The man responsible for the viral video 'KONY 2012' had a massive meltdown on the streets of San Diego last week and it was caught on camera.
Jason Russell, the co-founder of Invisible Children is seen talking incoherently, banging on the ground and clapping his hands. All while walking up and down a street completely naked.
