she keeps dancing.
