Over the past decade, The Pirate Bay has become of the largest, and most controversial, sites on the Internet. We’re constantly hearing from copyright owners how The Pirate Bay is robbing them blind, but what about the men who run the site itself – what do they think?
A new documentary entitled “The Pirate Bay Away From Keyboard” dives into the history of The Pirate Bay and its founders. The film also covers the massive legal battle between the founders and the entertainment industry as the courts were asked if a Web site’s founders can be held accountable for the actions of its users. The Sweden Supreme Court said they can this year by refusing to hear their case, thereby upholding a previous verdict that found the Pirate Bay founders guilty.
In the spirit of The Pirate Bay, the documentary will be released for free online under a Creative Commons license. The actual date of release has not been revealed just yet, but the director says it should be out soon.

Johnny Boy Da Prince was just about to see the fruits of his labor come to fruition when he was killed in Chicago this week.
The 23-year old rapper was in talks with Atlantic Records at the time of his death.
Andrew Fechter, an assistant with Atlantic Records in New York, had listened to Johnny's music and saw potential in him.
"I see a lot of emails," Fechter told the Chicago Tribune. "I listened to it, I liked what I heard, I asked for more. I played it at a meeting and everyone liked it. We were working on a meeting, bringing him in. Get him to meet everyone before a decision is made. He was definitely talented. I personally believe he had a bright future in the music business. He definitely would have had a career."
Epic and Universal Records were also said to be interested.
Johnny was shot several times on Wednesday January 9th in the Garfield Park neighborhood shortly before midnight. He was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he died following surgery.
Johnny, whose real name was Johnny Taylor, was managed by Dillard Florence who said Taylor's assailants make have killed him by mistake.
"Word is it was mistaken identity," Florence said. "He didn't deserve this to happen."
Taylor is at least the fifth aspiring young rapper to get shot and killed in Chicago since September.

Philly rapper Ar-Ab recently made a video discussing the Cassidy Vs. Meek Mill beef. At the time he said Cass wasn't a street dude, while Meek was. He also accused Cass of not helping him out financially when he was down with Larsiny Family.
Ar sat down with VladTV to clarify some of the things he said in the video.
The OBH Records artist said that both Cass and Meek are his friends and he introduced them to each other several years ago in an attempt to help out both of their careers. At the time Meek's buzz was heavy in Philly, but he wasn't signed yet and according to Ar, Philly wasn't really feeling Cass at the time.
Ar says the tension between the two started to build after Meek got signed to MMG. Cass felt like he helped Meek out by featuring him on some of his songs early in his career and wanted Meek to return the favor. Meek didn't feel like Cass had helped him and declined.
When asked who he thought was winning the current battle between the two rappers, Ar picked Meek.
"In my opinion, I like Meek's song [Repo] better," Ar told Vlad. "Cass' song [R.A.I.D.] was hot. But it's the beat that Meek used. That sh*t was crazy and he was saying some hood sh*t and I love that hood, gangster sh*t he was talking. Cass sh*t was more lyrics. That's cool and all but I relate to the gangster sh*t a little better."

Super producer Timbaland is going to be really busy this year and he probably wouldn't have it any other way. The Virginia-based beat maker has three huge projects he will be devoting his time to in 2013.
To get things started, Timbaland is already working on Justin Timberlake's new album. The disc will be entirely-produced by Timbo, according to HipHopWired. The last time these two musical geniuses combined forces it produced magical results.
Justin's 2006 album FutureSex/LoveSounds was produced entirely by Timbaland. The project spawned the hits "SexyBack," "LoveStoned," "My Love" and "What Goes Around.../...Comes Around." The album won four Grammys and has been certified four-times platinum.
Timbaland will also lend his talents to Beyonce's upcoming fifth solo album. The singer confirmed the news during an interview with GQ.
"I've been working with Pharrell and Timbaland and Justin Timberlake and Dream," she told GQ. "We all started in the '90s, when R&B was the most important genre, and we all kind of want that back: the feeling that music gave us."
And last but certainly not least, Timbaland will be assisting 50 Cent at SMS Audio, where he is now an investment partner and member of the company’s board of directors.
"He invested and now he has equity ownership. He can help me in the decision making process while utilizing other acoustic engineers to get the highest sound quality possible." 50 said in a recent interview with MSN's Joseph Lee.
"50 Cent has created an aspirational audio brand that produces the highest caliber of headphones on the market,” said Timbaland in a statement. “I’m looking forward to working with 50 and being part of a company so eager to bring studio-quality sound to music fans all over the world.”

Katt Williams is never shy about giving his opinion. The controversial comedian was discussing the names of NFL teams when he went off on the Washington Redskins for having a name that he considered to be racist towards Native Americans.
"Do you know how racist that is? Do you understand the quality of racism that is?" Katt said. "That would be like saying the Chinese Yellowskins or the Compton Blackskins. Are you kidding me, Redskins? You're letting gay people get married. Can we please not keep disrespecting the people that we already admitted we did wrong to?"
