Video After The Jump
History in the making! The FIRST EVER YouTube Music Awards will be the talk of the entertainment world on Nov. 3, honoring stars like Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, and One Direction and featuring performances from Lady Gaga, Eminem and more! And you can watch the entire ceremony on… YouTube!
Considering how important YouTube is to the music world, it’s about time the video site hosted its own award show. The big night starts at 6 p.m. ET on Nov. 3 and you can stream all the action — including performances by Lady Gaga and Eminem — below!
YouTube revolutionized how we consume music videos, now they’re revolutionizing award shows. The first ever YouTube Music Awards will be taking the world by storm live from Pier 36 in New York City by featuring live music videos from Lady Gaga and Arcade Fire, but that’s not all. The YTMAs will also broadcast performances by M.I.A., Avicii, and more from Seoul, Moscow, London and Rio de Janeiro — it’s an international event!
And the stars who will be honored are definitely right up our alley. Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, One Direction, Demi Lovato, Miley Cyrus, and Rihanna are ALL nominated for awards — which makes sense, since we’ve watched their videos on YouTube about a million times now.
And hosted by funnymen Jason Schwartzman and Reggie Watts, we have no doubt that the YTMAs are a can’t-miss event.
