Cee Lo Green will be cleared of sexual assault charges stemming from a claim made by a woman that he slipped ecstacy into her drink then had sex with her while she was unconscious.
A police report was filed with the LAPD by the woman last year, She said that the Goodie Mob member drugged at a sushi bar in July 2012. Afterwards she woke up naked in a bed with Cee Lo in the room.
Cee Lo has maintained his innocence.
TMZ reports that the L.A. District Attorney will reject the sexual assault case today based on insufficient evidence. Investigators found several problems with the accuser's story. She had been dating Cee Lo for months and the two had been intimate in the past.
However, Green will be charged with one felony count of furnishing ecstacy. He could be arraigned as early as this afternoon.
