Meek Mill may have a growing hit record on his hands with the song "Amen," but he has angered at least one pastor in his hometown of Philadelphia.

The song which appears on Meek Mill's Dream Chasers 2 mixtape already has millions on youtube hits and is slated to be the first single on Meek's debut album Dreams and Nightmares.

Pastor Jomo K. Johnson, the author of the book 'Deadest Rapper Alive' is has taken it upon himself to revoke Meek's hood pass and is calling on fans to boycott the MMG rapper.

In audio posted on Johnson's blog about the song he accuses Meek of blasphemy and cowardice for "using the church as a platform to spew some very sinful and disgusting things 'thanking the Lord for good p*ssy.'"

Johnson further criticizes Meek and other rappers such as Jay-Z, Rick Ross and Lil Wayne for disrespecting Christianity in their songs and not the Muslim faith. He argues that rappers are afraid to disrepect Islam because it would put their lives in physical danger.

Check out what else Johnson has to say about Meek and the song below and let us know if you agree with what he is saying or think he's going overboard.

As a Hip Hop Fan and Pastor in North Philadelphia, I am saddened to have heard Meek Mill’s new song “Amen” off his Dream Chaser’s 2 mixtape. My church is a just a few blocks away from where Meek aka Robert Williams grew up at, and he is widely respected as a great rapper and hometown native. But with this latest song Mr. Williams has displayed a great disrespect for Philadelphia’s Christian community.

Williams is following the same cowardice path of many popular Hip Hop artists by using disturbing analogies in their music in comparison with the Christian Church. None of these rappers choose to demean or castigate the religion of Islam, only because doing so would put their lives in physical danger. Instead they choose to blasphemously insult the church, the Bride of Jesus, by comparing it to a club, sexual brothel, or by thanking the Lord for “good p*ssy”.

As a Pastor it hurts me to say that Meek Mill, with this song, has mimic’d his mentor by becoming a ‘blasphemous bastard’ through his music. It is my hope that he and other similar artists will recognize the seriousness of their error and acknowledge this sin by confessing it to the Lord Jesus Christ. All of us have sinned, and the Lord is more than willing to forgive those who confess those sins and turn to him in faith.

And finally, as a Hip Hop fan, I want to encourage every Rap Fan in Philadelphia who is a believer in Jesus Christ, to boycott Meek Mill until he acknowledges this blatant disrespect. And being resident of North Philadelphia and Pastor, I revoke Meek’s ‘hood pass’ until this happens. If he appears at the upcoming concert at Fairhill Park, we as a Church will be there to meet him.
