The question about whether or not Nicki Minaj would respond to Remy Ma's disses has been answered via her new song "Frauds" featuring Drake and Lil Wayne.

Remy released "Shether" on February 25. Then followed that up with "Another One" several days later.

Because Young Money Records' First Lady didn't immediately fire back, fans began to wonder if she didn't want it with Remy.

On Friday, March 10, Nicki took to her Instagram account to explain why she waited to clap back and issued a challenge to her new nemesis.

"Diss records can't be lies. Great diss records are facts," said Nicki in a post. "But here @ Young Money, we don't do diss records, we drop hit records and diss U on them. I got a bunch more on cock. Pauz. The greats took 3 months to respond to diss records. Queens don't move on peasant time. Queens shut down Paris, then drop hits on #Queentime.

"I love my fans. Y'all the real MVP's. Been writing my own raps since I was 11. God knows. Next week I'll beat Aretha [Franklin] for the most Hot 100 hits on Billboard, by any woman in the world ever in the history of music. Stay in your bum ass place. Jealousy gets u nowhere. Love to all my bad bitches. Now I got a countdown for Sheneneh. U got 72 hours to drop a hit and I'll give you a half a million dollars if u can book any show or interview w/o mentioning the Queen name."

Takeoff, Offset and Quavo have been grinding heavy since 2010, but it wasn't until the trio known as Migos released the single "Bad and Boujee" off of their 2017 sophomore album, "Culture," did they become household names.

When Ellen DeGeneres invites you to her show to perform you know you've made it.

The group has landed on the cover of Billboard's latest issue. They talk with writer Chris Martins about where they came from, where they are now and where they are headed.

12352570082?profile=original

On the Grammy Awards:

“We’ll be there next year,” Quavo said. "Then Kanye going to come on down because they finally acknowledged [young black artists].”

On missing the woman who raised them:

“I just wish she was here so I could ball with grandma. She’d talk with you, pray with you, give you pocket money. I used to sneak it right back in her bank,” Offset recalls. “When she was sick, before she passed, I swear she told us, ‘Stay off the streets. Y’all going to make it. Stick together.’”

On their recent success:

“I try not to be cocky,” says Takeoff, “but hey, we the shit, man. The No. 1 record and album. I mean, you look at that chart, it’s big names up there.”

For 25 years, Raekwon has been one of the most sought out voices in music; a true originator of lyricism, street fashion and inventive music. On 3-24-2017 the legendary emcee will release his seventh solo album The Wild. Released through his own IceH20 imprint along with EMPIRE, the album is a stark commentary on both the world and the music industry--everything is wild, Rae notes, alluding to his new album’s symbolic title.

With so much uncertainty in the world, it’s never been more apparent that this jungle needs order; and as the apex predator within hip-hop’s jungle, Raekwon plans to restore order with The Wild.

Today, via an exclusive premiere with Rolling Stone, Raekwon releases the second single from The Wild, “My Corner,” which features Lil Wayne.

“Wayne is a charismatic individual and his flows are dumb delightful” Raekwon commented to Rolling Stone. “I studied him way back and appreciated the opportunity to trade bars with him. I always heard his voice on this and I was very pleased hearing him tap dance on a different style of production. “My Corner” is a flashback to them good ole terrible blocks and we take you back to all black outfits. This record must be played at high volume.”

Nick Young of the Los Angeles Lakers has been victimized by thieves for the second time in three years. In 2014, his former home had $100,000 worth of valuables pilfered from it.

TMZ reports that his new L.A. area home was the scene of a much bigger robbery in February.

A suspect or suspects gained entry to the home through an unlocked door. When they were done the 31-year old basketball player's entire safe had been hauled off.

$30,000 in cash, a custom ring, three gold chains and other items were taken. The sum total of the theft was $500,000.

Police are investigating the incident.

Video After The Jump

Twenty years ago today we lost one of the greatest emcees to ever live. The Notorious B.I.G., born Christopher Wallace, was just 24-years old when an unknown assailant shot him to death in Los Angeles.

The Brooklyn, New York native had not even reached his peak, yet he lyrically stood tall over his counterparts.

