The L.A. County District Attorney has rejected Chloe Goins' sexual assault case against Bill Cosby. They said the statute of limitations had run out and the actor/comedian had an alibi, therefore he could not have been at the Playboy Mansion on the day Goins said he was.
Goins responded by releasing a song titled "Bill Cosby: Diss Track" under the rap name Chlo Chlo.
That was enough for Charlamagne Tha God to give her "Donkey of the Day" for Thursday, January 14.
