Video After The Jump

A nude maid service promises to provide clients with a show and a spotless house, but local authorities are keeping an eye on the small business that's caused quite a stir in a conservative Texas town.

Melissa Borrett, 26, began Fantasy Maid Service of Lubbock as a way to make extra money. She charges customers $100 per hour to clean their homes, and at their request, she can do the dusting in lingerie or in the buff, ABC's "Good Morning America" reports.

The young entrepreneur started the service in February. Now, just a few months later, she has three other women working for her.

But while business is booming, Borrett's controversial start-up has caught the attention of the Lubbock Police Department.

Noting that the "sexually oriented business" doesn't have a permit to operate, police Sgt. Jonathan Stewart said Borrett could face at a fine of $2,000, and additional charges for every day she continues to work without a permit, KCBD reports.

"Just the fact employees are topless or semi nude in this case -- it's just not allowed," Stewart told KCBD.

Company policy prohibits employees and customers from engaging in any physical or sexual contact.

"If a maid accepts tips for physical contact, she will be terminated immediately and the customer will not be able to schedule service with Lubbock Fantasy Maid Service again," according to the company's website.

Additionally, the company will not work topless or nude in the presence of persons under 18.

According to the Associated Press, the permit Borrett needs to obtain costs $650 per year and requires an additional $5,000 surety bond or letter of credit.

Responding to the threats from police, Borrett has said she will take legal action if the city attempts to shut down the business.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and in the case of Mobb Deep that is true. Prodigy and Havoc were the victims of internet rumors earlier in the week suggesting they were breaking up. That notion seems to have been put to rest when Prodigy tweeted the pic above of the two together at Friday night's New York Knicks vs. Washington Wizards game.

As an added bonus for the Queens, New York duo, the Knicks won the game 103-65.

What started off as a passing joke between DJ Drama and rapper 50 Cent became something very real, very quickly. The head of the Aphilliates DJ crew says that he was genuinely surprised by the near-instant response from the streets one day after merely mentioning a collaborative idea to 50 at SXSW in Austin, Texas, last month.

"We ran into each other at my party out there," he tells The BoomBox. "I think I said a joke to him real quick about [doing a Gangsta Grillz tape], like, 'You playing...,' because a while ago we were supposed to be doing a G-Unit tape that never happened and we've been discussing some things. I was with his man Rene from G-Unit, went backstage after the show and mentioned it to him. But after that we never really spoke."

The next morning, Drama says he woke up to a barrage of phone calls and text messages. "People were calling, saying 50 went on Twitter and said he 'bout to drop the tape," he reveals. "So I was like, 'Cool. It's real.' It's good, because him doing that created a lot of anticipation and excitement and I'm looking forward to it."

Since the inception of Drama's Gangsta Grillz mixtape series, he's done tapes with everyone from T.I. and Young Jeezy to Dead Prez and Jean Grae. The Philly native has been a part of Atlanta's hip-hop culture for close to a decade, with his influence existing on a national platform for nearly as long, so it's curious that this particular collaboration with Fif took years to happen.

"It's just about the right timing and making it happen," Drama shares. "I was a fan of 50 and an employee of Shade 45; we were definitely in the family but I guess now is the time."

The news is official and Drama says they're aiming for a late April to May release for the project, titled The Lost Tape. But there's still the matter of upholding some very high standards on both ends. 50 Cent's career rebirth came through his 2002 mixtape, 50 Cent Is the Future, and DJ Drama's success kicked off almost instantaneously with the start of his Gangsta Grillz series, eight years ago.

"For me, it's a lot on the line," Drama states. "I think because it's a Gangsta Grillz [mixtape], because it's 50's first, because of what 50 means to mixtapes and because of what I mean to mixtapes. There's a lot... of ears. A lot of opinions. So I like the challenge, I'm excited for it, and I'm glad it's getting the attention it's getting because I'd like to be in the space where n*ggas ride to this 50, how they're supposed to ride to 50."

In addition to The Lost Tape, 50 Cent is recording his fifth album, tentatively set for a July 2 release.

Beanie Sigel will have to wait a couple more months before he knows his fate in his tax evasion trial because the sentencing date has been pushed back to July 12 according to Contact Music.

Sigel was originally accused of owing $350,000 in back taxes after failing to report his earnings from 2003 and 2005. He pleaded guilty to a charge of failing to report $1.5 million.

The hip-hop star was due to face sentencing at a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania court on Thursday (Apri1 12) but a judge pushed back his hearing until July 12 after Internal Revenue Service agents filed new claims, alleging Sigel actually owes upwards of $750,000.

He now has until April 26 to surrender additional financial documents in a bid to solve the dispute.

If convicted, Grant faces up to three years behind bars.

Diddy might want to tighten up the security around his crib in the Hamptons because a squatter was able to break in and have a nice 24-hour stay. And according to the New York Post this isn't the first time the same intruder has kicked his feet up at Diddy's mansion while the hip hop mogul wasn't home.

30-year-old Quamine Taylor broke into Diddy's home on April 1, 2012. Police say he ate food, drank soda and liquor, then passed out in Diddy's bed.

A caretaker found him in an upstairs bedroom and called police. Taylor reportedly pulled the same stunt 10 years ago. He claims he visits the home often.

I’ve actually been going to the house from time to time since 2001,” Taylor told The Post yesterday at the Suffolk County Jail. “I stay there a lot, but Sean gets funny sometimes about me staying there."

Taylor's mom says her son suffers from mental illness and had not been taking his medication.

Last week rapper Eve made her feelings known on a few topics regarding other female MC's currently in the game. Among the new crop of female rappers, Azealia Banks is at the top of the former Ruff Ryder's list. Iggy Azalea, not so much.

I like Azealia Banks. I think her style is dope. If you listen to her lyrics, she knows how to wordplay and I think that’s cute," Eve told The Women Of Hip-Hop. "I’m not really into the Iggy Azalea chick. I can’t really f*ck with her music, but her look is crazy. I just can’t believe it."

Iggy has responded to what some might consider a diss. In a new interview with XXL.com she says Eve doesn't know what it's like to walk in her shoes.

“I like Eve,” she began. “Everybody is different, everybody hasn’t lived out of the box and for you to even know if it’s real, you have to kind of be an out-the-box person or somebody who likes something they’re not suppose to [like]. A girl like her that raps is expected, so, how could you understand something so different?

“I’m not mad at [Eve] for not understanding it,” she continued. “How could you if you’ve never been ostracized or loved something you weren’t suppose to love? Everything you’ve loved you’re allowed to love, so, how could you understand me? Thus, how could you know if it’s real? I used to be like, ‘It is real, let me prove it to you. Now, I don’t care if you think it’s real or not because it’s what I love, it’s my life. I don’t put my story all out there for you because I don’t need to put my story out there and prove it. I don’t give a fuck if you think I am or not ’cause that girl in the crowd understand it and that’s who it’s for, if you don’t then it’s not for you.”

Iggy is currently working with T.I. on her debut album The New Classic, which is due out later this year.
