1017 Brick Squad CEO, Gucci Mane must surrender his weapons to authorities. The troubled Atlanta rapper, real name Radric Davis, was ordered to give up his a 40 caliber Glock, 45 caliber Taurus and ammunition, according to a federal indictment, reports TMZ.

Gucci has been unable to stay out of trouble with the law. He's been arrested at least once a year since 1999.

In 2013 he's been taken into custody three times. In March he was charged with aggravated assault for allegedly hitting a fan over the head with a champagne bottle.

12350490856?profile=original

That arrest triggered a probation violation and he was locked up again in April. His latest arrest happened in September after friends flagged down police because the rapper was acting erratically. He reportedly cursed and threatened officers. He was taken into custody and charged with carrying a gun, disorderly conduct and weed possession.

Big Guwop is currently serving a six-month jail sentence for probation violation.

Competition, that's what hip hop is built on right? Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole are friends, but ever since K. Dot said he would murder Cole lyrically on Big Sean's song "Control," the world has been waiting to see if the Roc Nation rapper would respond.

12350482874?profile=original

Cole finally fires back on Justin Timberlake's "TKO" remix that also features Pusha T and A$AP Rocky.

Cole to the rescue, never save a hoe/ Hoes like to hide their behavior though/ Thought you was a down ass bitch/ ‘Til I found that shit a couple days ago/ I was home alone, next thing I know/ That long ass verse from a song called “Control” was on/ The room got nearer, the tomb got clearer/ That’s when I seen the shit playin’ on your phone/ Girl, what is that? A ringtone?/ Shit, not you too/ Man that hype done got you too/ Everybody and their momma gassed/ Even my momma asked what I’mma do/ Decisions, decisions/ In case this is war, then I load up on all ammunition/ If a nigga want problems, my trigger’s on auto/ I’ll make sure that nobody miss him.

Will K. Dot answer back? I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Video After The Jump

STAR talks Kanye West disrespecting Sway during an interview, the disturbing knock-out game, Eminem dissing Asher Roth and the harsh reality of Derby's Dose via slavery in Jamaica.

Radio legend Troi Torain (STAR) always delivers hard-hitting objective truth. As a culture critic he is vicious, as a businessman he is relentless, as a luminary he is un-matched.

12350489492?profile=original

Considered a radio pioneer by many, STAR has set precedents on the urban landscape and was recently inducted into News One's "Top 20 Black Radio Jockeys Of All Time."

STAR & BUC WILD made the national stage on MTV (1999) but it was their radio show on New York's Hot 97 and Power 105 (2000 - 2006) that secured their place in Hip-Hop history.

Torain's resume includes The Source magazine, MTV Networks, Hot 97, Power 104.1, Power 105.1, Pulse 87, Hip-Hop Weekly magazine, Vladtv, Thisis50, 100.3 The Beat, shot97.com and VH1 (The Gossip Game).

This clip is from STAR's LIVE show (12noon -- 2pm) on http://shot97.com.

Lil Mama's career was resurrected by her performance as Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes in the VH1 movie CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story. While she's been enjoying kudos from critics, Lopes' family and fans, Lil Mama was also dealt a loss in court recently.

12350488063?profile=original

The rapper/actress, real name Niatia Kirkland, was sued by her former lawyer for non payment of services. The attorney who specializes in intellectual property had been working to protect Kirkland's right to use the name Lil Mama. He severed ties with her in 2011 after being stiffed since 2008.

The judge in the case ordered Lil Mama to cough up $18,000 for attorneys fees, interest and other costs, according to TMZ.

Before her role in the TLC film, Kirkland, had been best remembered for crashing Jay Z and Alicia Keys performance at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards.

Video After The Jump

A viral video is circulating around the internet that reportedly shows Doughboyz Cashout member HBK getting jumped, robbed of his chain and knocked out.

The incident allegedly happened in HBK's hometown of Detroit at the Cobo Hall convention center, according to Kollege Kidd.

12350482056?profile=original

Doughboyz Cashout signed a deal with Young Jeezy's label, CTE World, in May.

12350482280?profile=original

We'll update the story as more information becomes available.

*UPDATE* December 9th

Detroit police are on high alert fearing retaliation from the HBK beating. Rappers Icewear Vezzo and Greenguy Webbie are rumored to have been involved and posted photos wearing HBK's chain. Both have denied having possession of the jewelry.

Despite the denials, there's rumors of a $30,000 bounty on Webbie's head.

"There's a potential for a lot of bullets to go flying, and we're talking a large group of people here that are making threats," Sgt. Michael Woody of the Detroit Police Department, told MyFoxDetroit. "Right now we're just trying to save a life right here. That's really what we're looking at. Obviously we don't want to see anybody do anything rash. We're asking both sides to stay calm, give us a chance to work this out. This is really not worth anybody's life at this point. There's no reason to overreact here, we can still work this out."

HBK has responded in a video released Monday (December 9) by Control Detroit. He acknowledged it is him getting beaten in the video and said it comes with the territory.

"To make a long story short, we planned to go to [Cobo Hall]... just me and three other n*ggas," HBK told Control. "N*gga went to that b*tch 4 deep, walking around with our jewelry on like some regular n*ggas who ain't got no deal. Some bullsh*t happened in the midst of that. Sh*t happens to the best of them. I got jumped by probably 20 n*ggas. But the sh*t really ain't sh*t though man. That shit happens everyday in Detroit. We don't have security. I been in deeper sh*t. I done been in the hood for so f*cking long. N*gga I done got in shootouts and almost got killed. This sh*t just a small fry. Everybody takes a loss. Everybody takes their L's."
