Azealia Banks was a guest on Hot 97's Ebro In the Morning show on Thursday, December 18. The conversation covered many topics. Tears were shed as Banks spoke about problems with her previous record label, the media focusing their attention on Bill Cosby, while the Eric Garner and Michael Brown killings by police are still fresh in our collective memories, America owing African Americans reparations, T.I. being a coon for letting VH1 make fun of the fact his wife Tiny can't read and her issues with Iggy Azalea.
On Iggy Azalea
Here's the thing with Iggy Azalea. I feel just like in this country whenever it comes to [African American's] things like black issues, black politics, black music or whatever, there's always this undercurrent of kind of like a 'fuck you.' It's like, 'Fuck y'all niggas, y'all don't really own shit.' You know what I'm saying? That Macklemore album wasn't better than the Drake record. That Iggy Azalea shit is not better than any black girl that's rapping today. When they give those awards out... the Grammys are supposed to be accolades for artistic excellence. Iggy Azalea is not excellent. The message I see when I see these Grammys being given out, 'cuz it's bigger than playing the shit on the radio. I don't give a fuck. That's fine bitch, do what you're gonna do. But I have a problem when you're trying to say that it's hip hop. And you're tying to put it up against black culture. Nicki Minaj over the past two, three four years has done so much to kinda create this social presence and this hold on social consciousness. And she [put's out] Re-Up: Roman Reloaded and then you got fucking Iggy [with] Reclassified. You're trying to smudge out. It's like a cultural smudging is what I see. And when they give theses Grammys out all it says to white kids kids is, You're great, you're amazing. You can do whatever you put your mind to. And it says to black kids, 'You don't have shit, you don't own shit. Not even the shit you created for yourself.' And it makes me upset.
Breaks down crying while speaking on reparations and America slighting African Americans by stealing their culture and not acknowledging their artistic accolades.
Now everybody knows that the basis of modern capitalism is slave labor. Really the trading and selling of these slaves. There are fucking huge corporations that are still caking off that slave money. So, until y'all motherfuckers are ready to talk about what y'all owe me... whether's the number $7 trillion or $8 trillion or $9 trillion. At the very fucking least y'all owe me the right to my identity. And to not exploit that shit. That's all that we're holding onto in hip hop/rap
On T.I. and Tiny
Here you got got coon head ass T.I. You're out here trying to promote this white bitch and they got your wife on VH1 and that bitch can't fucking read. That's really how I feel about you. You're a shoe shining coon. How dare you. I take that personally. You're a fucking coon. Your wife can't read. And they got her on TV. They got the sound affects [going off when she reads].
Iggy saw the interview and fired back via Twitter.
It didn't take long for Banks to respond
Well, damn!!

The end of their 12-year relationship is taking it's toll on both Nicki Minaj and Safaree Samuels. Nicki broke down during an interview with Power 105.1's Angie Martinez this week while talking about it
TMZ is now reporting that Safaree has begun to isolate himself, smokes weed all day and openly talks about killing himself as a result of the break up. He's been tweeting about the downside of the music industry and fame.
Safaree aka Scaff Beezy, blames Meek Mill for coming in between him and Nicki. He believes Meek filled Nicki's heads with false stories about him being unfaithful. As a result she's now in a relationship with the Philadelphia rapper. It's worth noting that Meek appears twice on Nicki's new album, The Pinkprint.
SB is now seeing a counselor at the urging of concerned friends because they believe he may hurt himself.

Nicki Minaj is seemingly everywhere you look these days. The sexy Young Money Records recording artist has been busy promoting her new album, The Pinkprint.
She has also been chosen by Italian fashion designer Roberto Cavalli as the face of his spring/summer 2015 campaign.
“I chose Nicki Minaj because she embodies the exuberant and modern femininity of the Cavalli woman. In recent years we have become accustomed to women castigated in clothes that hide their body shapes. With this campaign, I wanted to send a strong countertrend message. I wanted a sensual woman who is aware of her body – who is not afraid to show her curves. Instead, she makes them her strength," said Cavalli.

Kurupt Young Gotti of Tha Dogg Pound is sick and tired of the talk surrounding Kendrick Lamar's line in the song "Control," which pays homage to Kurupt's verse on the song "Get Bizy." When asked by VLAD TV about it, the rapper went off.
"Since somebody from the West Coast will say their the King of fucking New York, they automatically assume we're disrespecting New York!" Kurupt said. "I'm sick of that shit. We don't have a problem with you New York. Stop it my nigga! King of New York is a fucking movie! Biggie called himself Frank fucking White. Who is Frank White? He's the fucking King of New York! It's a fucking movie, man. We don't want your city, your country, your town. We from Los Angeles, we from Compton, Watts, Inglewood. Nigga, we are the West Coast. Why the fuck would we wanna be where you're at nigga? We don't like your fucking streets!"
