Video After The JumpA Texas woman called 911 and hung up the phone quickly, then called back. All the 911 operator could hear on the other end was a woman screaming so a police unit was dispatched to the residence.
When the police arrived they were informed by 51 year old Elsa Benson that her husband "wouldn't eat his supper"
According to kens5.com, Mrs Benson has a long history of calling 911 for non-emergencies.
In recent months she's called because her dogs were loose, she couldn't get her clothes and other ridiculous non-emergencies.
The local police were finally fed up. The lady was arrested and charged her with 911 abuse.
