Future definitely made his mark in 2012. With the release of his debut album Pluto, the Atlanta rapper had the clubs jumping with "Tony Montana," "Neva End" "Same Damn Time" and "Turn On the Lights."
Future has also become a go to hook man. He's appeared on records with DJ Drama, Ace Hood, Pusha T, Rihanna and Lil Wayne with his signature singing style.
In the minds of the people over at MTV that was enough to earn him the No. 9 spot on their Hottest MC's in the Game list.
