A routine traffic stop turned into an arrest for Tory Lanez in Miramar, Florida on Wednesday, April 12, after cops discovered a gun and a small amount of marijuana.
According to TMZ, the 24-year old Canadian, born Daystar Peterson, was hit with multiple charges, including a felony for having a concealed gun. Lanez was also cited for four misdemeanor offences; driving without a valid license, failure to register his vehicle, failure to show proof of insurance and possession of cannabis.
Lanez was taken into custody and booked by the Broward County Sheriff's Department. He was later released after posting $1000 bond.
