Gucci Mane has been arrested for assaulting a soldier recently at Harlem Nights nightclub in Atlanta.
As we previously reported, a 32-year old Army veteran identified as James Leonard Lettley, told police that he approached a security guard at the club to ask if he could get a picture with the rapper. Lettley claims that Gucci then hit him in the head with a champagne bottle causing a wound that required 10 stitches to close.
An arrest warrant was issued for Gucci, real name Radric Davis. He was arrested this morning and taken to the Fulton County Jail according to WSBTV.
Gucci is charged with aggravated assault. He is scheduled to appear in court this morning.
