MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — A gunman who livestreamed himself driving around Memphis shooting at people, killing 4 & wounding 3 others in 7 shootings and at least 2 carjackings in seemingly random attacks, was finally arrested after crashing a stolen car, police said early Thursday.

Ezekiel Kelly, 19, was arrested without incident at around 9 p.m.

Police did not discuss a motive or release the identities of those who were killed or wounded. It was too early in the investigation to discuss how the suspect got the gun or guns used in the shootings.

In February 2020, Kelly, then 17, was charged as an adult with attempted first-degree murder, aggravated assault, using a firearm to commit a dangerous felony & reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon.

Records show he pleaded guilty to aggravated assault & was sentenced in April 2021 to 3 years. Kelly was released from prison in March, 11 months after he was sentenced.

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- Months after a former NFL player was indicted for murder and tampering with a corpse in the death of his girlfriend, Harris County records are now showing details of the murder charge against him.

It's believed Kevin Ware Jr. killed Taylor Pomaski by strangling, cutting and beating her, according to court records.

In addition, prosecutors claim Ware also burned Pomaski's body.

The latest details come more than one year after Pomaski went missing in April 2021. She and Ware were dating before her disappearance.

Earlier this year, officials confirmed that the human remains found in December 2021 were those of Pomaski.

Ware was arrested after Pomaski's disappearance and placed in custody in the Montgomery County Jail on unrelated drug and weapons charges.

PARMER COUNTY, Texas (Everything Lubbock) — Bailey County Judge Sherri Harrison was arrested on 3 charges on Wednesday, according to Parmer County inmate records.

Judge Harrison was charged with official oppression, purchasing alcohol for a minor & criminal trespassing. These charges stemmed from May 13, 2022.

Previous reports said a petition & suit were filed in late June to remove Judge Harrison from office before the end of her term.

The suit called for her removal on the grounds that she “consistently shows incompetence, official misconduct & habitual drunkenness.”

The suit was filed by Bailey County Attorney Michaela E. Kee on behalf of Texas.

Judge Harrison was officially unseated in March by opponent Basil Nash, who’s set to take his place in January.

Judge Harrison’s bond was set at $500 per charge late Wednesday night.

DUBLIN, Calif. — (KCRA) A Northern California sheriff's deputy has turned himself in to law enforcement after he was accused in the fatal slaying of a husband & wife in their home early Wednesday.

Devin Williams Jr., a deputy with the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office, called authorities in the hours after the shooting & said he wanted to turn himself in.

Police stayed on the phone with him until the off-duty deputy was taken into custody by the California Highway Patrol.

Police were called to a home in Dublin — a city about 35 miles from San Francisco — around 12:45 a.m. The 911 caller said 2 people had been shot inside the residence & the suspect, later identified as Williams, had fled in a vehicle.

Both victims, whose names were not immediately released, were pronounced dead at the scene.

Williams apparently knew the couple but investigators were still trying “to fine-tune their connection” & determine the motive.

Kelly said a male relative of the couple who was visiting was unhurt and was talking to detectives about what occurred.

Witnesses identified the gunman as Williams. The sheriff's office said he was off-duty at the time of the shooting.

We're very sad to report that Duke093 has lost his life to gun violence.

According to various reports, the Chicago jeweler was in Houston attending a Boosie, Lil Keke and Plies concert. After it ended he was shot in the parking garage during an apparent robbery.

Boosie spoke about the tragic situation on IG Live.

"We was in the garage. He must have walked outside to the parking lot. We was in the garage. We heard the shots. Like the was far away in the parking lot. He must have went to his car or something, bro. Dude was going to make a piece for me, too. Damn. We had a concert last night. Sh*t must have happened when everybody was walking to the car," Boosie said.

Our condolences go out to Duke the Jeweler's family and friends.

NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio (ABC13) -- An Ohio father faces charges in the death of his 1-year-old son after he intentionally left the baby in a hot car.

New Philadelphia Police Chief Michael Goodwin says the child was initially brought unresponsive into the emergency room by his father, 19-year-old Landon Parrot.

"During the initial investigation the detectives found inconsistent information being given by the father," Chief Goodwin writes.

When investigators "confronted" Parrot with the inconsistencies in his story, police say he told them what happened.

"The child passed away after being left in the car unattended for approximately 5 hours, with an outside temperature of 87 degrees," according to Goodwin. "During the interview it appears that this was not a matter of forgetting the child, but was a deliberate act so as the child would not be a disturbance while in the house."

Parrot faces charges of murder, 2 counts of endangering children & involuntary manslaughter. He's being held at the Tuscarawas County Jail on a $250,000 dollar bond.

He was booked on Friday afternoon.

"BMF" star Lil Meech is off the hook in his grand theft case over a $250K Richard Mille watch ... we're told it was tossed after the accusers decided they were done pursuing it.

A rep for the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office tells TMZ Hip Hop ... cops conducted an investigation after a few jewelers complained about missing pieces ... but investigators were eventually told the jewelers got their merch back.

That wouldn't automatically end the case if the stuff was initially stolen, but prosecutors decided to drop the case.

Meech's attorney, Howard Srebnick, called the case "a misunderstanding that was amicably resolved."

Meech then took to Instagram to celebrate ... along with a bold message to his haters.

TMZ popped the lid off the story back in May ... Meech was accused by Miami's Haimov Jewelers of running off with a $250K RM after flipping an $80K Rolex.

With the case behind him, the time is nearing for Meech and the crew to begin filming season 2 of "BMF."
