The grieving father of the only American to be killed when extremists launched a series of attacks that left 130 people dead on November 13, 2015 in Paris, has filed a lawsuit against Google, Facebook and Twitter.
According to TMZ, Reynaldo Gonzalez believes his daughter, Nohemi, would still be alive if the social networking sites had not been negligent by allowing ISIS to spread their propaganda, which included beheading videos.
In the suit Gonzalez further alleges that the companies profited financially through ads placed on the postings.
He's seeking unspecified damages.
