Offset has run into some legal trouble in Georgia, landing him in jail.
According to TMZ, the 26-year old member of the rap group Migos, was riding in a vehicle that was stopped by police Friday night on the outskirts of Atlanta for tinted windows.
A subsequent search of the car turned up a gun and weed.
Offset, born Kiari Cephus, was arrested and charged with 2 felonies -- possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a weapon during a crime. The rapper was also hit with misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana (one ounce or less), and an improper lane change.