73792684?profile=original

Both of his solo albums, "Ready to Die" (1994) and "Life After Death" (1997) are widely considered to be classics.

Biggie also introduced the world to Lil Kim and Lil Cease as part of his group Junior M.A.F.I.A. They released one album in 1995 titled "Conspiracy," which spawned the hit songs "Player's Anthem" and "Get Money."

Wherever you're at, pop in a Biggie Smalls CD and raise a toast to a true legend of hip hop. May he rest in peace.

Video After The Jump

Faizon Love doesn't always play well with others. The actor and comedian attacked a parking attendant Tuesday, March 7, at John Glenn Columbus International Airport, during a dispute over how much he was being charged.

In footage obtained by TMZ, Love can be seen talking to the valet. When the much smaller man turns to walk away Love grabs him from behind and slams him to the ground, then throws him head-first into the counter.

Airport security and police soon arrive to break things up and hauled the "Friday" star off to jail and charged with assault.

Love was released Wednesday morning after posting $2,000 bond.

Longtime collaborators Trina and Trick Daddy are joining forces to release a joint album titled "Trick and Trina."

“Yesterday me and Trina signed a deal for a ‘Trick & Trina’ collabo album. So we bringing the city back,” Trick Daddy announced this week to Mass Appeal. “I just want this Trick & Trina record to be classic. I’m going to turn the Diamond Princess back to the Baddest Bitch.”

The friendship between the two dates back to 1998 when they worked together on Trick's hit song "Nann Nigga."

12352564272?profile=original

Trick feels like other regions of the country are losing the sound fans grew accustomed to. He doesn't want to see that happen to Miami.

“ATL doesn’t have a sound no more. Miami doesn’t have a sound no more. New York doesn’t have a sound no more,” he explained. “With the exception of Remy Ma & Fat Joe, I don’t remember the last time I heard a real New York record. With the exception of the Migos, I don’t remember the last time I heard an Atlanta record. Miami has a couple artists doing things like, Pitbull and Flo-Rida, but we need to take it back to those days, because if it wasn’t for DJ Khaled, I don’t know if our name and face would even still be mentioned or placed in a hall of fame.”

Between them, Trina and Trick have 13 solo albums. This will be their first full length effort together.

“[The collaboration album is] just something the fans always wanted, and now we’re officially going to make it happen,” Slip N’ Slide CEO Ted Lucas says. “Trick put Miami on the map with gangsta music, which was different from all perspectives. When Miami was known for booty shaking, Trick was able to change the culture of what people thought about of Miami music, and Trina was able to put female rappers on the map. We’re excited about it, and looking forward to it.”

12352566299?profile=originalFigure skater Zahra Lari model wears Nike's new hijab for Muslim female athletes

Video And Pics After The Jump

BEAVERTON, Ore. (AP) — Nike has unveiled a hijab for Muslim female athletes.

The Nike Pro Hijab has been in development for a year, the company said. Athletes contributed input into the product, and figure skater Zahra Lari was among those who tested it.

The pull-on hijab is made of light, stretchy fabric that includes tiny holes for breathability and an elongated back so it will not come untucked. It will come in three colors: black, vast grey and obsidian. Beaverton-based Nike says the hijab will be available for sale next year.

12352566883?profile=original

Lari, a hopeful for the Winter Olympics next year in Pyeongchang, South Korea, posted photos of herself wearing the hijab on her Instagram page. Lari is from Abu Dhabi and represents the United Arab Emirates.

"Can't believe this is finally here!!" she wrote.

Last summer, fencer Ibtihaj Muhammad of New York became the first Muslim American woman to compete for the United States wearing a hijab at the Olympics. She earned a bronze medal at the Rio Games.

The U-17 Women's World Cup last October in Jordan marked the first time Muslim players wore headscarves during a FIFA event. Soccer's international governing body formally lifted a ban on head coverings in 2014, recognizing Muslim and Sikh players.

12352567671?profile=original

Meanwhile, the governing body for basketball, FIBA, has come under fire for banning headscarves during international competition.
