Whoo Kid was stopped by police in downtown Manhattan Tuesday, April 26, when he was spotted driving around in his Escalade at 1:30 in the morning with the headlights off.
When cops ran his information through the system they found out the popular DJ had a warrant from 2014, for failing to show up in court. His drivers license had also been revoked, so he got hauled off to jail.
Whoo Kid paid a fine and was out back on the streets the same day. He says he's going to be keeping a low profile across the border or a minute or 2.
This latest run-in with NYPD is reminiscent of Whoo Kid's 2013 arrest outside of G-Unit headquarters for 9 license suspensions.
In an interview with Sam Roberts following his 2013 arrest the Turn Up God was asked how he ended up with 9 suspensions.
"13 years with no license. They said I was texting. Whatever ... I think somebody was calling me from BET, another black thing," he joked. "I didn't have no I.D. I don't have a license. When you get pulled over in New Jersey they let niggas go. New York, you get locked up. You better have I.D. or money or something."
