T.I. Back In Federal Custody

12348991497?profile=original

Less than 2 days after being freed from prison in Arkansas, T.I. is already back in federal custody.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons confirmed to TMZ that the rapper was checked into a federal prison in Atlanta last night.

There are reports that the trouble stems from a luxury bus ride TIP received from the prison in Arkansas, to a halfway house in Georgia.

T.I.'s uncle told TMZ that he was sure this latest incident had nothing to do with drugs or alcohol.

The rapper's lawyer Steven Sadow, said he's currently trying to resolve the issue.

"We are awaiting the opportunity to quickly resolve whatever the issue may be that the Federal Bureau of Prisons has with TI's method of transportation, bus, from Arkansas to Atlanta, so that T.I. can return to the halfway house to complete the remaining days of his sentence."

Two of Tyler, The Creator's dreams came true in less than the span of a week.

The Odd Future frontman won a moonman at the 2011 VMAs for Best New Artst. Just a few days earlier, Tyler had gotten the chance to meet one of his idols while at the Tennent's ViTal music festival in Ireland.

"F*ckkkkk O My Atheist God. Goal List Check: I Told Him Relapse Was One Of The Greatest Albums To Me," Tyler tweeted after meeting Eminem backstage.

When asked about Odd Future back in June by MTV, Eminem said he had heard good things about them, but wasn't familiar with their work.

"I think that from the stuff that I've heard — I haven't heard a lot from them, I still have to go check out everything that they're doing — but I've heard enough to know that it feels like they're pushing boundaries and buttons, and that's definitely one of the things that I'm familiar with, especially when I first came out," Em said at the time.

Video After The Jump

Machine Gun Kelly has made it to the top of Bad Boy Records' priority list very quickly.

The ink is barely dry on the contract MGK signed with Diddy in early August, and already a brand new video is being shot for "Stereo"

"This is actually a song that was on my 'Lace Up' mixtape," MGK told MTV on the set of his new video. "We're all about keeping it organic and keeping everything how it was before the deal, so we're taking one of the songs that the fans love. This is the first video we're doing with Bad Boy/Interscope,"

Diddy has a reputation for molding his artists to fit a certain persona. The Bad Boy CEO insists that won't be the case with MGK.

"He will not be changing for Bad Boy; he will not have a typical Bad Boy swag," Diddy said. "He's not going to be popping champagne or driving around in Bentleys. He's gonna be him and true to himself. He has a lot of creative control in his project."

Two rap legends linked up last night in Houston (August 31).

DMX brought Scarface out during his show at the House of Blues, for a heartfelt moment. Dark Man X paid homage to a man he said is only one of two rappers he respects.

"Even before I was famous I only f*cked with two n*ggas," X told the crowd. "Two other rappers that I have respect for besides myself -- Nas and Scarface."

The show was DMX's second since being released from prison in July. The appearance was the first publicly for Scarface since being freed from jail last month.

Peep footage from the show below.

When it comes to the Lil Wayne vs. Jay-Z beef Bow Wow is just like any other hip hop fan, he'd like to see the two rap titans launch an all out verbal assault on each other.

All we have seen so far are occasional subliminal shots thrown at each other by Wayne and Hov. The latest being Wayne's threat to kidnap Beyonce on the song "It's Good" off of 'Tha Carter IV.'

In a new interview with XXL, Bow Wow explains his reasoning for wanting to see the battle.

From the fans’ perspective, I look at it as this is something they want,” Bow said. “Why not? Battle rapping has been going on in hip-hop since it was created. This is something that’s been in our sport for years. Any time you rap, especially for guys, we already feel like we the best, anyway. ‘My car better than yours, my girl finer than yours.’ So, guys, we already competitive as it is. But in this sport, or any type of field where there’s a lot of people that do what you do, you’re going to want to be the best.”

Although being signed to Cash Money Records would seem to make Bow somewhat biased as to who he would be pulling for if the beef gets turned up. He insists he just wants to see the competition.

We see the Patriots going at the Giants,” he said. ”We seen two good teams always go at each other, so how come two great rappers can't go at each other? You have two giants going at each other. To me it’s all competitive, it’s a form of art, it’s rap, it’s something we seen before. But, if you’re gonna do it, then, do it.
