Brooklyn, New York rapper and Red Money Records CEO, China Mac, was arrested earlier this week after cops raided his video shoot for the song "Mac Talk" featuring Jezz Gasoline.
The New York Post reports that during the raid on the Lower East Side, police found two imitation rifles and one real firearm.
Many of the more than 60 people on the scene fled when cops arrived. Thirty-three of the 44 arrested were issued desk appearance tickets.
Mac, born Raymond Yu, was taken into custody. He was arraigned Sunday on charges of disorderly conduct, unlawful assembly and criminal trespass. Mac was released after posting bail He was ordered to return to court on February 16.
This is not Mac's first run-in with the law. He's spent thirteen years in prison. First, serving a three-year bid for gang-related crimes; then a 10-year sentence for shooting someone at an NYC nightclub.
