Russian Roulette Def Jam has just announced Rihanna's highly anticipated new album 'Rated R' will be dropping November 23rd. The new single for that album. 'Russian Roulette hit the net today to mixed reviews. The song, produced by singer Ne-Yo is not the uptempo joint most people were expecting and certainly not the club banger producer Tricky Stewart promised would be her 1st single.
