Nelly has a huge tax debt to tackle.
TMZ reports that the "Country Grammer" hit maker was hit with a $2,412,283 federal tax lien in August.
The government could start seizing the rapper's property and assets if the debt isn't taken care of soon, but Nelly's reps say he is already working with Uncle Sam to get it resolved.
Nelly also reportedly owes the state of Missouri $149,511 in unpaid state taxes from 2013.
