Legendary blues guitarist B.B. King was hospitalized in Las Vegas over the weekend with dehydration related to diabetes.
However, King's daughter, Claudette, told the Los Angeles Times, that her father was doing "much better."
Born Riley B. King, the 89-year-old Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee was diagnosed with the disease more than two decades ago.
His hits include 1950s R&B piece "Three O'Clock Blues," 1970's "The Thrill Is Gone" and 1989's "When Love Comes to Town," a collaboration with U2.
King, born in Mississippi, began his recording career in the 1940s and has released more than 50 albums, according to his official website.
Also known as the "King of the Blues," King was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1987. Rolling Stone and Gibson have ranked him among the greatest guitar players of all time.
Last October, King fell ill during a show, was diagnosed with dehydration and exhaustion and canceled the rest of his concert tour.

Breakfast Club host Charlamagne tha God sat down with VladTV and shared his opinion on Kid Rock recently saying he doesn't understand why Beyonce is a big deal, with the radio veteran saying he thinks Beyonce will be remembered as one of our generation's greatest entertainers, possibly surpassing Michael Jackson one day, though he still believes Kid Rock has the right to his opinion. Rock comparing Beyonce's catalogue to "Purple Rain" and "Sweet Home Alabama," however, didn't sit well with the MTV host, saying you can't compare her success directly to artists and music that worked well in a different time period, calling it a "stupid-a** analogy."
Hear what else Charlamagne had to say about Bey and Kid Rock above.

The multitalented Naturi Naughton has proven to herself and to her supporters that her talents have greatly matured since her days in girl group 3LW. The emerging singer/actress revealed what it was like to secure her role on Starz's breakout hit, 'Power', during a recent sit down with VladTV.
First off, Naturi affirms that her road to securing the role of Tasha St. Patrick was a conventional one which included an audition, followed by a call-back, and finally a screen test. Although Naturi landed the gig she confesses, "It was a challenge though, because I was a little young for the role," and she reveals that people from the network questioned her ability to play opposite an older Omari Hardwick.
"I really had to fight for this role. And eventually, after multiple tests I had two tests and I got the part. So, I'm very lucky to be playing the ride-or-die wifey on the show," explains a thankful Naughton.
Later, the conversation covers 50 Cent's hands-on involvement with 'Power,' which is described as "instrumental" to sustaining the show's authenticity. When the interview turns to 50's character on the show, Kanan, getting released from jail, Naturi says, "It's really interesting, I'm looking forward to seeing how the fans react. He's gonna cause some havoc."

Already facing a laundry list of crimes from 2014 and early 2015, including six charges in unrelated cases of theft of property, burglary and unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, for which he is awaiting trial for, 21-year old Richard Coleman of Jefferson County, Alabama, saved his most disgusting act for last.
Coleman is now accused of breaking into his 93-year old grandmother's house at 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 2, beating her and pouring alcohol down her throat when she told him she didn't know where wallet was.
The elderly woman told police she saw a masked man in her home on the morning of the attack. She had no idea it was her grandson. She asked what he wanted and he said money.
Coleman then grabbed the woman by her throat, punched her several times, while continuing to demand money. Disoriented, his grandmother continued to tell Coleman she didn't know where her billfold was. He then poured rubbing alcohol down her throat and punched her again.
Coleman fled the home after finding $200 in cash. It wasn't long before police tracked the thug down, according to AL.com.
Coleman has been charged with first-degree assault, first-degree robbery and first-degree burglary. He is being held in in the Jefferson County Jail with bonds totaling $620,000.
The grandmother was taken to a local hospital. She was battered and bruised, but is expected to fully recover.

Gimme the loot, Gimme the loot!
Troubled but supremely talented rapper DMX might have to deal with the law...again.
NJ.com reports that a man is accusing Dark Man X and members of his entourage of robbing him at gunpoint at a Newark, New Jersey gas station.
X and his crew allegedly pulled up in four black Cadillac Escalades. The rapper reportedly got out of one of the vehicles and was recognized by a fan. The two had a conversation. That's when things took a turn for the worse.
"The two had a brief conversation about rap music and during the conversation a male in DMX's entourage, showed the victim a gun and demanded the victim's money," Sgt. Ronald Glover said in a statement.
The 21-year old victim says he pulled $3200 from his pocket, before DMX allegedly "snatched the money out of his hand" before jumping into one of four black Cadillac Escalades that left the scene, Glover said.
The victim followed X and managed to get a license plate number of one of the vehicles, which he gave to police.
Authorities are currently investigating the incident. No arrests have been made and no criminal charges have been filed.
**UPDATE** April 9
TMZ caught up with DMX and asked him about the alleged robbery. The rapper says false accusations come with the territory. He admits his team did stop at the gas station, but there wasn't an altercation with anyone.

In terms of her own interactions with gangs, she states that it's extremely difficult to be associated with the other gangs around her, because at this very moment, she's still trying to figure out life in general.
