"DJ Whiteowl, Drop That!"
When you copped a DJ Whiteowl mixtape and heard those words you knew some heat was coming.
Today it saddens me to have to report that Whiteowl has passed away. During his career he released hundreds of "Drop That" tapes. He always had hot exclusives you couldn't find anywhere else.
Details surrounding his death are not known at this time.
One of the hardest working people in the industry, Whiteowl, was also known for his R&B, Down South, instrumental tapes, blends and remixes

Widely respected within the industry, he was acknowledged by his peers with the 2015 East Coast DJ of the Year and 2016 Hip Hop DJ of the Year awards.
Many in the hip hop community are mourning his loss.
